Owner was very nice condo needs a little work
patio furniture was torn tattered and needed a new umbrella. There was dog poop on the patio. Oven didnt seem to work quite right. Television was not the best couldnt get good reception. Needed anther chair in living room couch really couldnt hold 4 people comfortably. Beds were comfortable.

Vacation

We stayed at this condo for our family vacation. It was clean and looked just like the photos. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook dinner. The beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Golf Course views

Here on a kids softball trip and worked out perfectly. They had everything we needed at the condo , full kitchen etc+ washer dryer . It had a nice patio with golf course view of hole #7 Pointe Royal Golf Course. We played the course as well and it is challenging but well worth the challenge. We would recommend this to anyone. We had 3 adults and 1 kid and it was plenty of space and a great price.

Good location, easy access. Tv in bedroom not hooked up to cable. Living area tv access was limited due to streaming restraints. Other than that, it was great!

Better than the pictures!

The unit is clean and has plenty of room for our family of 4. I didn't remember reading that it was an upstairs unit with no elevator, but thankfully that wasn't a problem for us. No shampoo, conditioner or soaps are provided so be sure to bring your own. I wish the unit had one more sitting space (like a recliner) so all four of us had a place to sit and watch TV together. The TV in the bedroom did not work. These things are minor and would not keep me from staying here again. We had a great time!

Small but cozy

Nice Condo it was a little smaller than I thought but for our family of 4 it was great. Nice and clean and the owner was quick to respond to questions. Close to Branson but just enough outside to avoid some of the traffic.

Totally would stay here again!!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and everything was exactly as shown in photos and description. Condo check in was super easy! Any questions were quickly answered. We all slept well beds were comfortable pillows were awesome and super clean condo!!!Washer and dryer in the condo was a god send and very nice to have. We LOVED the patio!! And the weather was so awesome we ate outside every evening! Very quiet neighborhood and there is a public marina at end of street with pretty views. Very convenient to all areas of Branson. Highly recommend anyone to stay here!!!

Nice area - close to downtown but far enough away for quietness.

Very clean. Owner was quick in response to any questions throughout the reservation process. Showers are a bit small. Master bedroom could use room-darkening shades with the high windows. Air mattress was super easy to inflate and use for extra sleeping space. Overall nice condo - tastefully decorated and well kept. We enjoyed being close to downtown Branson for activities/shows but enough away for it to be quiet from busy traffic. We enjoyed our stay!

Polyps were very old fashion for older people to lower the ground

Not enough chairs for five people to sit in the apartment and the lights were very dim and the toilets were dirty

Basic condo with good value

Pass code door lock makes getting in and out simple. Basic amenities as listed in the marketing. The loft is a bit toasty and requires a lower AC setting downstairs to offset that. Otherwise good value for the price and an easy drive to anything around Branson.

Amazing weekend

The condo was nice and clean and perfect for a weekend getaway. We did wish there were night stands by the bed upstairs and the shower there was a touch small. But the price, location and cleanliness made up for those things!!

Lovely Condo

The condo is roomy for the price. I didnt realize there were 2 bathrooms, I guess I didn't read the listing very well, so that was a nice surprise. The owner provided coffee for our stay which we really appreciated. Tons of bedding, blankets and towels! We loved the private balcony and having in-unit laundry available. Would definitely stay again.

3 night getaway to see Noah!

Lindsay was great from the beginning communicating all details! The condo was perfect for our family, 2 bedrooms and an extra air bed. The air bed was super comfortable and plugged into wall to air it up. You turn the dial and within 30 seconds it was aired up! Kitchen was well stocked and was perfect for a couple of meals in the condo! It was a perfect location, close to everything yet away from the busy main street! It was so much better than a hotel room! We saw some shows, did some shopping and did a little fishing for trout! The condo was only a couple of minutes away from each of these activities! Anytime we plan to go to Branson we will book this condo from Lindsay!

We stayed here and truly enjoyed our stay. The description is very accurate and its in a great location. Contacted the owner with a question and the response was immediate. We would definitely recommend this condo.
