The Space:
* The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 231 from 10/1 - 10/20. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

Spacious and beautifully decorated, this home has everything guests need for a perfect vacation, including seasonal beach chairs from 3/1 to 10/31. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, making the process easy and convenient. Enjoy lounging in the open living room watching your favorite TV shows on the big flat screen, playing a game on the PS4, or keeping friends up to date on social media with the free wifi. End your day with a glass of wine on the private balcony that offers beach views and a great place to watch the sunset.
