Ett specialbyggt full service duplex lägenhet i den pittoreska semesterorten Les Arcs 1950 i de franska Alperna. Byggd 2003 av Intrawest skaparna av Whistler i Kanada, ingår det i Les Arcs 1950 by. Les Arcs är en del av Paraskidområdet som länkar till La Plagne skapa ett stort skidområde att njuta av skidåkare och snowboardåkare på alla nivåer. Les Arcs är inom räckhåll från större flygplatser som Chambery, Lyon och Genève. Eurostar anordnar en vinterservice till den närliggande stationen i Bourg-Saint-Maurice. Om du väljer att köra så det finns säker underjordisk parkering.
Lägenheten ligger på 4: e våningen på toppen av Hameau du Glacier byggnad. Hameau du Glacier har en välkomnande reception med en 24 timmars reception.
Lägenheten har genomgått en stor renovering för vintersäsongen 2017/2018 vilket gör detta till en utmärkt lägenhet i Les Arcs 1950.
Lägenheten sover bekvämt 6 personer i 3 sovrum med möjlighet att rymma en extra 2 personer i loungen på en bäddsoffa.
På bottenvåningen finns en öppen planlösning kök / matsal / vardagsrum med utsikt över backarna och bergen. Utanför finns en liten balkong med ett bord och stolar för att njuta av utsikten. Det helt nya lyxiga köket innehåller en ny diskmaskin, elektrisk induktionshäll med köksfläkt, elektrisk fläktugn, fullskräddare kylskåp och mikrovågsugn. Alla bestick och porslin finns inklusive champagne glasögon! Gratis tvättmöjligheter finns i källaren av flerfamiljshuset. Matsalen sitter 6/8 bekvämt. Loungen har plats för 6 inklusive en bäddsoffa för extra gäster. Det finns en TV med både engelska och franska kanaler och en DVD-spelare om du vill tillbringa kvällarna avkopplande och titta på en film. Fastigheten är ansluten till gratis Wi-Fi.
På bottenvåningen finns en super king size eller tvåbädds badrum med dörrar som leder ut mot balkongen. Detta sovrum har utsikt över byn och sluttningar. På första våningen finns ytterligare två sovrum. En king size och en ytterligare dubbelsäng rum. Det finns ett ytterligare badrum som serverar de två sovrummen på övervåningen med en dusch över badet och handdukshandtaget. Alla rum har gott om förvaring för kläder. Det finns även lagring för gäster som sover på bäddsoffan. De övervåningen sovrummen är högst upp i byggnaden så att de har fantastisk utsikt över bergen inklusive Mont Blanc.
Tillträde till lägenheten är via en hiss som betjänar alla våningar inklusive den underjordiska parkeringen, gratis gemensam tvättstuga och skid omklädningsrum.
Lägenheten har fri tillgång till alla de andra faciliteter inklusive bastu / gym och simbassäng inom Hameau du Glacier och Prince des Cimes byggnader.
Sänglinne, handdukar och klädnader finns tillsammans med gratis Moulton Brown mini-toalettartiklar. Ditt slut på städning ingår också i priset.
Lägenheten har golvvärme i kök / vardagsrum och det finns individuella elvärmare i alla sovrummen.

Beautiful 5* apartment in fabulous location

We stayed here on family ski trip. The apartment was perfect. 3 very good sized bedrooms with comfy beds. The kitchen was very well equipped (including loads of mugs, plates, cutlery etc), and although we didn't cook in the evening, it would have been no problem to do so. The decor was beautiful, with comfortable sofas and a proper solid wood table. Location was also excellent, perfect for skiing in and out, and the village has a bakery and small supermarket, as well as several restaurants. The apartment buildings have a couple of outdoor pools, an outdoor jacuzzi, an indoor pool, a sauna and steam room, all of which were great to use. We loved our stay here, and hope to return in the future.

Un appartement agréable et très bien situé !

Appartement très agréable, proche de tous les centres d’intérêt de la station, ski aux pieds, confortable et silencieux. Seul petit bémol sur les rangements qui sont un petit peu justes.

Cosy, comfortable, great location.

We had a wonderful stay in Arc 1950. The apartment was furnished tastefully, it was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen. Location (ski on/off) and facilities were all great. We had a great week with friends.

Appartement très bien placé et très confortable. Propriétaire agréable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Idéal pour 2 couples avec 2 enfants et un bébé. Le contact avec la propriétaire est très facile, elle nous a donné plein d'informations pratiques avant notre séjour. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien. L'appartement respire la propreté et est très fonctionnel. Déçus par le fait que l'unique supérette et l'unique boulangerie de la station ferment un jour avant la fermeture de la station. Aucun réapprovisionnement de la supérette pendant cette dernière semaine (21-28 avril 2018). A part ce désagrément, rien à redire sur les prestations tant de la résidence que de la station.

Very comfortable apartment in lovely village, handy for slopes and numerous eateries

Lovely week in Arc 1950 with wife, son, sister and friend. Apartment is very pleasant with spacious bedrooms, decent bathrooms, kitchen and comfortable living area. The building is well equipped with ski lockers, pool, sauna and steam room. You can ski in and out easily and the ski area is enormous and the runs are many and various - the snow was fantastic when we were there and the weather was fabulous after the first day. In the evening there are many lovely places to eat and drink - difficult to beat.

Awesome!

