Upplev kabinlivet på en 10 tunnland fungerande ranch precis intill sjön Ray Roberts. Detta är en helt ny stuga redo med allt du behöver för en avkopplande tid för två eller med familj / vänner. Vår fastighet har fantastisk utsikt över solnedgången och soluppgången. Det är också en syn att se tidigt på morgonen. Du kan till och med vakna till en vacker utsikt över hästar i närheten av betesmark.

Vår stuga ligger på en vacker 10 tunnland ranch som brukade spendera lite tid bort från staden och njuta av en avkopplande tid. Vår egendom är en syn att se tidigt på morgonen. Du kan till och med vakna till en vacker utsikt över hästar i närheten av betesmark. Vår fastighet ligger också mindre än en mil från ingången till sjön Ray Roberts, ingången till Isle Du Bois där det finns så mycket att göra. Hästturer och lektioner är tillgängliga mot en extra kostnad av den professionella hästtränaren John Pelaez, meddela mig för mer information och tillgänglighet! Det här är en fungerande ranch. Exactly What I Needed

Needed to be in Pilot Point for a wedding and there aren’t many hotel options in the area. This cabin was the perfect solution. Super close to Ray Roberts Lake as well, so I could check out some nice walking trails in my down time. My only critique is that all of the frying pans had non-stick coatings that were really scratched up. So, if you are planning to do your own cooking, consider bringing your own pan.

Texas Cabin

This was our 2nd time to stay at this property. The cabin is the perfect spot for us to stay with our boys. There is plenty of room inside and out and the boys love the pond! If we are back in this part of Texas, we would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here. It was relaxing and charming. We enjoyed being on a ranch away from the city but close enough to go in to town to go out to eat or grab groceries. Seeing the horses and cows up close was fun and the view was beautiful. Air conditioning was excellent even with 100 temps. Wonderful place to stay for us and our pup!

Nice getaway from the city

The cabin was comfortable and had great air conditioning despite how hot it was outside. We loved the horses. They were right outside the cabin and my kids loved interacting with them. We could see the stars at night which was great. There was pond just yards away and a trail we walked at night on the property. It was easy to find places to eat at and Ray Roberts Lake was half a mile away. Overall, a fun, relaxing stay.

Lovely place to stay, not too far from civilization, and an overall good time.

A cozy cabin just far enough from town to get away from it all. The pond out back is a good view, and the house is large enough to comfortable keep four people. WiFi was spotty, but that was to be expected. A note for the owners. A decent size wasp nest is under the handrail on the back porch. They left us well enough alone, but it is something to be aware of. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Beautiful Setting but attention to detail lacking.

The location was wonderful We enjoyed watching the horses in the pasture and the pond and beautiful backyard. The sunset was amazing. However, we would like to give some feedback on the cabin we stayed in. First of all, when we arrived the cabin heater was not set and it was cold inside. There was no instruction on how to set the heater so we had to call the contact to get the instructions. There was no place to hang our clothes, there were no wash clothes. The bath linens seemed like they were just left over old linens that were provided and not a very good quality. Most Air B&Bs we have stayed in had plush luxury hotel quality bath linens. The bed linens as well seemed to be of low quality. We found an iron in a lower drawer in the dresser just by looking around. There was not ironing board. Since we were there to attend a wedding we needed to make some touch ups. Most facilities provide these items. The cabin in general was plain and did not provide a very comfortable, inviting environment. We have stayed in places that were much nicer and at a lower rate. We feel like the value we got did not match the rate we were changed. A suggestion for welcoming in guests would be to leave a small basket of snacks, bottled water or bottle of wine with a welcome card. The AC or heater should also be turned on prior to arrival so that the guests feel comfortable when they arrive. Another suggestion would be to provide side tables by the chairs and sofa with lamps in the living room and another bed stand and table on the other side of the bed. In other words, the cabin was not decorated or furnished in a warm, comfortable and inviting way.

It was the perfect little get away, there’s some amazing restaurants and attractions near by and the lake was only $7 a person for a day pass and the sunset was beautiful! Deer everywhere. The cows and horses are so sweet 10/10 loved it

Relaxing stay in the country

We were in the area for a family wedding. The house was comfortable and met our needs. The family enjoyed the view of the pond and the horses. The loft would be challenging to access for most people. Would consider renting again!
