Great Stay

The property owner Michael is great. Good communication. The house was all we could ask for. My wife grew up in Avon Lake and when returning to visit family amd friends we will definitely rent from Mike again.

Great visit with family

Return visit to this property because it’s convenient, clean, well stocked and has an awesome host. Have used this house for many visits to family in area. Hope to keep using, depending on availability. Highly recommend!

Eclipse family gathering

We had a great time staying at this property. It was perfect for our three families and two dogs. The neighborhood is lovely. We walked to the park a few times. Would stay here again. We saw beautiful views of the eclipse.

Wonderful family time

The house is in very convenient spot for visiting family in west Cleveland. Michael is an awesome host with well stocked house and easy communication. Has become our go to spot to visit family and their pooch!

Great Stay in a Quiet Neighborhood

The home is perfectly located close to the western suburbs and downtown Cleveland. When visiting with family in the area it was a great place to wind down and relax between various activities. Amenities and provisions were terrific. The host was very considerate of our needs. Would definitely stay again!

Avon Lake

The home was well cared for and maintained. Great neighborhood setting. The area is amazing, so much to do within a short distance. Great list of local and chain restaurants. Not far at all from Huntington Beach where we spent most of our time!

Wonderful and comfortable home

stayed here for 3mo during a house renovation project. Worked out great. Mike is very nice and responsive. Neighborhood is friendly. Location right next to a park is a big plus.

Owner was very responsive. There was an issue with the fridge when we arrived, but owner was very quick to deal with it. The place is cute and clean in a safe neighborhood just off of Lake Road. Thanks for a nice place to stay. We will likely be back next year.

Wonderful visit--feels like home!

I can't say enough positive things about this experience. This is our 2nd time renting from Michael and he goes above and beyond....turning lights on for us because of a late arrival and putting my lost luggage inside the house during the rain to name a few! The house was clean and had all of the comforts of home. Great location too...will definitely be back again! Thank you!!

Long term stay

This was the perfect rental for our family during our relocation to Avon Lake! The kids each had their own rooms, close to schools, grocery and less than a .5 mile to the lake. The house is well-equipped with all the comforts of home and Michael is super responsive to any questions. We could not have asked for a better long term home here. Thank you!

Nice neighborhood and home

Love this house. Very nice and clean. For the most part, the neighborhood is quiet. We had a Doe and her 2 fawns in the neighborhood most of the week. Lots of rabbits and chipmunks also. Very happy we had a washer and dryer in the home as well. Will book with Michael again.

Pet Smell Overload

The house is as beautiful and so was the neighborhood. We chose pet friendly because my daughter has a doxie and we were hoping to have him stay. There is a strong smell of cat urine in the house and he just couldn’t relax. It was a bummer. They really need to get rid of the carpet and replace with laminate wood flooring. We had to buy scent spray to stay there. The owners were very attentive, but that urine smell was just SO overwhelming.