We stayed over Christmas as a family of 6. The apartment is beautifully renovated, the alpine style decoration is so cosy and rooms are very comfortable. The view of the apartment is great and location in Arc 1950 is perfect. The owner was very helpful and reactive before our stay. We'll certainly come back in this apartment!

Couldn't have been more impressed.

We came as a group of 6 adults, with mixed experience and a first timer. The accommodation is set in the heart of 1950 which is the best resort in Les Arcs by far. We were able to ski in and out which makes the trip so much more enjoyable and the lifts are just a short ski away. The apartment was clean, cosy and very well equipped. Though would have been nice to have an extra sofa. There is one small sofa, 2 arm chairs. The kitchen has everything that you need including little unexpected surprises like dishwasher tablets and tea towels. We would have breakfast indoors, the bakery is just around the corner and has amazing bread and pastries. We ate lunch on the slopes and we cooked 3 evening meals during our week stay. There are many lovely restaurants in 1950 and the other resorts. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The upstairs master bedroom is en suite which is great for the couple in it, not so great for the couple next door. There is a separate shower room and toilet on the ground floor of the apartment. If I could change one thing..i would make the upstairs bathroom accessible from the hallway not the bedroom door. The lights in the bedrooms were not so bright and we had to unplug the lamps so that we could charge the mass of gadgets that we brought which meant we needed to use a torch to look for our clothes in the wardrobe. Again just a minor point. We were all grateful to find that we each were supplied with a dressing gown and spa slippers. Perfect for wearing to and from the indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor hot tubs and spa and steam rooms. One is in the same building and one which can be accessed through a corridor to the adjoining hotel. The gym had a treadmill, a stepper and a couple of bikes as well as a weight resistance machine. But the treadmill is in demand so I found I had to go very early to be able to run in peace. In terms of the skiing it was perfect for our group of mixed abilities. Plenty of blue and red runs. We enjoyed going up to the top of the mountain but actually the lower runs are prettier. We all loved the apartment and had a great holiday and are already thinking about coming back. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

Comforatble and easy stay in Les Arcs 1950. Lovely Apartment and great skiing.

We were so lucky with our stay, lots of snow and sunshine every day. The ski area of Les Arcs is vast and we enjoyed a great day's skiing in La Plagne as well. Les Arcs1950 is definitely the most attractive of the Les Arcs stations. The apartment was clean, cosy and suited our family needs. It was well equiped, the bed linen and towels were of nice quality. Beds comfortable, goood bathrooms with lots of hot water. The building the apartment is in was very nice and the reception were most helpful. The building is well placed in the village and the ski in/ski out was just PERFECT. We had a really good meal at the 'Mazot', enjoyed Arc 1950's bars after skiing. We had a great night out at the Bowling Alley in Arc 2000. The parking system was effortless. The communication with the owners was easy, all the directions/instructions were clear and efficient. We had a really good stay and would recommend this apartments to others for it's ease to stay in and for it's suitation.

Great location, lovely accommodation and a great owner.

There were 6 of us staying and the accommodation was perfect for the group. We had a tea coffe and pastries waiting on arrival which was above touch. The owner has been great in keeping us updated and very helpful throughout. This is my second time back to Les Arcs and first time staying in 1950 and loved it!

We are a group of friends who decided to buy a ski apartment together. Over the years we have had a lot of fun skiing together both on and off the slopes. All of our children have learnt to ski in Les Arcs through the ski school and are all now accomplished skiers. We enjoy all that Les Arcs has to offer from the excellent guaranteed snow to the après ski.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We bought this apartment with friends when the resort first opened in winter 2003/2004. The location is perfect. The apartment over looks the slopes so you can watch from the comfort of your apartment people skiing by. Les Arcs 1950 has a lovely alpine village atmosphere with all amenities within metres of the apartment. No need to get into a car! The skiing is superb, ski from the locker room straight to the nearest chair lift within minutes. A vast ski area called the Paradiski links to other areas including La Plagne via the Vanoise Express cable car. There is plenty of skiing for all levels from beginners to advanced. Ski school and crèche facilities are all in the resort so a great resort for young families. Les Arcs is a high resort so great for spring skiing too. Les Arcs is well connected to all the major airports including Chambery, Lyon, Geneva and Grenoble. Ben's Bus runs a good transfer from all the regional airports. Transportation up to Arc 1950 from Bourg- Saint- Maurice ranges from funicular, bus or taxi. If you choose to drive to the resort then there is secure underground parking underneath the apartment at an additional cost.

The apartment offers a very comfortable stay and we have tried to think of everything to make your holiday enjoyable. The views from the property are stunning, from one bedroom there are views of Mont Blanc. Other activities, if you want a break from skiing are available, including the choice of an indoor or outdoor pool, gym, sauna and luxury spa facilities. There is a convenient downstairs locker room to keep all your ski equipment in, which is metres from the slopes.
The village has a range of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. There are several places to hire ski and snowboarding equipment.
The resort is linked to Les Arcs 2000 via a free cabriolet which runs into the evening so you can use the facilities of Les Arcs 2000 easily, which include bars, restaurants and indoor ten pin bowling. The village and apartment are all tastefully designed with an alpine theme typical of the Savoie region. The village is fully pedestrianised so very user friendly. There is a well stocked supermarket and bakery should you decide to eat in.
In the village there are medical facilities should the need arise.
Les Arcs 1950 is also open in the summer season in July and August. The resort takes on a whole different look without the snow and opens up a variety of activities. The activities range from walking, climbing, kayaking, white water rafting, parapenting, mountain biking and many more, all with the stunning backdrop of the Alps.
