Excellent sĂ©jour Ă  Collioure dans un trĂšs bel appartement. La rĂ©sidence est idĂ©alement placĂ©e Ă  deux pas du centre ville, des commerces et de la plage. L’appartement est trĂšs bien agencĂ© et bien Ă©quipĂ©. La place de parking devant la rĂ©sidence est un Ă©norme plus. En bref, tout Ă©tait parfait !

Pleasant stay at a wonderful place

Pierre is a very nice host, answered all our questions promptly. We arrived late at night due to a heavy traffic, but it was not an issue to him. We did not meet him in person, which is a pity, but I must tell he won a lottery with Florence and her partner, who was helping us during the whole stay and was very nice to us. The appt is as it looks at pictures, cosy and light but surprisingly not too warm even in high july (there is no AC there, but we did not need any actually). However we needed to keep the windows opened which was a bit problematic as there are hundreds of mosquitos all around and there are no nets in the windows (act.there is one in the bedroom but unfortunatelly broken at the time). So just be aware of it and bring enough repellent). It has no outdoor area where to sit and relax, but there is a big window right at the kitchen table with a breathtaking view of Collioure fortress and the sea which we loved. The house is surrounding by trees and flowers and behind the house there is a green space that can be used to dry laundry. Right behind the house there is a railway so be aware trains make quite a noise especially in the morning, but they are not too often. Concerning facilities we had everything we needed and even more (dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker etc). The only thing I missed was maybe a little something to start with in the fridge (often offered by owners)-as we come late with nothing, we would have appreciate a

Tellement bien

Appartement super bien placé avec barriere de sécurité pour entrer et sortir la voiture . Machine à laver, cafetiÚre, lave vaisselle, parasol, transats, ventilateurs. Tout pour etre bien à 3 min à pieds de la plage.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans la jolie ville de Collioure dans un bel appartement propre et bien équipé. La remise des clés se fait facilement la location est située dans une résidence privée avec parking indispensable à Collioure la plage et les commerces sont à quelques minutes à pied le propriétaire est sympathique et disponible je recommande

TrĂšs bien reçus, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le calme et le confort de l’appartement. ( la proximitĂ© du passage d’un train une fois de temps en temps n’est absolument pas gĂȘnante). Le lieu propose le confort et la proximitĂ© de tout le centre ville

Collioure est trĂšs joli, le seul petit bĂ©mol, c'est le problĂšme de parking, impossible de stationner sur Collioure.Les personnes tournent, cherchent une place puis en vain, ils partent faute de place.Heureusment qu'il y a Banyus oĂč il y a plus de stationnement.
