Located 250 meters from the famous Place aux Herbes, you will instantly fall for this authentic 18th century combined UzĂšs house, fully renovated in 2020, offering magnificent living spaces.
The charm of the past with high-quality modern installations : air-conditioning, Italian-style shower, UHD TV, custom-made kitchen.
It is ideally located for exploring UzĂšs and discovering the Languedoc and Provence region.
In the heart of UzĂšs, with a superb terrace overlooking garden and pool, this house offers a unique architecture, with lots of character and calm, as well as an exceptional location.
Its terrace is oriented South-West.
Located 3 minutes by foot from the Place aux herbes, you will be able to enjoy the many charms of UzÚs : its little paved streets, its historical landmarks, its cultural events, and of course its famous Provençal open market, filled with local produce and Southern-French tastes and perfumes (Wednesdays and Saturdays).
The house itself invites you to live a timeless experience. You will appreciate the comfort of this lodging thanks to its numerous modern amenities.
You will namely find :
- A/C in the bedrooms and living room
- An UHD sony TV
- A high-speed Wifi access (optical fibre network)
- A fully-equipped kitchen and pantry (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, French press coffeemaker, Nespresso expresso machine, oven, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, dish-washer, washing machine, all utensils and tableware), as well as a dining table for 8 persons
- A 35 square-meter terrace, overlooking garden and pool, protected by a canisse-pergola and embellished with a glorious Virginia creeper.

- The pool (6.5 x 2.5 m) will allow you to cool off antyime you like !
- A free parking badge will be given to you. It allows you free access to a parking space for one car right in front of the gate to the garden. You access it through the Cordeliers parking lot situated right at the end of the garden.
The house is independent with two private entrances : through the street and through the garden.
For parking, there are plenty free spaces around. The paid parking « Cordeliers » is 100 meters from the apartment.
