Välkommen till Echo Landing 41 - ett modernt alpint 1565 kvadratmeter ski-in / ski-out stadshus beläget i Sun Peaks eftertraktade East Village. Den här hörnenheten ligger inbäddad mellan Orient & Morrisey-liftarna och den 15: e farleden för BC: s högsta höjda golfbana. Detta hem erbjuder fantastisk utsikt och ligger bara några steg från de nordiska, snöskor, vandringsleder och mountainbikespår. Njut av detta avkopplande och välutrustade fritidshus med enkel tillgång till byn för underhållning, restauranger, spa, shopping och aktiviteter.

Utrymmet:

Marknivån har ett privat, uppvärmt garage med två bilar med säker förvaring för all din snö-, cykel- och golfutrustning. En stor täckt entré hälsar dig med golvvärme, stor förvaringsskåp och tillgång till garaget. Ytterligare parkering finns framför hemmet, tillsammans med gästparkering i hela komplexet.

Den rymliga, öppna huvudnivån är perfekt för att underhålla din familj och vänner. Höjdpunkter inkluderar; trägolv, gasspis och expansiva fönster. Köket är öppet för både matsalar och vardagsrum och funktioner; anpassade träskåp, kvartsbänkskivor, vitvaror i rostfritt stål med is- och vattentillbehör och stor ö med plats för fyra. Matsalen med sex platser ger också tillgång till privat uteplats och badtunna (badtunna som ska installeras våren 2020). Ett bekvämt pulverrum med golvvärme finns också på denna nivå. Koppla av och njut av den hisnande utsikten över Tod och Morrisey-bergen på den anpassade soffan med ett lyxigt minnesskum, drottning i stor storlek.

På översta nivån hittar du sovrummet med fri utsikt över bergen, king size-säng, privat badrum med dubbla fåfängar och en klädkammare. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng, stor garderob och utsikt över golfbanan. Inom det tredje sovrummet är en tvilling över två våningssängar och platt-TV perfekt för familjer. På översta nivå finns också ett stort huvudbadrum med badkar och golvvärme, och tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek.

Sängkläder är 100% bomull och alternativa duntäcken & kuddar främjar en bekväm vistelse för gäster med allergier i detta rökfria hem.

Vänligen notera; en helt ny sex-person badtunna kommer att installeras våren 2020. Detta hem slutfördes i mars 2020, exteriörsbehandling pågår och planeras för att bli färdig under våren.

What did we love about our stay …- there’s a nice long easy ski run that takes you right to the house - it’s an outside unit so the hot tub is private- it’s an end unit so very quiet - the village is about a 20 min walk or you can take a shuttle - the village is underwhelming and just busy - easy access to two ski lifts - comes with all the little things that you appreciate in the kitchen and don’t buy spices they’ve got tons:) - they were extremely quick to reply when we had questions

Great property

This property was a great find, we were new to ski in- ski out option. Highly recommended - this has nothing to do with the property but the shuttle runs approx 1 per hour ... so you need to ski in/out to avoid having to wait otherwise a car is advisable. We had groceries delivered to self cater as access to the village is limited to shuttle timetable or walking which is approx 20 mins.

The property exceeded our expectations for style, utility, and it's ability to accommodate 3 adult couples. We cooked "in" most nights and the kitchen was very well equipped for our group of 60+ aged skiers.

Brilliant stay!

This property exceeded all expectations! Flawless check-in, great communication with owners (Jason), and the home was spotless. The kitchen, bedrooms, and flex space were all well appointed and had everything you could want for a family. I'd give it 7 stars if I could and already working on dates for our next ski trip visit!

Beautiful condo with everything you need for a great stay!

We loved this condo - perfect for our family of 5 to enjoy skiing and everything Sun Peaks has to offer. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. One big plus is the parking spot and garage - highly unusual for a ski condo with plenty of room for all your gear. Would love to come back.

Great property and hosts

This property is exactly as shown. The kitchen is very well appointed. The hot tub was very welcome at the end of the ski day and was clean and full. I would definitely stay here again. The host were very response any questions we had.

Loved our stay in Sun Peaks!

Townhouse was perfect for our family, plenty of room for all of us and very comfortable. Hot tub was key after a day of skiing. Ski in ski out was great and easy to figure out. The walk to the village was a little longer then we thought but totally doable. There is also a shuttle service if needed. We had a great vacation. and would definitely come back.

Sun Peaks stay, family of 5

We had such an awesome week at Sun Peaks. Kids loved it and the place was perfect for our family of 5! Better equipped than our own home we were so relieved everything was there when one of our bags didn’t show up. I am a stickler for comfy beds and they were so comfy the kids said it helped them fall asleep right away :) Jason was very responsive to questions but we hardly had any since everything was so well set up. Thank you for a great place - even better than described!

We loved this beautiful, modern, spacious townhome

What a beautiful townhome! Spacious, clean, modern decor, large garage for our SUV bikes and gear, and only a few minutes to bike to the lift. Kitchen is well stocked, open feeling and lots of seating between the counter bar and the table. The hot tub was well maintained and the perfect way to end the day. The only problem was I wanted to stay longer!

Echo Landing

We had a very nice stay in Sun Peaks at Echo landing. The unit was clean and well stocked for our two families with kids. The kids loved having the hot tub outside to use and it wasn't facing the road so they had more privacy. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only feedback I would give is replacing a toilet seat in the guest bathroom. One of the toilet seats was installed crooked and it was difficult for my kids to sit on it. But we would definitely recommend this unit and stay again without a doubt. Thank you Jason and Kathy!

Great place for family ski weekend

Booked this condo for our annual Sun Peaks ski weekend with our daughter's family. Plenty of room for four adults and three kids aged 5 to 10. Easy ski in / ski out. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.

Family from Maple Ridge BC who love to ski in the winter and bike and hike in the summer. Both Jason and Kathy grew up in small towns and love the Sun Peaks community and hoping one to retire here.

Purchased this property as we see ourselves retiring in Sun Peaks and would like a home turn key with lots of room for kids and hopefully grandkids one day!

Ski in, ski out and trails minutes (Nordic, biking, hiking, snow shoeing, walking) from our unit. East Village is relaxing. If we need more excitement, we can leisurely walk, on the scenic trails, 15-20 minutes to the main village.
