In a quiet neighborhood, near the forest, this atypical one-storey house can accomodate up to 7 people.
The 58 m2 crossing living room with open kitchen and a beautiful fireplace opens on a South East facing terrace,
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic glass cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dishwasher.
There is one bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with 3 single beds and another with a double bed. A recent shower room with toilet and a bathroom with a washing machine. Other separatate toilet.
WIFI is provided.
Outside, two terraces: one out front, and another at the back of the house with a set of garden furniture and a sunshade.
