Great vacation rental

We really enjoyed our stay at Aloha Royal Palms. The rental was very clean with comfortable seating and plush beds. Plenty of fluffy towels and beach towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need including ziplock bags , paper towels, dish soap, coffee and many more useful items. There are beach chairs in the garage and the owners even let us burrow some bikes to ride to the beach and watch the sunset. The screened in porch overlooking the Imperial river was a highlight. We really enjoyed how peaceful it was. The hosts are incredibly lovely people and it was obvious that their guest's comfort is a priority. We would definitely stay here again.

Bonita Springs’ Best

My wife and I had a wonderful, monthlong experience staying at Jessica and Jeff’s home on Aloha Lane. The location is wonderful in a private area near the end of a road. The lower level of the duplex was equipped with every necessity and then some. Very clean with new appliances, flooring, etc. following recent renovation. We recommend this property very highly and will likely consider a return visit in the future.

Vacation stay

Our stay at Jeff’s place was awesome. It had everything we needed (beach chairs, towels, blow dryer, washer dryer etc.) and we even got to see manatees and turtles from the river. Great trip, we will be back!

The condo was just as described. Well organized and well equipped. The owners, Jeff and Jess were very helpful and have a great location. If you are thinking about a trip to the Bonita Springs area this is a great location and a great condo.

Beach Fix

Jeff and Jess were lovely hosts. The rental was very well equipped and the kitchen dishes, pots and pans,etc. were exceptional. We loved the peaceful view from the porch and patio. All in all we had a wonderful time; enjoyed sunsets and walks on the beach, a few good restaurants and lots of R&R.

Pretty waterway views

This house was perfect for our stay in Bonita. It was very clean, in a prime location on the waterway, well stocked with supplies and the hosts were so kind and helpful :) We would definitely stay here again.

Another great stay at Aloha Royal Palms

My husband and I stayed at Aloha Royal Palms throughout most of January (for a second year) and enjoyed every minute. The condo is in a great location and has been completely renovated since Ian. It has a very well furnished kitchen, as well as everything one might need for grilling or going to the beach. The lanai and dock are great places for coffee, reading, or just watching for manatees which visit the inlet. Jeff and Jess are friendly and attentive to any needs which may arise. We highly recommend!

Beautiful

We loved our stay here. The house was the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in! Neighborhood is quiet and restaurants and shops were a short drive away. The patio and the screened porch was so peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the owners was easy and fast. We would definitely book here again when returning to Bonita Springs.

Nice condo with a good location

This was a very nice, clean 2-bedroom condo in a peaceful location next to a canal. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great deck

The location is great, with water views in a quiet neighborhood just off the Imperial river. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck, we even saw some dolphins that came into the inlet one day. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and supplies. We could have used another table or a desk as two of us needed to work. We were never able to get the house temperature below 72 - 74 degrees, and we would have preferred it a bit cooler at night.

Heaven sent

I was displaced by Hurricane Ian last year. Needed a place to plop awaiting restoration in my home. This place was ideal. The owners were such good people and helpful in so many ways. I felt very safe and comfortable.

Just what we needed

We decided to head down to Bonita Springs for spring break and a visit with my parents who live in the area and found this place was available. Having stayed on the Imperial River before, I was excited to get back. The house was perfect. Clean, well-appointed and offered everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach chairs, to laundry detergent. The neighborhood is close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. We rented bikes for the week and the teens were able to ride to ice cream and putt putt and we rode to the beach too (allowing us to avoid the parking game at the beach). The neighborhood is quiet too. Sitting on the porch watching iguanas, birds on the canal was so peaceful. The owners were responsive when we had questions. I honestly can only think of positive things to say. Highly recommend.

Lovely well stocked rental on Imperial River

We were privileged to stay in this unit for 7 nights and were very pleased with the accommodations. Everything was new and spotless which is pretty amazing considering the first floor of the home was almost completely submerged during Hurricane Ian. With its location we were able to explore numerous areas of the southwest gulf area. There are tons of places opening up including restaurants and shops a short drive away. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the variety of wildlife from our patio.
