Vi inbjuder dig att stanna under din Siesta-semester i vår vackra helt nya lägenhet med tillgång till stranden till Siesta Beach, nr 1 Beach i Amerika! Vårt strandområde har vit pulveriserad sand men är aldrig överfull, även under högsäsong. 🥰🏖️😎
Du kommer att njuta av de mest fantastiska solnedgångarna med utsikt över bukten. 🌅
Detta är en lägenhet med två sovrum i två våningar för högst 10 vuxna i det moderna helt nya radhuset tvärs över gatan från stranden. Den har 3 fulla sovrum + 1 gäst sovrum / hemmakontor (så 4 sovrum tillsammans) på 2: a våningen och 1 helt separat gästsvit på 1: a våningen - där poolen är. Lägenheten och undervåningen har även separata ingångar, men vi hyr dem som en. 🏡🏖️😎

I can not express how much we all enjoyed staying here. The place was beautiful, well kept up. We had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach, grandkids loved the pool. Beds where so comfy after a long day. Fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and such a large kitchen. Outside grill was a plus as well. I can't say enough. Tammy is such an easy contact, although we really didn't have to reach out to her that much. I have been on many trips and this was the best rental we have had. Thank you Tammy!

The house was absolutely amazing! So comfortable for families with kids. It was private, beautifully maintained, and the enclosed stairs gave us such peace of mind with little ones running around. The home itself is stunning, and Tammy was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and hope to be back very soon. Thank you guys for such a wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful property with everything you need and easy access to the Beach. It is very spacious for a large family and well equipped. Tammy, the property manager is a Great resource and communicated very Well. This is a Winner!!

Tammy’s property was magical! We really enjoyed all the amenities. The beach was so close and the pool was fun! Being right on the trolley route was great too! It was so spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there and then some. It was so easy to communicate with Tammy, so responsive and helpful. All 10 of us enjoyed every second :)

We had a fabulous vacation and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The house was immaculate, the host responded within seconds to any communication, the location was central and the beach access across the street was perfect. We hope to be back next year! We celebrated my mom’s 60th birthday here & had the best time. Close to a private beach, clean, beautiful, home that has everything you could need provided, and overall amazing time!

The house was absolutely perfect! Everything matched the description and photos, the home was incredibly spacious, and it was spotless upon our arrival. The host was very responsive and helpful. The access to the beach across the street was great, and it was only a 0.2 mile walk through a quiet little neighborhood to get to the expansive beach. For cooking meals, the kitchen could not have been better laid out and large. We could not have loved the stay more.

The house is equipped with all the things for all ages to enjoy a Siesta Key vacation. Every sand toy kids would want along with the chairs, umbrella and wagon to carry them to the beach. The home is very spacious, beautifully designed, and truly has everything you need when traveling away from home.

Our host Tammy and John were very welcoming! What stood out most to us was how spacious the house is. Also all of the extras including snacks, a welcome note and top of the line beach essentials. The use of the washer and dryer was a godsend! Tammy was very quick to answer our emails. We are looking forward to returning here next year!Viviano, Boniello and Felicetti families.

Great Extended Family Vacation in Siesta Key!

This house is a great location on Siesta Key! We loved that all but one bedroom had their own bathroom, the kitchen was well stocked, the host was responsive, the pool was great and the beaches were beautiful. We'd definitely go back!

Perfect location

My family and I had a fantastic time in this beautiful, spacious, house. We enjoyed the pool and the beach is a very short walk away.

Very clean and updated house, property manager was very communicative and accommodating. All the rooms were exceptional and the pool area was perfect for families. Beach access was a major perk because you avoided the big crowds where the public parking area is. Very convenient location as well to the Siesta shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend for all families, plenty of space for everyone.

Great Accommodations and Location

Accommodations very spacious and clean. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large family with children. Having access to the beach and your own pool was great.
