Denna nya hyra har en lägenhet på första våningen utan trappor, 1 sovrum King size-säng / 1 badrum, öppen planlösning, uppgraderat kök med bänkskivor i granit, alla rostfria apparater, bäddsoffa i läder, king size-säng, denna lägenhet sover 4 vuxna eller 2 vuxna och tre små barn, gå i dusch med ytterligare fåfänga handfat, alla kakel golv, semi privat veranda ligger på baksidan av lägenheten .. We were impressed with the condo and all amenities. The pool area was recently updated and was beautiful. The condo was equipped with beach chairs, sunscreen, a beach bag. No detail was overlooked. Thank you!!

Beautiful Unit in lovely community

This unit has all the comforts of home. It is lovely and a very short distance to the pool, beach and restaurant. We enjoyed the private back patio area, watching the cute little bunnies that live there.

Very nice Ocean Village Condo

This is the second year that we have stayed at this condo and we are booked for next year. The pictures and description of the condo are 100% accurate. Kurt and Melody are wonderful people and take pride in their condo and want their renters to enjoy what they have to offer.

Beach Time!

Perfectly apportioned condo for a couple to enjoy rest and relaxation time together. Golf, Tennis, Beach just a few of the amenities available. Ocean Village is the best value on the Treasure Coast.

Wonderful!

We simply have enjoyed our stay at Kurt & Melody’s villa! Everything was clean, all our needs were met and appreciated! Kurt brought golf clubs for my husband who played 3 times & loved the course. Pickleball using felt paddles was fun! The grounds & all of the other activities also was much appreciated! Everyone we met at Ocean Villages was so nice & helpful. We cannot say enough good things about the resort! Kurt, thank you so much for the quick response to our door access issue that we caused!😊

I went by myself. I felt very safe there. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed. They also have a nice gym on site that I worked out in. You also have access to the beach.

All in all - perfect

My daughter and I spent two weeks in this lovely apartment. We couldn't have found a nicer place to be. It was beautifully furnished and everything we could possibly need was there. There was more than adequate drawer space. The king-size bed was super. We enjoyed being able to sit outside in a quiet space at the back.

Just as described in pics - great communication from owners. Lovely flowers and wine with music presented at entry. The master bed has a 4” thick sponge topper which was too much as we like a firm bed but we made it work. There are no grills at all in the complex if you like to grill. The restaurant on site was closed as it was off season but we were happy with the condo all in all.

Piece of paradise!

The condo was exactly as pictured, beachy and cozy! Loved the area and we enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and restaurants. Kurt and Melody made our stay stress free..easy check-in and supplied all the essentials! We would love to come back soon! The flowers and wine were a welcoming surprise!

Fantastic getaway to a beachside paradise

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! Such a lovely and welcoming place. You felt transported into a tropical oasis. The place was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The whole community was great and the beach was a few minutes walk away and was spectacular. We wish we didn't have to leave! Thank you for your hospitality especially when our plans changed last minute due to a spring snowstorm.

Enjoyed Our Stay!

Everything about the condo matched the way it is pictured. We loved the beachy vibe decor and it was comfortable and quiet. Just what we wanted! Kurt and Melody replied promptly to any questions we had and were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

Beachy Condo

This condo is clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything you need is in the condo. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. We always bring our own chairs and beach umbrella but it's nice to know they are there for your use. Had a small issue with the air conditioning and Kurt was there within the hour to remedy the situation. We don't frequent restaurants and I found everything needed to cook our meals. Easy walk to the beach and pool. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. We spent 21 days in this condo. It's our second time at this particular one. I would never consider another condo in OV. A huge thank you to Kurt and Melody. The flowers and wine are such a nice touch after a long drive. We really hated to leave since it feels like a second home.

Lovely home with all the necessary amenities.

The home was decorated very beachy which was so fun and bright. The walk to the beach was quick. Loved the additional sink area outside the bathroom. Plenty to do near the condo in Jensen and Fort Pierce. NFL Sunday at the bar on property was lively and plenty of tv’s and specials.
