Lyons 12 - Uppdaterad, husdjursvänlig och steg till stranden

Detta hem är ett soligt, familjevänligt 4 sovrum, 4. 5 badrum avkopplingsplats. Det är beläget på den lugnare norra änden av Hilton Head strax utanför Port Royal Plantation.

Hemmet har en stor veranda med utsikt över det gemensamma området som innehåller en pool, spa och två gasgrillar. Gästerna kommer in i ett stort rum med TV, soffor, en stor matplats och kök med bänkskivor i granit och strålningsvärmepanna. Ett pulverrum är bekvämt beläget precis förbi köket. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns också i ett separat tvättstuga med plats för att torka strandhanddukar.

Alla sovrum är master sviter med privata bad. Svit på bottenvåningen har en king size-säng, duschkabin, separat badkar, klädkammare och fåfänga med dubbla handfat. Övervåningen sovrum har ett med en king size-säng och dusch / badkar combo, ett med två queen sängar och dusch / badkar, och ett med två våningssängar (två över hela) och en dubbel dusch. Ett loft på toppen av trappan har en bäddsoffa med dubbelsäng och TV.

Lyons-komplexet är litet och innehåller endast 12 stadshus klusterade runt poolområdet. Direkt ut till grinden till stranden med en kort 4 till 6 minuters promenad är en stadsstyrd strandpark med strandhus, lekplats för barnen, en välskött strandåtkomst och ett skyddat strandområde under sommarmånaderna.

Great location and relaxing environment

We were happy with the close proximity to the beach, close to the free trolly stop, and close to the Westin if you wanted a bar and restaurant within walking distance. The home was a lot more spacious than we initially thought through the online pictures. The pool was very nice as well.

Perfect Getaway!

We were quite happy with all this property had to offer. Very well-equipped home with large porch facing a playground and pool. It was a short, easy walk to the beach; lots of beach toys provided by the owner. Comfy furnishings!!

Family getaway.

Great place to stay. Laid out really well for six adults and three teenagers. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen utensils were plentiful. Would definitely stay again.

Ken is very responsive and a great host. A few very minor misc things need repaired but he did not want to interrupt our stay. Have stayed there for years because of his gracious hospitality

HHI Vacation

Had a great time in Hilton Head. The townhome was spacious enough for the 11 of us and the beach was easily accessible via a short 5 minute walk. It was nice having the pool so close on those days we didn’t feel like going to the beach. Great location to restaurants as well. We would rent here again!

Great vacation stay! 6/3-6/10

This spot was perfect for our stay. The location was very convenient and family friendly. It was nice to have a pool that belonged just to the Lyons complex. The pool was very quiet and kept very clean. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We very much enjoyed our stay!

A very good place to Stay on Hilton head

The house is exactly as represented. The pool is visable from the back deck, and the beach is a 3-4 minute walk away. The owners were helpful and easy to work with. Great for our dog too.

Lovely Home

Lyons 12 is a lovely home in a quiet area. We had everything we needed for a relaxing week with extended family. The host was helpful and check-in was easy. Could not have asked for anything more.

Great location and place for families

The location in Port Royal is ideal for families who want easy access to the beach and pool time. Islanders Beach Park, which is a great park, is a less than 5 minute walk and the pool is literally steps away. The floor plan provides lots of room for a large group. We experienced a few problems, but the owner was very responsive and we were able to schedule a handyman around our schedule.

Quiet Getaway

This property offered everything we were looking for…a great location near the beach and central to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and the amenities at the complex were well kept. Our host was very responsive to replacing a broken television. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our winter getaway.

Family Winter Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Hilton Head while staying in this clean, comfy and spacious home. It's a great location...quiet, a short walk to a beautiful beach and a lovely heated pool, yet near restaurants and activities for all. The hosts checked in with us to make certain that all was well. We are grateful that we found this wonderful place to enjoy spending time with our family including our sweet dog. We plan on returning soon.

Wonderful Family Spot

This was perfect for a wonderful week with family! The house is roomy with a great floor plan for adults and kids. The house is equipped with plenty of utensils and cookware, along with other needed items. The host responds to questions very quickly and is most helpful. The beach is beautiful and truly just a short walk from the house. The pool area is also just steps away and very clean and nice. The stay at Lyons 12 was a fun experience for all of us!

Great house and location

This home is very convenient to the beach - through a gate, walk through the park shaded by live oaks, across the dunes on the boardwalk, and you are on the beach. The house was very convenient for the 12 of us - 6 adults, 2 teens, and 4 children. We liked that each bedroom has a bathroom, as well as one more on the main level. Kitchen has everything you need. Walking and bike paths all around the area. Easy to make this your home away from home.

Family Vacation

We had 7 adults and seven children. As it turned out my wife and I had the main floor master and each of my three children had a bathroom suite for each family. Proximity to golf as well as the ocean was great. The heated pool was especially nice since the weather wasn’t what we had hoped for Couple of drawbacks during our stay. Road entering the complex was in poor condition. And, we had a minor issue with hot water in the Master shower and in the bedroom above us

Family Trip

While it's very appreciated this is a pet friendly home, the cleaning prior to our arrival left much to be desired. The showers and bathrooms had mold, the floors were dirty, items (small toys) were found under one of the beds. It was a bit difficult to cook some meals with the lack of decent pans. While we don't go to the beach to watch TV the streaming/very slow wifi and set up for each TV was horrible on a rainy day. We do love staying at The Lyons for the pool and close proximity of the beach. This particular unit is in need of updating/refreshing but that is probably difficult with a pet friendly property.

Clean and well lit, but lack of TVs

No TV in bunkbed room. TV not working in 2 double bed room. No access to news or sports on other TVs. The teens needed separate spaces. We coped, but there was a rain day and a cold day. We needed down time apart. The "loft" was a hallway walk through space to other bedrooms. We enjoyed the updated laundry room and kitchen. Everything was very clean and well lit. There were no extra linens. We appreciated the gate on the porch for the dog. The walk to the beach was a little more than a few steps, more like 1/2 a mile. The host was quick to answer questions before our stay. I guess I didn't ask the right questions.

Excellent location, owners and townhome!

We had stayed at this townhome a few years ago and loved it so we came back this year! And as usual, it did not disappoint! The unit was very clean upon arrival. Each room has its own bathroom attached making it convenient for many adults. The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pans. This unit has a short walk to the beach and pool. We had some confusion initially trying to get into the unit, but the owners were quick to help and extremely nice! Overall, great townhome with a great location! We will definitely be back!
