Superb 78 sqm apartment, well decorated in a modern and typical atmosphere. Composed of five rooms (four bedrooms), for six to eight persons. On the garden floo, you will appreciate the large terrace south west facing exposure, stunning mountains views on Mont Charvin, Mont Bisanne, et Aravais.

- Living room with open equiped kitchen (electric hob, extractor, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher), ethanol fireplace, flat TV screen and Play Station.
- Double in suite bedroom (160) with shower

- A bedroom with two single beds (2*90)
- A bedroom with two b unk beds (4*90)
- Shower room with double shower.
- Separated toilets.
In annexes : a ski locker, one car park on the side of the chalet, communal parking for more cars 200m from the chalet.
In winter : Ski in/ski-out, at the feet of La BoulangĂšre ski lift in Notre Dame de Bellcombe 1450.
In summer : At the start of several hikes, close to Les Saisies ane Notre Dame de Bellecombe.
OUR OPINION : High quality furnitures, all confort with really nice deciration. Quality standing, linen & end of stay cleaning included. Warm apartment on Les Grandes Alpes road. A must see to spend amazing holidays.

The chalet La ChĂąle is a cosy individual chalet, fully new, located 100m from the skilift La BoulangĂšre, one of the entrance door of Espace Diamant ski area, and 2km from the ski school. Centre village at 5km. In winter, bread and snack at 2km.
The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is located in the heart of Espace Diamant. With its 192km of slopes and its 6 resorts-villages linked (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will make the most of his holidays.
Notre Dame de Bellecombe is made of several hamlets, each one with its own particularity. Les Frasses, or NDB 1450, is a sunny area and one of the entrance door of Espace Diamant ski area for good skiers. Attention, car essential.
In summer, you will be close to many paths and will enjoy walking or mountain biking. The chairlift of Mont Rond, opened twice a week, will enable you to have an easy and quick access to the most astonishing views on the Mont Blanc. The lake of Flumet and its games for children are only 9km from the chalet.
