Charming stone cottage in pine forest next to the coast. With a large garden in different levels, several terraces, barbecue with wood oven in front of the pool. Pose four rooms on two floors independent large living room with fireplace, ideal for families. Very quiet and quiet area. With space to park a car inside the property, and several outside. There is a Chiringuito by the sea about 400m from the house, perfect to go to see the sunset. When the house is in a pine forest, the temperature is very pleasant, even on the hottest days. Great holiday house for 2 families

We were two families on holiday together. The house was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. It was very hot whilst we were there and the air conditioning was a life saver! We spent plenty of time in the pool, which was great too. The garden was a haven of cool under the trees - but make sure you have a mosquito coil in the evenings. The location is great - a peaceful area with a great beach bar and couple of restaurants nearby. The young adults in our group loved the nightlife of Santa Ponsa, which was a short walk away - and the great beach. The buses are really easy to use and Palma is a short hop away - and worth a visit. Rosa was super helpful too - thank you so much for everything. Highly recommended, we had a great holiday!

Sejour fin juin 2023 Localisation maison idéale pour visiter l'île proximités autoroute. Manque équipements cuisine épluche légumes vaisselle cela serait sympa parasol glacière... Rosa est une super hôte disponible et généreuse je conseille cette maison clime bruyante mais efficace Litterie corecte. Séjour en famille idéal.

Fantastic, quiet villa.

We (four friends) stayed at Rosa's villa to celebrate a 40th birthday in late April 2023 and were treated to some lovely weather. Rosa greeted us at the property and gave us all the information we needed before leaving us to our holiday. We were able to check in at 2pm, which was a big bonus as our flight arrived in the mid-morning. The property itself is lovely, very well located and easy to find. It has all the basics you'd need and the outdoor area, especially the bbq seating area and the pool are great to sit around chatting and cooking. The pool was a tad chilly / bracing but this was to be expected given the time of year. Standing in the shallow end in the sun was bliss. The 4 bedrooms are split between the house above and a smaller, lower poolhouse set under the upper patio that has its own bathroom. Very useful as each of us had one of the bedrooms. The Chiringuito Bar (5 mins walk away) is incredible where you can watch the sun-down whilst drinking excellent Gin tonics. There are some nice eateries and further bars down the hill into the busy (and sometimes rowdy) Santa Ponsa strip. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful garden

The house was as expected from the photos. Beautiful garden with swimming pool. The house was just not very clean, especially the 2 rooms downstairs were very dirty with a lot of hair on the floor. All the rest was fine. Communication was good. Warm water didn't work the first day, but they did their best to fix it as soon as possible.

Haus gut, Service ok

Hatten ein entspannten Aufenthalt. Bloß im Nachhinein gab es Probleme. Wir wurden aufgefordert für eine Sonnenliege zu zahlen die bei Ankunft schon kaputt war. Bis dahin kann ich die Finca empfehlen.

Die Begrüßung vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Es war ein mega schöner Kurzurlaub. Der Supermarkt BIP BIP ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Außengelände der Finca hat noch Luft nach oben. Der Poolboy hatte in den Tagen wo wir vor Ort waren auch frei. Aber alles in allem echt nett. Wir würden es wieder buchen. #team_zimtschnecke

Fantastic Villa

Our stay at Rosa’s villa was fantastic she was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The pool was fantastic for the kids with plenty of pool toys. We used the bbq and the terrace was great for family entertaining. The photos do not do it just the villa has been refurbished with a new kitchen, bathroom and flooring all out. As a family we tended to eat in and the kitchen was well equipped. I would whole heartedly recommend a stay here.

A great stay in Costa De La Calma

Would highly recommend this villa for the tranquil surroundings and location for amenities. Pool is a bit chilly in the afternoon with the tree cover but this wasn't an issue for us.

Beware of staying

We went for Christmas knowing much of the area would be closed due to off season. We arrived and got checked in. Some of the lights weren't working, so the host sent an electrician to fix it. Now, I reread reviews, and this seems to occur often. While one set of lights were fixed, the lower sections lights went out the next day. Finally, we were able to flip the breaker to get them back on. I didn't want to bother the host on Christmas. It was only our family and we rushed to the store to get food, knowing it would be difficult to find places open on Christmas Eve and Christmas. We had only been there a half of a day and we ran out of toilet paper in both the upstairs and downstairs. Then we were leaving early in the morning. We discovered 2 of our suitcases were stolen. It is a very secluded area, so I am shocked that it occurred. It also did not appear anyone else in the immediate area was broken into. When I contacted the owner, she said there was nothing she could do. I have contacted the authorities, but it is difficult since we are not in the country. Then I was charged for something that I know we did not do any damage.

Short break with the girls

We enjoyed our stay, the villa has recently had lots of work done inside, New floors, everything new in the kitchen and it was very clean. The showers, were both great and plenty of hot water. The pool, unfortunately was too cold for us and was in the shade quite a bit. Also, because of the trees, there were always loads of pine needles floating on top and in the bottom of the pool. The location was perfect, close to plenty of restaurants and shops, two supermarkets within a ten minute stroll and the sea also close by. The paths and steps around the villa itself are very uneven which was not a problem for us but could be for someone not too steady on their feet. All in all we had a lovely break and thank you Rosa for showing us around and making us welcome.

