The house, authentic Provençal recently renovated, in a dominant position, offers a beautiful open view to the sea, the bay of Cannes and the Lérins islands, and, enjoys a quiet location, not overlooked, in a private domain 5 minutes by car from the village of Les Adrets, 10 minutes from Lac de St Cassien, and 30 minutes from the center of Cannes.
In a secure property of 1500m2, the house of 180m2 on 2 levels offers its guests, in a cozy & contemporary layout, with modern Provencal tones, and very nice amenities, 3 beautiful bedrooms en suite:

1 Master double bedroom, equipped with a King Size bed (180 x 200cm), bathroom with walk-in shower, dressing room, lounge area, opening onto the large terrace with sea view,

Outside the house has beautiful friendly spaces, summer lounge on the large terrace, pool house with summer kitchen, plancha, as well as additional relaxation areas around the heated swimming pool.
