Great place to stay! Great location! Clean. We could have used a dresser in the King bedroom, but we made do with some extra bathroom space. Given the online photos, we had expected a balcony to sit on while relaxing and enjoying some adult beverages, only to be surprised that there wasn't one.

Everything was very nice clean. Everything was modern. The beds were comfortable. We had everything in the kitchen that you could want. It was safe and secure. It was much nicer than staying in a small hotel room and I would definitely stay there again.

Friends getaway

Just a quick trip with friends to checkout New Orleans. The location of our vrbo was perfect. Communication wirh property management was trouble free.

Great location on Canal and comfortable stay

The location of this property was easy access to the french quarter but not in the french quarter which is what we were looking for. Just around the corner from the Roosevelt Hotel and easy access to the trolley. Myself, husband, sister and friend found that we had a place to hang out together but had private bedrooms. The beds were okay, not too hard, not to soft. They had a coffee marker, TV, plates, cups, silverware, all the necessities. My only comment would for the entrance into the building be a little more inviting. It is very industrial.

Couch was ripped and furniture was worn. There are no curtains only plastic white blinds. The shower curtain had not been cleaned between guests and the hardwood floors were filthy.

Good location

Although good location parking is difficult (and expensive). Not as well equipped as all other VRBO properties we’ve been to. Some basics like a sharp knife (to cut our lovely French bread) and toaster. At the beginning we did notice some things and asked for them and they were delivered quickly. A/c wasn’t working and first night unbearably hot but it did get fixed next day.

Fantastic Location, Clean and Modern Property

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is literally 2 blocks from Bourbon Street, less than a mile from the Riverwalk and casino, and across the street from a streetcar stop. The location could not have been better. This VRBO made our entire stay very convenient and walkable. We took the St Charles St streetcar (maybe 4 blocks away) to the Garden District and Audubon Park. We took the Canal streetcar (across the street) to City Park. City Park was a lovely green space with a free sculpture garden that is part of the Art Museum. It also had beautiful live oak trees with Spanish moss. Bourbon Street was a blast. Oceanic Grill was great for po boys, and Pier 424 was fantastic for a sampler dish of gumbo, jambalaya, and crawfish etouffee. My adult children (ages 23) stayed out late to check out the bar/club scene. They were perfectly safe walking home late. The keyless entry was great. The VRBO was well-appointed with soaps, shampoo, coffee, etc. We would highly recommend this location. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing location

Amazing location off of Canal St. Good value in comparison to nearby hotels. Room service concept is good and very convenient.