Tolle Lage, sehr nette Vermieterin, Objekt leider schlecht gepflegt

Die Lage des Objekts ist ruhig, aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Das Haus aus Naturstein ist von außen superschön und es gibt ein Nebengelände auf dem die Kinder spielen können. Man kommt schnell zu einem Supermarkt, Restaurants und zu einem niedlichen, kleinen Natursandstrand mit Felsen und ist in 25 Minuten in Palma. Peguera Sandstrand ist durch einen schönen, kurzen (ca 2,5km) Spaziergang zu erreichen. der Strand in Santa Ponca ist von Bettenburgen umringt. Die Vermieterin ist unheimlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagiert sehr schnell. Der Geschirrspüler war am Tag der Ankunft (Samstag) kaputt und als am Montag der Techniker sagte dass die Maschine hin sei, war am Dienstag die Neue da. Im gleichen Atemzug hat er noch eine Steckdose zurecht gemacht und die Vermieterin eine neue Espressokanne gebracht. An einem anderen Tag kamen wieder Techniker und haben eine Toilettenspülung repariert, aber das hat leider nicht lange funktioniert. Der Pool war etwas frisch, aber im Sommer ist man für den Schatten der Bäume sicherlich dankbar. Die Terrasse ist groß und müsste einmal gekächert werden, aber wir haben sie sehr gerne genutzt. Auch hier ist man für die Bäume sehr glücklich. Den Grillbereich haben wir nicht genutzt. In der unteren Wohnung gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad ohne Aussenfenster. An der Decke des Bades hatte schon etwas gebildet das aussah wie Schimmel. Die Vermieterin hatte uns wegen der Mücken vorgewarnt, aber bei der Menge hätte ich wenigstens teilweise Mückengitter an den Fenstern erwartet. Wir haben mit 8 Personen etwa 6 Flaschen Antibrumm in 14 Tagen verbraucht, waren tagsüber selten da und sind nach dem Abendessen nicht mehr rausgegangen. Trotzdem hatten wir jeder zwischen 50 und 100 Mückenstichen. Da war es auch keine Hilfe dass beide Terrassentüren leicht defekt waren und sich deswegen schlecht schließen ließen. Gardinen, Polstermöbel und Bettdecken sollten einmal und regelmäßig eine gründliche Reinigung erfahren. Die Küche ist okay, wobei man sich, wenn man zu zweit kochen will, schnell auf die Füsse tritt. An der Arbeitsplatte rund um die Spüle war eine komischer schwarze Verfärbung, die sich nicht wegputzen ließ. Auch die Küche wirkte allgemein nur oberflächlich sauber. Schade aufgrund der wirklich netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin hätte ich gerne mehr Sterne gegeben. Dieses Objekt hat Potential, aber müsste besser gepflegt und viel besser gereinigt werden.

Stort sett bra

Veldig sentralt - 5 min å gå til flybussen A11 som brukte ca 1 time og gikk direkte til flyplassen. 10 min å gå til tettstedet Costa de la Calma med mange hyggelige restauranter og butikker. Ca 1/2 time med buss til Palma. To av soverommene og ett bad lå i «kjelleren» under terrassen på samme plan som bassenget; veldig fuktig og klamt med lite luft. Alle rommene var veldig mye mindre enn det ser ut på bildene. Trøbbel med begge toalettene og generelt litt dårlig vedlikehold.

Alles wie erwartet

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und die Buchung hat über fewo-direkt bis zum check out sehr reibungslos funktioniert. Die Eigentümerin Rosa ist sehr sehr nett und gibt sich sehr viel Mühe eine gute Gastgeberin zu sein. Da die Finka am Vortag nicht gebucht war konnten wir bereits morgens um 8.00 Uhr einchecken. Begeistert hat sie uns als der Kühlschrank am ersten Tag kaputt ging. Wir schrieben ihr eine Nachricht und keine Stunde später kam der Rückruf, dass sie auf dem Weg zur Finka sei ( Wir waren in dem Moment unterwegs) und Eispackungen in den Kühlschrank packt damit nichts kaputt geht und am nächsten Tag würde ein Neuer kommen. Tatsächlich kam am nächsten morgen eine Spedition die einen komplett neuen Kühlschrank vorbei brachte. Super Reaktion!!! Danke!! Zu bemängeln wäre nur das Küchenequipment wie Pfannen und Töpfe welches mal ausgewechselt werden könne. Ich würde immer wieder kommen. Grüsse Daniel

Mooie villa met een goede ligging en rustig.

Mooie ligging van het huis. Tussen de dennenbomen waardoor het in de zon ook lekker uit te houden is. De kamers zijn netjes en ook het zwembad is mooi en ruim. sommige dingen zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Wij hadden er wel twee auto's bij waarvan ik vind dat je die wel nodig hebt om wat te kunnen doen. Taxi's zijn er goedkoop en kosten 3,60 euro vanaf centrum naar het huis. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding vind ik erg goed en zal bij een volgend bezoek aan Mallorca zeker weer aan deze woning denken.
