In the heart of the historic center of Annecy, I propose you in an old secure building, a renovated apartment of character of 65 square meter
Apartment completely renovated with lots of charm.
With its southern exposure its vast living room is bathed in light all day.
Close to all amenities, shops, markets and attractions of the city and the lake.
A 180° view of the famous canal and its listed monuments.
It is an ideal place to discover the city of Annecy and the many interests around.
â ïž Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information.
The accommodation is on the 1st floor without elevator.
The entrance to the apartment is located in a street where you can drop off your luggage with your vehicle.
đ żïž The nearest parking lot is the City Hall parking lot located 5 feet from the accommodation.
đ§łTo ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean JaurĂšs in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
All the shops necessary for your stay is at the doorstep as well as the many attractions and sites to see in town and on the lake.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bed of 160 (King Size).
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Linen is provided for your stay.
The apartment received a 4 star rating.
The historic centre of Annecy is the favourite spot for travellers with its charm, its alleys, gardens and pedestrian areas.
There are many restaurants, cafés and beaches nearby.
To access the apartment:
The station is 8 minutes walk from the apartment.
By car: 40min GenÚve Aéroport - Annecy
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional ⏠20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
