Casa de Conac - Elegant villa in quiet area 15mins from beach

This lovely villa is situated in the Torrox Costa within walking distance of the beach. The property sleeps up to 5 guests with 2 ensuite double bedrooms and 1 small single bedroom adjoined to one of the doubles. You'll enjoy use of the luxury kitchen, a large living room, separate dining room and laundry. The air conditioning system is available in all living areas and bedrooms which keeps the villa comfortable all year round. Wireless internet is also available.

An indoor/outdoor heated pool sits alongside a sunny courtyard great for enjoying what the weather has to offer. Sunny terraces are also accessed via the bedrooms.

Street parking is available directly outside the front of the property.

This is actually a 3 bedroom villa but the 3rd is locked up for storage as is the garage.

Locally there are restaurants, many small shops and a supermarket. The supermarket which stocks essentials is within walking distance as is a really nice restaurant La Roima which has a varied menu and is open till late.

The villa was lovely, clean and in a nice, quiet location.

As a family of 3 we really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The villa is a good size with a lovely seating area in the garden and the swimming pool was great. The photos give a good idea of what to expect. We had an issue regarding the heating of the pool (even though this did not stop us using it) but the owner and her representative dealt with this promptly and indeed refunded part of our payment as a gesture of goodwill. The location was ideal as it was in a quiet, residential area but a close enough drive to local amenities, shops and restaurants. We would recommend this villa and would love to go back there again.

Lovely villa, fab pool

I recently stayed here for a week with my 18 month old baby and friend. It was perfect for what we wanted. We had hired a car and intended to go out for lunches and stay home in the evenings for dinner/bbq's. The pool was the selling point for us - a gorgeously warm pool for the little one to introduce swimming to, air conditioned rooms so we could sleep well - literally a few euros for the week to keep the air con ticking over (great value!). A nice modern kitchen - could do with more utensils, cutlery and crockery. You either have to use the dishwasher once a day (don't like doing this if its not full!) or fill it up and manage without some plates and knives etc. An ample living room which we didn't use and a dining room which seats lots! Outside space was great and bbq brill. A washing machine and line so didn't need to pack too much. Would have been helpful to have a highchair and cot but no biggie as took a travel version. Supermarkets close by (only a mile or 2 away) - there was a mini supermarket and pizza place up the road but we didn't visit. Only a couple of miles from the beaches and from Nerja. A great hols, many thanks. Oh and incidentally, Dian the lady who showed us round was really helpful and answered any questions we had promptly and courteously via whatsapp (which was convenient) - i've stayed in some villas where the contact has taken days to reply! Many thanks again.

Good and bad

We were very impressed with the villa when we first arrived, it was a beautiful big villa, with a wonderful pool, after a small time we started to notice a few things not quite right first thing was the kitchen and so many locked doors and drawers and the equipment was very basic you are paying for a fully equipped villa not a basically equipped villa. beds are very small to, my husband found this quite hard as he is 6ft 2 he felt like he was going to fall out of the bed so this gave him some unsettled nights. outdoors the first thing you see is a huge parasol which on first sight is very impressive but after a while you realise it takes over the garden which is a very small place as it is, the parasol makes it much smaller and you can't move it or put it down it actually looks quite dangerous, and the sunbeds are quite old with no cushions on them, I got in touch with owner and this was dealt with they were still not the right cushions for the chairs but they did the job this may seem a bit petty but as we spend most of our time outside it was very important to us. We were told we would get a discount for under occupancy unfortunately we had to ask for this which we found quite embarrassing, I've also asked about a damage deposit refund but have had no answers which is very disappointing, the villa is in a lovely area and is a lovely villa but these issues have put us off booking the villa again which is a shame coz it's our favourite area, we've been to a few villas in Malaga I'm afraid this has been the most disappointing so far. Although we loved the area the restaurant at the end of the road was amazing and the pub at the end of the road was great to,you can walk to the beach it takes about half an hour but worth it the beach and the restaurants are very good the beach is a shingle beach quite sore on the feet take the proper footwear will definitely be back but maybe not to this villa

Very spacious villa in a peaceful location.

The indoor/outdoor pool is lovely and the secluded garden has several seating areas. There are two restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance. Larger supermarkets and more restaurants are within a 5 minute drive.
