Great little place! AC was wonderful during the dry and hot summer days! Laundry abilities made the stay so much easier. We greatly enjoyed the ample extra parking in the back! Overall ver clean and comfortable!

Silent Night

The duplex is in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to State street and downtown Boise. Communication with property managers was an added blessing to our trip during the holidays. Family friendly home.

Perfect Location!!

Location location location!! Had a great stay. I was there with my wife and daughter for over a month while working in the area. The location is excellent if you enjoy outdoor walks and bike rides on the greenbelt. This location is also quick access to Bogus Basin if you wanna do some skiing or snowboarding. Drive to Micron was about 25mim in the mornings so overall a great location.

Nice place, cheap furniture, excessive fees.

clean, kitchen was adequate, looking at the reservation there are a lot of fees. damage fee, credit card fee (is there any other way to pay for the rental). want prices like a hotel but charge you extra. will use a different company next time.

Relaxing wedding week

Very glad to have found this property. We were in town for a week and didn’t hang out at the property much, but it was so convenient and well located! Lots to do and see, will definitely be looking forward to next time!

Property was as we expected. Worked well for our visit to see family in Boise. Grandkids stayed over two nights and were comfortable. The backyard could use a table but very peaceful otherwise.

Great property for 2-3 people

My son and I stayed here for my son’s soccer tournament. We are so glad we stayed here instead of a hotel - we had plenty of room, loved having a washer and dryer and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would stay here again.

Cozy spot

Nicely stocked apartment , it is closely attached to another apartment so you can hear the neighbors pretty clearly. Neighbor did leaf blower and mowed lawn one morning. New construction across the street, but overall nice location, good parking and nice clean place.

Perfect little getaway!

Everything from checking in to having to leave was so smooth. Prior to check in day, communication from the host was sent with door code, parking, and address. Very easy to get around from the location as well. Two blocks from Sunset Park which allowed for us to walk and be out and about. Our friends live close by as well and going back and forth was very simple for us. Well appointed kitchen, extra pillows and blankets in each closet, full sized washer and dryer, kids LOVED the bunk room! We fully enjoyed our stay and will look forward to a return trip!

Cozy, fun neighborhood, great unit

This unit had everything we needed. Great neighborhood and a great way to get familiar with Boise's north side. We had an issue with the oven tripping a circuit breaker. That was a bit inconvenient, but understandable.

Nice, clean, new little duplex

This home was exactly as advertised. Very cute, clean, and has everything we needed. Parts of the neighborhood are somewhat rundown, but lots of families walking kids, which is really nice. Convenient location near State Street. Nicer, fluffier bed pillows would be an inexpensive but cozy upgrade. The price was pretty expensive for such a small place (might have been since part of our 3 weeks was over Thanksgiving since I noticed it’s less now 😑), but in the end worth it for having NO issues. I definitely recommend!!

Great Boise stay

Nice new property in the Sunset neighborhood. Easy to walk to several parks and the foothills. Nearby grocery store made it easy to take advantage of the full kitchen

The house was perfect for our needs! A few suggestions I have would be: fluffier pillows. They seemed very flat and worn out; reading lamp/small table next to 2nd bedroom; another lamp at end of couch. Overhead lighting was too much, but one small lamp not enough for evening. We loved the place!
