Le Jade is a pretty duplex near the city centre. Entirely renovated in September 2019, it has a room to easily accommodate 2 people. If you spend a few days or a few weeks in Nantes, for professional reasons or holidays/weekends, don't miss to stay in this nice cocoon ! In addition, a private parking space in the basement is reserved for you.
Located on the 3rd floor (without lift) and with a surface area of 36 m², the Jade benefits from a neat and cosy decoration. You'll feel right at home here. The real plus of this cocoon: a secure underground parking space (parking dimensions height 1.75m / width 3m / depth 4.80m).

The apartment is arranged as follows :
-the kitchen, functional and perfectly equipped (combined oven, refrigerator, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster as well as many kitchen utensils). You will also find a dining table with four chairs to take your meals.
-the living room, with a nice sofa, flat screen TV and excellent internet connection (optical fiber).

Then the staircase leads you to the first floor consisting of:
-a bedroom, with quality bedding (double bed 160X200), a large dressing room and a small desk to work in.
-shower room with WC and large Italian shower.
For your comfort, a washing machine, a drying rack as well as an ironing board and iron are at your disposal.

The Cocoonr Agency
The Jade accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr Agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed is made up on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Neighbourhood and transport
Less than 5 minutes walk from Place René Bouhier, bakery, wine shop, florist and all the local shops are waiting for you. You will also find a small supermarket open until 9. 30 pm from Monday to Saturday and from 9 am to 1 pm on Sunday. By staying at Jade's, you are 15 minutes (walking) away from the hyper centre. The bus line number 11 allows you to reach the magnificent Opéra Graslin square but also all the other points of interest. The line number 1, "gare maritime" is 5 minutes away on foot and will allow you to reach the Place du Commerce, the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany in less than 15 minutes. As for the train station, it is only 5 tram stops away.
A real plus : the "gare maritime" stop also allows you to take the river shuttle to cross the Loire and discover Trentemoult, an old fishing village known for its colourful houses, traditional bistros and creperies.
For your car, a parking space is available underground (secure gate and numbered space). We will give you the badge at the reception.
