Sandy Ground Beach House med 4 sovrum ligger på stranden intill Roy's Restaurant. Stort parti med trädgård, pool och privatliv. Det finns 2 badrum och ett delat badrum. Detta är en två våningar villa med fantastisk utsikt och direkt tillgång till stranden ut genom porten.

Vår port öppnar mot en stor trädgård med cirkulär uppfart. Du går in under utomhus foajén, i vardagsrummet med AC. Denna första våning har 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, gästtvätt och pentry. två av de 3 sovrummen har havsutsikt. Trappan leder till köket, matsalen och master sviten med utsikt över bönor / havet. Andra utrymmen inkluderar uteplats framför och bakifrån. Bottenvåningen uteplats och utomhusdusch.

First trip to Anguilla

Beautiful property, very clean and well appointed. The only disappointment was the pool was not very clean. We actually didn't use it anyway because the water at the beach was amazing! amazing!

Perfect location, beautiful beach, clear blue water. Great restaurants on Sandy Ground. House was just as last year, perfect for us.

Wonderful beach access

It was a great vacation. The house had everything we needed and we could walk a few steps to swim. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Unique location

My wife and I had a great time at "The Beach House on Sandy Ground". The location is unique in that you can walk the beach to the SG bars and restaurants. Roy's next door is handy for breakfast, lunch and dinner.The property is not luxurious per se. There should be more comfortable furniture on the main deck. The "pool" is just a check box on the listing. Entry to the property, outside the gates, is a dump. Overall we has a good stay. The property was cleaned daily. Support staff were available and friendly. Wi-fi was mediocre.

Great week at Sandy Ground!

We had a great week at this beautiful property. The home was well appointed and maintained and within walking distance to several restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Sandbar and Dolce Vita. Many thanks to Kelita, Nadia and Wayne for their help and hospitality during our stay!

Framily vaca

The beach at sandy ground is perfect but we explored around most of Anguilla and can’t say enough about it’s beauty! This house is perfect for a group of close friends/family.. also very kid friendly!

Fabulous house for a laid back vacation! The place was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location is perfect! There are many beaches on the island but I loved the beach right outside our door. Also, located right on the beach were several great restaurants and bars to walk to!! I would stay there again!! Nice place on busy beach

Had a great time swimming right off the beach. Also, having six restaurants on the beach was great. Lots of boats in the harbor (everywhere from barges to sailboats to dive boats to cruise ships). Accommodation were clean and comfortable. Worked out nicely for myself, son and wife and 2 teenage grandkids.

Ladies Getaway!

Kelita, Nadia and her team were wonderful.The house is in the perfect spot for us, directly on the beach and very close to many excellent restaurants. We were greeted with enough food stuffs so we didn't have to shop the minute we got there and because it was Valentine's Day Kelita left us a beautiful gift basket of wine and goodies. Can not wait to return!

Perfect location

I have visited Anguilla many times and stayed at various hotels and villas all over the island. Kelita’s Sandy Ground home is perfectly located, on a beautiful sandy beach that is home to some of the best bars and restaurants on Anguilla, all within easy strolling distance. The home is spacious, with lovely decor, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is ample outdoor space to relax or entertain — the pool and outdoor kitchen by the beach makes this home a perfect spot for a family or couples travelling together.

Loved Our Time at the Villa

The Beachfront Villa is as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. The kitchen has everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. All the bedrooms are quiet, comfortable and equipped with AC. The master bath is especially nice. We spent the most time relaxing on the upstairs patio, but the shady back patio is perfect to cool out during the heat of the day. Sandy Ground beach is our favorite on the island. The beach is protected so the water is always mellow no matter the weather. There are so many great restaurants and bars with live music all week long. We loved our time here and can’t wait to return.

Home away from home

The Sandy Ground Beach House is the perfect getaway for a family or couples. My wife and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. If you like having your own place like we do, this is it. It has plenty of space, everything you need in a full kitchen, cold air conditioned bedrooms, the master bed was so comfortable too...and we're picky about our bed. Now for the best part, just walk out the back door and there's the most beautiful, calm, crystal clear water and powder soft sand. The beach area was never busy, we pretty much had it to ourselves the whole time. There are chairs already set up, just waiting for you to walk out. This amazing guy from Roy's next door, Wayne, would open our umbrella for us every morning and close it up every evening...he was one of our favorite memories, so kind! Speaking of Roy's, it's literally right next to the house and is amazing. The fish and chips are phenomenal, must try. They also had crayfish eggs benedict one morning...amazing! If you've never had crayfish like us, DO IT! To me they are even better than the lobster. Just a short walk down the beach is the famous Elvis' beach bar, another absolute must. Atmosphere is great and you have to get the GOATchos, that's right...loaded nachos with goat on it, SO good! Ohh yeah, I can't forget about Nadia, she took care of us the entire time. We definitely give this house 5 stars as it's everything you'd want in a home away from home on what is now our favorite little island. Thank you, Kelita!

Great Property

The Sandy Ground house was a great place to stay. The house was perfect for our family and the multiple outdoor decks were wonderful and the tables were set up for a group of eight. Eight beach chairs with umbrellas were set up on the beach right outside our front door, with the water only steps away. Kelita, the owner, introduced herself at the airport and Jerdell, the property manager, met us and led us to the house. Jerdell was wonderful. He took care of all of our needs and surprised us with pool toys, and an outdoor connect four. The pool, although small, is now heated and it was nice to go from the ocean to the warmer pool. Nadia, the housekeeper, was also wonderful and attentive. She kept the house spotless, supplied us with a new set of towels and unloaded our dishwasher daily. She also gave us needed advice as to how to cook our vegetables that we bought at the food stands around the island. The kitchen and outdoor grill were perfect, and we also had several restaurants within walking distance to choose from. Rays Barbecue and a dive shop were conveniently located next door, and Rays delivered lunch, mixed drinks, and beer to the house while we waited for our negative covid test results. We were felt very welcome at Sandy Ground and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Escape

Lovely small beach. 6 restaurants on the beach to walk to. Food was great! Felt like it was our own as there were very few people during the day. House was fabulous! Great stocked kitchen. 4 outside balconies to choose from plus a pool. Jerdell, one of property managers went above and beyond for us. Kelita too! Will return!

The property is fitted out to a very high standard, and is in a great location, with plenty of bars and restaurants close by, and is right on the beach. It's at a working port, so there's always something going on, which we liked to see. Having balconies on both front and rear as well as a pool area at the side meant you can catch the sun all day long. Also having sun loungers on the sand just outside the garden fence was a great perk. The property is huge, allowing us to have friends join us for drinks. The gardens are very well looked after too. The property manager Jerdell was very helpful, organising on-site massages, and helping with transfers. The cleaners were great too, removing all the sand we kept bringing in!
