Irene's property deserves all of the great reviews it gets.It was well furnished, supplied and maintained. Great view, fantastic kitchen, everything you would need to make it a great stay.

Everything was as advertised and then some! Great view from the condo and having an indoor pool on the property is a bonus. The unit is so well equipped it had everything you could possibly want or need. Overall a lovely stay and hope to return next year!!

Wonderful family vacation!

We have stayed at Jacobs Landing many times. We return every year for a family reunion. It is a wonderful place. It is our second year staying at this unit and I am sure we will book again for next year. We love it.

Cozy and comfortable

We needed a "home base" for our travels to Canada and Bellingham. This was the perfect place to rest and recoup after day trips. The condo had a great view of the bay, was well furnished with everything you could want or need, and the owner was very easy to contact.

Nice condo, great host

Nice condo, had everything we needed. Appreciated that there were two bathrooms. We stayed over 4th of July weekend and the upstairs was super hot with two fans (one very small one for the small room. Host was very nice, awesome communication, let us check in early.

Peaceful stay.

Perfect little condo in Birch Bay. Nice location with well furnished space. Easy communication with owner. Simple check in, even later in the day. Birch Bay is a no frills but beautiful location.

Great Stay! Clean, well stocked, spacious!

Great Stay! Open view to the ocean. Amenities in the club house was great to have. Easy access from the main road along beach. Clean and spacious. Bigger than had expected! One of the best stocked VRBOs!

As this unit appeared larger than you expected, we would like you to know we are in the process of completing a remodel of the unit next to the one you stayed in. This unit is a bit smaller, and on the second level. As a note also, we have another unit on the ground level, that might be very suitable for your family as your little one will be running around at this time next year, and this unit is well suited for parents who want to enjoy the outdoor patio as well as being close to the children playing on the grass. Love Birch Bay

Our family has gone up to birch bay the past couple years. The perfect place for all ages. The condos location is PERFECT. Close to everything and the view is beautiful. We stayed in the same complex last year but Irene’s condo was so much better for our family with two showers instead of one, and the cute kids room was nice for the extra space for kids. The condo was well stocked and we will definitely be back!

Birch Bay view and ocean breeze

This unit is well equipped with everything you might want or need in a family vacation condo. The proximity to the beach is perfect, even for one with mild mobility issues. Our 3 generation group enjoyed our stay very much. Irene is lovely to deal with, and has a very pleasant telephone manner. Your party won't be disappointed.

Condo Delivers!

We loved our stay here with 3 grandkids. We slept downstairs, and kids had the upper bed and cute mini-room with their own shower upstairs! Jack and Irene had everything in the kitchen we needed, including more than just the sparse typical spices we've encountered elsewhere. And we appreciated having some DVD's suitable for kids. We loved the location. Still have a view, but back far enough to not constantly hear the traffic. The kids want to go again next year.

Wonderful View and Location

Our hosts was easy to communicate with The stay was relaxing with beautiful views The neighbors were really nice Beds were very comfortable... This is a major bonus... Kitchen was very well stocked the little Hobbit bedroom off of the loft bedroom was cute, my daughter is petite and enjoyed that. I would suggest the host updating the photos online to capture the current set up of the condo since it does have some updates and newer furniture. :)

Our week end July 11-14

The condo is spacious and perfect for 4 adults. The only caviot is the sleeping arrangements unless their are 2 couples. The third bed is in a space with an extremely low ceiling that slants. This space is for children 3-10. Not for adults. The living room has a comfortable couch. We took the back cushions off of it and one of us slept there. Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies.

beautiful condo, awesome view

I just finished staying at this property and it was great! The condo is beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The condo was extremely well stocked with everything you would need for cooking as well as pool towels and linens. It is very clean and is well updated with amenities. I can truly say that nothing about this condo disappointed me. In fact, having stayed in many condos, this one exceeded my expectations! The loft is the second room with a queen and then a "Harry Potter" room with a double. The loft room was really nice and one of the kids liked sleeping in the extra cubby room. The mats provided by the owners are actually quite comfortable to sleep on. The owners were helpful with directions and having everything arranged for us. The view is just as pictured, right off of the back deck. This condo is in the first building unit, and so it truly was "beach front" and not hidden in the back. It is also within a short walking distance (less than a block or so) of a couple of restaurants and activity centers. It is about 2 miles from Birch Bay park along the frontage road, which made an absolutely awesome running route. My kids had fun at the beach and at the indoor pool. We didn't get a chance to do any of the local activities other than walking the beach. But one of the shop owners pointed out there was an eagle and nest that we hiked to. That was quite a sight. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family and I hope to stay in it again!

This was a beautiful property, clean and nicely furnished. The condo was very quiet and the view from the living area deck was to die for. I was very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking extras. The beach was just across the street and a couple of great restaurants were just down the road, within easy walking distance.I would love to stay there again and hope to do so soon!Thanks Irene for making my sister-cation a hit.JS

Peaceful beautiful beach location with pool access

Our family had a wonderful restful time with a 3 and 1 year old girls. The pool was great for a rainy day which we used twice. We came for the beach access and it was a short walk from the condo which was set back from the road. The beds and room are comfortable for 4 adults. The 2 kids enjoyed the small loft behind the loft bedroom. And we cooked many of our meals and the kitchen is well supply with all you need. I would recommend this property to any family

Fantastic location!

The condo is very well equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view of the Bay. Fabulous sunsets. One really great thing about Birch Bay is that beach fires are allowed. We enjoyed roasting hot dogs and making S'mores. Lovely family vacation.

We love Birch Bay and come back every year. This was the perfect condo for our family. The little loft was cute and the kids loved it. Everything was clean, well stocked and convenient. We would be happy to book again soon.
