Shangri-Lodge Àr perfekt för familjer och grupper, med 8 privata sovrum och möjligheten att sova upp till 28 personer. Wow! Och till skillnad frÄn mÄnga Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge-stugor, Àr det perfekt belÀget bara 1 km frÄn Dollywood och 2 km frÄn Pigeon Forge Parkway.

För de yngre personerna i gruppen (eller unga i hjÀrtat!), det finns mycket att göra i vÄr stuga ocksÄ! VÄr familjs favorit inkluderar inomhuspoolen, precis nere pÄ gatan och biljardbordet i spelrummet. Men det rÀcker inte för en stuga som denna! Family trip to Dollywood

We had 18 guests ages 6-70. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Beautiful location close to Dollywood, restaurants, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Host was quick to respond to questions. Great experience!

Much needed vacation!

We had a great time during our family vacation. The home was in a perfect location, convenient to everything. Ample space and everything you needed was on hand. We traveled with all adults so there was areas to have a little separation when needed. Justin was great to respond to everything and even check in via text during our stay. I would definitely recommend for a family or large group stay!

Family mountain trip

This was our first family trip in several years and the cabin was ideal for our group. Every family had their own space. While we enjoyed the game room and the big screen projector, we really enjoyed the eating area

This was our first experience

We loved being all together under 1 roof in the Smokey Mountain Mansion. Check in was a little confusing for this 1st timer..but the cabin did NOT disappoint! Great Location and Communication

The location to the cabin was great, very close to Dollywood and all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was very clean, and everything was in working order whenever we arrived. Justin was great to communicate with, he made sure we had all the information we needed several days before left and checked in with us after we checked in to make sure we didn't need anything. The cabin had a ton of level parking which is hard to find. We look forward to staying here again in the future!!

Great cabin, great location

The cabin is described accurately in photos and room details. The kitchen was small lacking ample counter space but it’s vacation and you should be eating out. We cooked a few meals because of three infants but two refrigerators and double ovens helped our stay. Tremendous view from all three decks and plenty of parking room. Smokey Mountain Mansion

The property and view were awesome. It was a great place to bring our whole family of 25 together. Communication was poor. We had no gate code or house code to enter the resort upon arrival and couldn’t get a response from the owner. Family a little anxious. Not enough towels, no bath mats on tiled bathroom floors. Had one family member slip and fall. Requested trash pickup on Tuesday and finally picked up on Thursday afternoon.

Multi generational family vacation!

Overall Great Family Time, But Some Key Issues Need AddressingOur family had a wonderful time staying at this cabin. It was spacious enough for all of us, had absolutely beautiful views, and was in a great location—close to everything we needed. We truly appreciated the opportunity to be together in such a peaceful and scenic setting.The owner, Justin, was very responsive and helpful when we reached out with questions or concerns, which we greatly appreciated.However, there were a few things that did affect our stay:‱Cleanliness: The cabin could definitely benefit from a deep spring cleaning. Some areas felt a bit neglected and could use more attention.‱Fridge Issue: Unfortunately, the refrigerator was a major issue. Despite following all instructions, it never got cold enough to keep our food fresh. We ended up having to throw out a lot of food, which was frustrating—especially knowing this issue had been mentioned in earlier reviews.‱Lockout: We got locked out a few days before leaving, and resolving that situation took quite a bit of time. Several family members were left outside waiting, which was stressful and inconvenient.‱Dryer Problem: The upstairs dryer didn’t work properly, so we had to use the one on the first floor for all our laundry needs. This should definitely be repaired.‱Towels: The towels provided were older and quite rough—newer, softer ones would really improve the overall comfort.That said, we made the most of

Lovely Family Christmas in the Mountains

My family of 15 spent Christmas at this cabin and everything was lovely. The cabin, in a nice gated community, is just like the pictures with incredible views. Our family arrived from all over and there was enough parking for all 6 cars in front of the cabin and the home was spacious for every one of all ages to spread out during our stay. Since we were there for Xmas the cabin interior was decorated - tree, garland runners, etc..- which was a huge highlight. Additionally the communication with the property manager host was great - I could count on Justin responding within an hour leading up to and during our stay - very reassuring. The only area of concern that my family had was the size of the kitchen - the pictures do not deceive, its the most underwhelming/undersized aspect of the home. I would suggest planning your meals ahead of time to coordinate the shuffling required to function in the kitchen with more than 2-3 people. Overall our family agreed that we would highly recommend staying at this property.

