Centralt beläget och helt renoverade! Lovely två våningar viktorianska hem - 3 sovrum, 2 fulla bad med central luft. Det perfekta stället att föryngra och njut. Varva ner i bubbelpoolen bland hortensior och rosor. Frukost på solen verandan. Äta på en av många Zagat rankade restauranger. Gå barfota på stranden. Sear biffar på Weber grillen.

Rummen är inredda i lugnande färger och utformade för komfort och avkoppling. Höga evergreens skapa en naturlig skärm i hemmet ger en extra mått av integritet. 16X36-poolen ger dig gott om utrymme för varv eller flytande dagen bort.

Bara en kort promenad från affärer, restauranger, bukten och en Hampton Jitney stopp. Stränderna är bara en 5-10 minuters bilresa bort. De viktigaste gatorna i West Hampton är bara 10 minuters bilresa. Vingårdar är en 10-20 minuters bilresa. Semester i detta centralt belägna, vackra hem och återgå till ditt liv utvilad och stärkta.

Great place, very clean and charming. Perfect for 6 people. You have everything for Cooking, relaxing. Very nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. I recommend this place and Genoa is very reactive. Just perfect for holidays.

Fabulous and Relaxing!

After spending a few days in New York this was the perfect place to relax for a couple of weeks. Pictures don't do house justice. Felt more like a home than a rental. Pool much bigger than we thought and was used every day. Was a little concerned at first that it wasn't heated but needn't have been. Was warmer than some supposedly heated pools we have had. Plenty of space both inside and out. Plenty of bathroom towels, pool towels and pool toys. Great to be able to walk to Sonnys, Goldbergs and restaurants/shops just round the corner. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!!

A perfect, private beach cottage for the whole family!

Very clean, very neat 3 bedroom cottage. We loved the pool, hot tub and yard. The landscaping was lovely and created a private little oasis. The whole family and our friends were impressed and comfortable. "A little gem", they said. The owner was professional, thorough and courteous. She provided detailed information and instructions for using the house. The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate. Sheets and towels were provided, as were beach chairs and pool floats. All appliances were updated and perfectly clean and functioning. And all the beds were deliciously comfortable! We loved having coffee in the screened porch while staring at the pool. One small suggestion: change all the sheets/comforters to white/cream. It will appear like a beautiful, modern B&B beach style. We are considering renting the cottage again next summer but for more days! Thanks, G.

Fabulous Long Weekend Getaway!!

4 of us stayed in this lovely home for 5 days. We came into town for a friend's wedding and were told to look into renting a house instead of staying in a hotel. We could not have made a better choice! This house looks just like the pictures and is truly a wonderful find. It is hidden away from the street with beautiful landscaping. The inside of the house was spotless and everything we needed was provided. Our favorite part was the backyard. Gorgeous and large pool that we used every day. We went from jacuzzi to pool and back. We could not help ourselves! You end up spending countless hours by the pool. (Not to mention the large outdoor grill!) It's just too nice to pass up. No need to go to the beach at all. We also had our morning coffee on the porch. Very peaceful. Genoa was very easy to deal with and very timely on her responses. This was truly one of the best rentals I've experienced.

Cozy and relaxing

Genoa’s house was beautiful. Exactly what is advertised and so much more. Beyond cozy and relaxing. Ideally located to town and to say we all loved it would under represent the feelings. We would definitely stay there again.

A week in August.

Very well equipped vacation home. Pool is large, clean and totally private. Well tended gardens surround the property. Ocean beaches and North Fork Vineyards are an easy dive.

Great 3 Bedroom House in East Quogue

We really enjoyed this East Quogue house. It was in nice condition and had most everything needed for our 2 week stay. It had a nice pool, jacuzzi and backyard. The hostess was very communicative with us. We'd definitely recommend it for a family of 4 to 6 people. A+

Wonderful stay!

We had the most wonderful relaxing three week stay at Genoa's house. The house is extremely comfortable and the pool and garden are amazing. The house is equipped with everything you could want for a long term stay-beach chairs, books and a great backyard grill. It is also conveniently located next to some of the best beaches and lots of nice restaurants. Genoa was also extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Our kids (7 and 5) had the best time, as did we!

Lovely home with a beautiful swimming pool!

We were happy with our two-week summer rental in East Quogue. The house is spacious and filled with natural light. It has a beautiful swimming pool with a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in a very private setting. We were very comfortable working remote from this house with good Wi-Fi connection and enjoyed all the amenities as well as a charming beach town. We would definitely consider renting again.

A little misleading regarding parking space available. Would be nice to have upgraded outdoor grill, shrubs pruned, sheets on the beds and soap in the showers.

It was a beautiful retreat.

The property was like a private secluded park. The plants and flowers were so well taken care of- you knew the owner had taken a special interest in setting. We enjoyed our stay and the home was so comfortable and we had everything we needed to make our stay so special. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool and it helped us to relax. The beaches were close and easily accessible for us to walk and swim- absolutely beautiful. The Village was an easy walk for our guests to shop and enjoy the local restaurants. My guests were so comfortable and we are planning on returning next year. It is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy our time. Genoa was fantastic and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that came up. She is a truly committed owner with excellent customer service skills. It was a special time for all of my guests and myself!

