Dunes of seagrove

We had an amazing stay at The Dunes of Seagrove! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a short walk to the stunning white sandy beaches. The condo itself was super spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. Whether you're planning a beach getaway or a longer stay, this spot is ideal. We can’t wait to come back!

Just okay...

Our family has stayed at Dunes of SeaGrove three different times and we love the location of the property, the easy beach, access, and the beautiful pool. The amenities of free bikes and beach service are a big perk! We will definitely return to the property next year. We were a little bit disappointed this time with our unit. It is in need of some updating offurniture and decor and desperately needs a good deep cleaning of the floors and baseboard. Also, the bathrooms have not been updated and look pretty old. Neither of the sliding glass doors lock, which was a safety concern for us since we had three children with us. Overall, the unit is OK, but definitely not one of the more updated units on the property.

Beachfront condo

Family of 4 with 2 young kids had a great time at this beachfront condo. Great size and accommodations, easy access to beach daily with chairs and parking included. Used the fitness center and pool/hot tub. Very easy and the beach is the best part, so beautiful.

Nice stay

The condo was clean and we had everything we needed. Easy beach access, and the pools were nice. The balcony was great for dinning. The wristbands to get access were a pain because they fall off your hand easily and you have to pay a penalty for losing them. They need a better system.

Plenty of Perks

Perks: Spacious condo. Large balcony. Covered parking. Easy beach access. Beachside chair/umbrella service that is private so never got crowded. Nice pools. Easy access to Seaside and The Hub on bikes or on foot. Out of the chaos of 30A being tucked in a neighborhood beachside. Well stocked kitchen. Cons: Decor doesn’t convey expected beach vibes. Towels and toilet paper are cheap and scratchy. Balcony gets the morning sun.

Family beach trip

We stayed at this unit for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The condo was comfortable for our family of five. The master bedroom had a lot of space; there was plenty of room for our infant's Pack N Play. The second bedroom and separate bunk room offered privacy for our older children. The rest of the condo is open and airy. The balcony is very large and offers a good view of the ocean. The complex is right on the beach so there is easy access from the condo. The pool area is fantastic; it is very large and has two separate sections. The assiged parking underneath the complex is a convenient touch; we've stayed at other places where parking is an issue. I highly recommend this condo for a family trip due to the space inside the condo, the convenience of the location, and the overall experience of staying at the complex.

First for All

This was my husband and I’s first time to this area as well as our grand babies first trip to the beach. The condo was comfortable with great access to the beach and pool. The complimentary beach chairs were a perk. We will definitely plan another vacation next year!

Dunes of Seagrove is our new favorite spot on 30A! This unit has a great view of the east side of the beach and is very clean and spacious. We loved the pool and beach access. Highly recommend!

Great location, hassle free rental

Our group of four enjoyed this rental’s proximity to the beach and I loved the hassle free rental process from start to finish. Although the rental lacked in-room amenities I’m used to having at other rentals (basic cooking supplies like salt and pepper; extra blankets; books, games, and puzzles), the complex does provide a community bin of beach toys and gear, and the double pools and hot tub kept the kids entertained when they had enough of the sand and turf. The staff were friendly when I called a few times and they always responded to my email questions.
