Great home close to everywhere

Everything was fantastic with this property. Close to a lot of activities and restaurants. Host Gary was excellent! Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place to stay.

This is the best place I have found to be able to be close to my sister on base. Right outside the visitor center so it made it super easy to grab a pass to enter base. Snacks made my kids happy upon arriving; and washing machine made me happy not to have dirty laundry to return.

2nd stay at a fantastic place.

This is our 2nd stay at this property and it is fantastic! We couldn't think of a better place to stay in the area. The property is super nice and very well kept. I appreciate the cleanliness of the home and accuracy of the property description, as it can be a hit or miss with vacation rentals. It makes for a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful. The hosts are wonderful and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

The house was situated ideally to restaurants, highway, casino, and Fort Campbell. The home was exceptionally clean. The check-in and checkout process went smoothly and communication was timely and clear. My family would easily stay hear again.

Cozy place

This was a great place to stay for our family weekend. My husband and I and my parents traveled to the area to spend time with my soldier son who is stationed at Fort Campbell. The location of the home was perfect as it is located just about a mile from the main gate to the base. Close to shopping and restaurants as well. Home was very clean and had everything we needed. Host was very accommodating and easy to reach if I had a question. 100% would stay again in the future.

Long weekend to visit my soldier

Very clean house! Perfect size, great backyard, the dogs loved it, and the best part was it was very close to Fort Campbell and just about everything! Definitely going to be booking again! The owner was very easy to deal with informative and make sure everything was perfect!

Property is very clean, comfortable and quiet for being so close to Ft Campbell. It is listed as a two bathroom property but is actually a 1.5 bath. The master bath has only a commode and sink vanity, no shower or tub. There is a tub/shower in the second (full) bathroom. Property is listed as sleeping 7 but the kitchen table has seating for only 4. We were very satisfied and would definitely stay there again when in the Clarksville area.

Excellent property

Would stay here again. Property owners checked in with me via text throughout the 2 weeks I was here to see if I needed anything. One day it snowed and was pretty icy and I opened the front door to them putting ice melt on the steps. Very attentive.

Worked out great!

Check in was very easy and the communication with the owner was excellent. They were very accommodating and the property was perfect for our stay. Nice big back yard. Welcome basket in the kitchen, and my kids loved the games and puzzles. Very nice neighborhood.

Absolutely amazing!

We loved it! It was so welcoming, comfortable and contemporary. Also, this is cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Seriously. We appreciated that greatly. The neighborhood is super peaceful and the location is very convenient. Thank you, Gary! You really go above the rest for your guests! You made it beyond easy to have a lovely stay!

We are Gary and Alela. We are both retired military and we have been married for over 30 years. We have lived here in Clarksville for 16 years. We are from Michigan and Alabama respectively.

This home is located about 4 mins from Interstate 24 which is a major highway to Kentucky to the North and Nashville and Alabama to the South. I24 is also mins from exit 4 that has all the restaurants, Clarksville Mall, movie theater, and more.

This is a very quiet and small community (one way in and out) continually improving its' appearance. Some of the residence do not care for their property the way they should, but most do. Although security or safety can not be guaranteed, this neighborhood has been very safe.