Wonderful weeks stay at Thai lovely home

The house is kept immaculately, from the beautiful manicured landscaping to the interior home. My family loved swimming in the pool and jumping to and from he hot tub back into the pool again. East qougue is a great central town to explore the hamptons from.

AMAZING STAY ... GREAT HOME

House was great for a nice summer getaway. Pool and hot tub made the day and night so enjoyable. Inside was prestine and the large grass property was ideal for fun summer games. Private and perfect for enjoying the summer sun with friends and family. Genoa as well as her daughter were absolutely incredible with accommodating me before , during and after my stay. A+

Great home in the Hamptons!

We've stayed at this home on two different occasions now and have had an excellent experience both times. Our first stay was in July when the weather was hot and sunny and we spent a lot of time at this home's pool and the nearby beach. Our second trip was during the early Fall when we spent more time in town and the nearby North Fork enjoying local wineries, shopping and restaurants. Genoa made the arrival experience very smooth and easy for us and her home was ready to go for guests just like arriving at any B&B or hotel. Her home is just off the main street in East Quogue, a cute little town, and close walking distance to a gourmet deli, a few restaurants, a bar and even a wine store. The pool and hot tub both combine to make a fantastic setting that feels very secluded and private. There are also a few beaches a short drive away that we visited. Overall, the home was nicely decorated, very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a week away. Additionally, the home has three good sized bedrooms that could easily accommodate up to three couples or a family with children (we left our children home to enjoy a nice anniversary weekend away!). Overall, we had a great time in East Quogue on both occasions and really enjoyed staying at this lovely home.

Great Home. Great Privacy. Great Accessibility.

This was a great house. We really liked how private the whole setup was. The house is also near the main street, so getting to nearby shops wasn't a problem at all. The inside of the house was clean and well maintained. The top floor had two rooms and one bathroom. One room had one queen bed and one daybed. The other room had one queen bed. The first floor bedroom had another queen bed and a bathroom. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils. Both the washing machine and dryer worked well and are great to have in a house that has a pool. The Wi-Fi was high-speed and worked really well. The air conditioning system also worked well. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. My kids loved watching the pool robot while tanning. The BBQ grill also worked well. It had run out of propane during our stay but Genoa decided refunded us for purchasing a new propane tank, which was really nice of her. Genoa was accessible throughout the whole time by phone and saw to every question we had. We really enjoyed our one week stay at this house and wouldn't mind coming some other time.

Perfect size, perfect inground pool and hot tub

It was great to stay in a rental that had an in-ground pool. The house was a perfect size and it was very modern and updated. We all enjoyed the central air instead of air conditioners like some rentals we have stayed in before. Only thing we felt was lacking was a clothes line to hang all our swimsuits and towels up to dry. Owner was very accessible when we had questions or concerns.

Perfect setup for our family of 4

We have been regular visitors to the Quogue/East Quogue area for decades and thus we are quite familiar with the +/- of finding a good place to stay at a reasonable rate. This place is mostly in the plus column and we just finished our second 2 week stay there in early July. Location: Very private feel; right off of main street E Quogue, with easy walking to all the shops/restaurants within 1-2 minutes. We were worried about noise from the main street but we almost never heard a sound - except for the noon siren from the fire station. The “driveway” is small - 2 cars max, but nicely tucked off the road. Distance to Quogue by car was ~5 min. Distance to beach, ~8-10 min. House: well maintained; modern appliances; clean throughout. The owner is obviously detail oriented. A/C is key during the summer and it works very well. The grounds are nicely kept. The pool and hot tub are great amenities - well maintained/clean. I understand it is not heated, but it was always warm enough for us and esp our two 9/11 year old girls to swim. We used it a lot. House also provided a number of pool toys and some beach gear. There is also a BBQ-gas; worked great and we enjoyed the occasional dinner poolside. Bedrooms: top floor has two rooms; they share a bath with modern amenities - all worked well. Beds in each room are doubles to me, but may be considered Queens. Each of our girls were thrilled to have big beds. The other bedroom also has a small single bed. All furnishings were in good shape with plentiful space. The first floor has another bedroom w/ pvt bath/shower; double bed again; plenty of space/dresser to work with. Kitchen: fully functional, all necc appliances. Place was stocked with a lot of starter necessities like salt/pepper, cooking ingredients, etc. plenty of plates, cups, etc. Washer/Dryer worked well. Cable TV in living room and top bedroom always worked. Wifi worked well. Since we never had a problem, we can’t attest to how quickly problems are dealt with, but we would describe our working with Genoa as pleasant and professional. She promptly returned our deposit within a week or so of our departure. Overall: for our size family (4) it was an excellent setup. Most impressionable was that the place was clean and well-kept. Personally I almost never hand out 5 stars and it is not as if the place “blew me away”, but simply put, renting a place where it has everything you need and everything works – I had to give it 5.
