You can arrive and leave whatever day during the week or the weekend ( minimum stay 7 days ).
At the heart of the old village of Capitou in Mandelieu- la Napoule and walking distance to shops and at 1 km of beaches (free shuttles to go there), very nice one bedroom apartment facing S/W with a superb large terrace of 20 mÂČ, viewing on the swimming pool, hills and the parc.
Your animal is welcomed !
The living room, the bedroom and the kitchen are opening onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully furbished, the bathroom newly renovated and you will get a new matress.
The air con is in the living room.
We provide the linen and sheets.
This is an OWNER'S APPARTMENT, so you will get excellent appointments and impeccable cleanliness.
Secured residence, private parking at the ground floor and guardians.
Located at few meters of a very nice walking tour along the river named la Siagne.
2 superbs Golf course in Mandelieu and a Casino at 2 km driving distance.