I would not stay at this property again. It wasn’t horrible, but there were enough things about it that I would not stay here again.To start with I’ve never had a property owner so insistent on knowing everyone’s name and age . I gave everyone’s name and then I said in the 60s and 70s, but he wanted the exact age of everyone and asked me at least three times during the course of our communications. The ad says eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms. There are only three bedrooms that have a private bathroom that is not shared with the public or with another room. That was a big disappointment.The ad tells you that there is. Netflix and streaming surfaces. What they mean is that if you already subscribe to channels, then you can view it there with your password, but they don’t have it available unless I already had it and use my password. Almost every single TV did not work without you spending quite a bit of time trying to figure it out. I’m talking over an hour. There was not a Wi-Fi password and user ID posted anywhere in the place. You have to call to get the Wi-Fi password and login. I’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t have it posted if it’s offered. Pictures are better than in person. One of my photos shows nails sticking up that kept stabbing my foot. I called to get a repair done and was told they would do it the next day. After saying, I was posting my pictures a handyman did come later that evening. He was good once he came. This place did not meet expectations.

For an older cabin, it is in really good shape. We loved the location most of all! We had a group of 14 ladies and one toddler. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for everyone's showers. We got to see a large bear roaming around looking for food on our last day there and got some great pictures of him. Thanks!

This property was just as described and pictured. We had a great stay and communication from the property manager was fantastic. The property was clean and had plenty of room and spaces for our meeting as well as personal space in the evening. I greatly appreciated the amount of cooking items, coffee pots, dishes and silverware that was provided. The view was great from the 3rd floor. Ample parking was much appreciated as we had guests in from 6 states all with large vehicles. All in all, I would highly recommend this property to any and all groups / families.

Comfortable and spacious

My friends and I 12 of us in all had a very nice relaxing weekend. The house is comfortable and spacious for a large group. The house could use a little TLC and could’ve been cleaner. The air hockey table doesn’t work very well, the pool table needs to be refinished and one of the hot tubs was broken but overall we really enjoyed the weekend and would stay again. Even with a full house, you could find a quiet spot to get away from people if needed. The kitchen, although a little small was well stocked. Thank you very much, Justine. Hopefully, we’ll stay with you next year.

Family Christmas Getaway

We had 18 total in our group & the cabin provided all of us comfortably. However, the kitchen is super small for a family of this size. I understand needing more space for all the rooms but be prepared for a small kitchen. We made breakfast/dinner it was tight with little counter space. The unlock and lock to the door was a learning curve for the older generation. We were very uncomfortable with the hand railing, highly recommend an inspection as 2 of the contractors in our family advised. Our Christmas tree lights didn’t work. We were there to celebrate Christmas with non working lights. We kept forgetting to get lights in town every time we left the cabin. 3rd floor toilet seat was broken & the toilet paper holder. I mssg the host serval times about our cabin and did not hear back from the host and have yet to hear back from the host. I contacted the property management team which I should’ve done in the first place and a very nice gentleman came out and brought a new toilet seat and fixed it. He forgot the toilet paper holder but we were fine just wanted them to know we didn’t break it. The air hockey table doesn’t blow air so the kids couldn’t play it
they still tried. Be sure to purchase/bring trash bags. Two refrigerators was a positive for our large group. Enjoyed the dining tables all together eating together as a family was nice. We enjoyed the cabin but wanted to share our stay. Communication through property management is recommended.

PERFECT!!!

This cabin is perfect! It’s in a great location, plenty of room, and wonderful views!! We even had a visit from 4 of the neighborhood bears! There was 20 of us and we never felt crowded! There was room for everyone to have their own personal space as well as plenty of room to spend time together!

Family Vacation

Just know the pics do no justice for this property. When we made it we were all amazed by the cabin. I would say the only thing would be needing just a tiny bit of more light on the balcony’s but over all everything was amazing. We all had a wonderful time!! I think our family loved the big screen with the surround sound the most.

Great cabin for families

The cabin is amazing. Its 3 floors and has 2 hot tubs. Its in a gated community and close to all the attractions is Gatlinburg.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The first time we heard about Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, it sounded too good to be true. Within a week, we had hopped a flight to go check our place out.

The instant we laid our eyes on this cabin, we knew that it was perfect. We wanted a cabin that was big enough for our extended family so we could all stay together. And of course a Smoky Mountain cabin HAS to have views or what is the point?!

One of the things we like the most are getting everyone together in the same cabin... With three levels, the kids can have their space while the adults relax on the main level taking in the views. And we DEFINITELY had to make sure we added all the amenities -- a pool table, foosball, air hockey and some video games.

Something equally as important is the location. Just 4 miles from town, this cabin is super close to all the action... You don't want to be stuck 30-45 minutes away in Wears Valley (which does have equally pretty views) because that's just like a daily commute in traffic!

I hope your group gets as much enjoyment from your stay as we do!
