Great condo in downtown frisco

We stayed for two nights for a ski weekend (two couples). It was an awesome location and roomy spot. Nice to walk to dinner and very convenient to Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. Clean and easy!

Great place - Vacasa not so much

Overall, a great stay. Excellent location - Nice, cozy and clean condo. Also very quiet. I would stay there again. While communication with Vacasa leading up to the stay was good and responsive, unfortunately when I arrived at the home, the code to the outside gate did not work and I could not enter. Despite calling the Vacasa helpline twice and being told “we will contact our local person,” I received no call back or follow up from Vacasa. And no one locally ever came to help - I had to find a work around on my own to get inside. A real disappointment on an otherwise good stay.

Great location, just needs some updating.

We love the location, but the entry gate lock was not working and could not access the unit through Main Street doors. Bed was not comfortable and could use a new mattress. Post in center of bedroom is less than desirable.

Great Stay!

It was our 4th time staying at this location and, as usual, we loved every moment of our stay. The location is convenient right off main street in Frisco and such an easy drive to Breck. We love Frisco and we'll certainly be back!

Amazing

The town of Frisco is sweet, adventurous, and amazing. Casa Airy II was comfortable, beautiful and right on Main Street. The view is amazing from the condo. I loved that we were right in the middle of everything but could close the windows and blinds and retreat from everything as well. The hot tub was nice. I cannot wait to go to Frisco or stay again here.

Wonderful One BR on Main Street Frisco

Stayed with my wife for 2 weeks. Perfect for us. Right on Main Street Frisco, so it's walking distance to any restaurant, cafe, bar, or shop. Great local bus system to surrounding towns and mountains. Will be going back!

About how it was advertised.

Nice location, getting in was a bit challenging because nothing was shoveled. Property was clean and well stocked. Hot tub was a little dirty and for two of our days there was freezing cold.

Location was perfect

My husband and I went to Colorado to celebrate our 22nd anniversary. We wanted to hike and see the changing seasons. This was the perfect place to stay. It is on Main street so very convenient to shopping, hiking and restraunts. The condo was very clean and stocked well. We loved the whole experience. Frisco is a beautiful city and a central place to stay and do day trips to Breckenridge, Vail and many other towns close by. We would definately stay in this condo again and recommend it to others. The owner was easy to deal with and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Thank you for memories that will last a lifetime!

Fantastic!

Everything about this condo was perfect for us! The location is right in the middle of Main St. in Frisco, so walking distance to all the cute shops and restaurants. The Summit stage bus stop is a super close walk, although we ended up just driving the short distance to Copper each day. The condo is beautifully decorated! Very clean and very spacious! The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. There are combos for all gates and doors, so no keys to worry about, which is nice. We’ve stayed in many rentals in Frisco and at Copper, and this is one of the best! We hope to stay here again next year!

Labor Day weekend

The location of this property is great. There is no air conditioning. For this time of year that is OK but I wouldn’t stay here in the heat of summer. The windows open but have no screens which again for this time of year not terrible. The main issue was the shower was broken. We called the property management company and they said they would but in an urgent request…. Shower remained broken our entire stay.

Just ok.

We loved the location of the property - right on main street - walking distance to everything. The trade-off was that the property is literally above a breakfast restaurant - with the smells from the kitchen starting early morning - not pleasant. There is no air conditioning in the property - so keeping the windows open was a must - but there were no screens on the windows so we were torn between letting the bugs in and keeping cool. The property was tidy, but in need of a good, deep clean. Overall, it was just ok. I think we could have done much better for the price we paid.

Great place steps from everything!

Perfect spot in Frisco

Rental process was very easy. Check in was very easy with timely delivery of codes for access and parking instructions. Apt was smack dab in the middle of the cutest downtown area. In spite of that it wasn’t noisy or annoying. The apt was well stocked for cooking even though we didn’t (I had to check out the supplies anyhow!). The bed was comfy. No AC in the unit (in case you miss seeing that in the ad) but there are fans out and extras in the closet. We were here mid August and with windows open and fans on low, we were super comfortable. It was definitely not hot at all. The town is great and this is a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay with easy parking and the benefit of being over a great breakfast place! We would book again if we come back to Frisco.

Dirty and Hot

Be aware that there is no air conditioning and it gets incredibly hot in the afternoon and mornings. Our 3 month old was struggling to nap because it was over 80 degreee. We were also disappointed with the level of cleanliness as there was a think layer of dust on a shelf in the bathroom, dust on the tv console and a fan that hadn't been used in years and had clumps of thick black dust hanging off the blades. I'm assuming someone brought the fan out of storage because of the heat but it is so dirty that it is unusable.

Casa Airy II Review

Location was super. In middle of Frisco and above the Bread+Salt cafe. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The view out of the second story windows was awesome. Would gladly stay there again.

perfect spot

the place is situated in the perfect spot right central in frisco, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. great coffee & breakfast burritos 1 block away and the hot tub was right at the front door. would definitely stay again!
