Good location, fairly quiet and plenty of room. Appliances and faucets/showers were a little rough and could use an update. One shower drained very slow, but felt it was a good value and worked well for us.

Great location. You can only rent this if you have a compact vehicle. The only parking is a tiny garage. Other parking is on the street or across a busy road. There was a huge event going on so we had absolutely no parking. I messaged the owner and got no response. Also, there was no AC when we were there so they put portable ones. It was a pain to keep filling with water and they didn't do much. The top bedroom was a furnace. Hopefully this issue is fixed.

Great spot

Our stay was perfect for visiting and doing all the fun things we were able to do. Perfect area to travel not far to all the fun spots as well as beautiful views. The rental had all the amenities that we needed and plenty of room. Loved that it was in a gated area and felt safe. We would definitely recommend and would stay again!

The small beds could have better mattresses. Other than that our stay was great. Fun location especially if you’re there for the weekend and can go wonder the farmers market. Perfect location for what we were there for.

Location excellent to downtown restaurants but hard to find alley type drive not well lit or labeled. Good size but multilevel can be bit annoying if group not mobile as third level no bathroom access. Gate became inoperable during stay requiring walk around block to access. Parking in garage tight but convenient although having more than one car requires street parking. Overall older and tired property but good value and location if not spending time in unit and doing things very functional

Convenient location

The location is excellent after a day of skiing. No need to get back in your car. Can walk to many businesses on 25th street

Nice place right in the middle of town.

Parking can be tough if you don't have a small enough vehicle that can fit in the garage, but the owner was easy to extend our stay a couple times, and the place worked out perfect for us.

Great Location

Great location in a complex with a gate connecting right to the main town. Stayed for a few days with friends during a ski trip at Snowbasin mountain, it would be hard to find a better spot. Only hiccup was that the host sent two different front door codes when sending information about the rental, but one of the codes worked as intended.

Great Location

Location was great for foot travel, but that also lead to some parking issues. No real place on premise for guests to park when needed. The garage supplied with property as very difficult to get into and out of with our minivan. Property was as presented and neighbors were super friendly and helpful when we were accessing property via gates. Owner/Agent was not as responsive as we hoped when I sent inquiries prior to stay, but all in all it worked great. Unit was perfect for our stay!

Sorry it's only one car garage, but plenty of parking on 25th St close to walking gate and is free. There is 2 guest parking on first come service . I always reply to guest calls.

The host was non communicative and for that reason I cannot recommend this place even though the house was beautiful! We were given incorrect information to get in to the property, he never responded to my messages and I had to repeatedly call before he answered. He then proceeded to let me know we woke him up and there’s nothing he can do because he was in California. We were stranded outside for a bit trying to get in and get a hold of him. The garage code they gave us was off by one number. He told us it was vrbos fault and not his. There were zero check out instructions so I asked the night before what we should do. No response until the afternoon… after we had already he checked out

Place is Centrally located.

Parking situation is very poor, anything over one vehicle and you have to park on 25th St. The problem is the only pedestrian gate isn’t working. So you can only access the property from a drive in gate. First floor is extremely cold, we kept fans running but it really didn’t help. Previous guests food was left in the fridge, and bed duvets were stained. This left some doubt if the property had been cleaned properly.

Ski Trip

Was looking for an affordable monthly rental to use as ski base and found this property. It proved to be convenient for most things you would typically do or need to do when looking for and extended stay. The condo had everything we needed for the most part with the kitchen and laundry. Lot of couches/futons so plenty of place for people to sleep. The living area down stairs and the kitchen are a bit on the small size but second floor rooms and third floor loft provide plenty of place to spread out. Could use some tlc with carpet/flooring and master bathroom. The single car garage was handy but if you have a second car or more you have to find other parking. We parked at the train station across the street as there did not appear to be any overnight parking restrictions. This was a minor inconvenience which we worked with and did not run into an trouble. Very close to restaurants, shops etc which was very nice.

Don't rent this property

This has to be the worst property I have ever rented. The heat never made it's way to the 1st floor of the townhouse. So the first floor was very cold. The local TV channels were corrupt to such an extent it was like watching a jigsaw puzzle. When contacting the owner about the TV problem he did nothing to rectify the problem. Carpet was filthy. A third of the blinds were missing and the blinds in the guest room were broken. The shower in the additional bathroom that is accessible from the hall leaks and the fan extremely loud. The kitchen was dirty/unorganized with the dirtiest oven I've ever seen.

Met our needs

We just spent 3 days here and overall the weekend was lovely. There are a few things that were tough to deal with. 1) We showed up on a day that was 95 degrees. We couldn't figure out the air conditioner and when I phoned Jerzy I recieved no response...ever. 3 phone calls and a text later we figured it out but it never really got cool in the townhome. Managable but frustrating. 2) The location was a little difficult to find. Even with a GPS we had to go around the block a few times to figure out where the gate was. 3) Those who arrived at night were a little frightened of the area. 4) I have a mini-van, getting into the garage was miserable. There is a car in a spot right behind that has a trailer and leaves very little room to maneuver a larger vehicle to safely get into. Luckily, there was parking outside so I only used the garage once. And, finally, the straw that broke the camels back 5) Very little communication on expectations. We didn't know when to "check-out," what to do before we leave with linens or dishes, where garbage should be taken, etc. I emailed Jerzy because that was the only way I'd gotten a response and it wasn't until 2pm the day of check out that I got a very uninforming email. Having said all of that we a had an amazing weekend. The townhome was clean and there was plenty of linens for the 10 of us. We had all ages at the townhome and it was comfortable. There was plenty of cooking items. (The can opener was a little broken.) The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable overall. The rooms were quiet and we didn't hear any noise from the other apartments. It really was a good deal for the money. I probably would rent again now that I know the situation. I would definitely ask all the questions upfront that you might need to know.

Excellent Location

This property was located right where we wanted to be, the heart of downtown Ogden. 25th Street! And it offered secured parking. And lots of sleeping possibilities. However it needs a freshen up. The walls need a scrub and fresh paint while the carpets need a good cleaning or replacement. Linens and towels were plentiful and clean. The owner was difficult to communicate with although in the end (20 minutes before checking in) he finally provided the address and access code.

Very nice property with excellent location

We enjoyed the time we spent in Ogden at this property. We will definitely be booking this property again as we plan to return to Ogden in the future.

Historic Ogden

Property is located on the back side of a main street with many restaurants and shopping. Easy drive from Salt Lake City and good roads from Ogden to snow resorts. Property is great for multiple families or families with teen as the loft/3rd floor is like its own apartment. Very comfortable and owner provides more than most, so all you really need is groceries.

Long and Pleasant Stay

I just moved down to Ogden and needed a place to stay for about 2 months before moving into a house. This place had a great location and the garage was an added bonus. I stayed in November and December and the garage was great to be able to park the car in. This place could accommodate quite a few people and has a lot of amenities in the kitchen if you prefer to cook in. Just make sure the pots and pans and utensils are clean before using them. I am not a picky guy, so this place overall worked out great for me overall. My only negative comment is that the lower level does get much colder than the upper two floors. When I first got there, you need to make sure the heat is actually on. It was turned off and I had to pop the cover off the thermostat and turn it on. There is also a switch in the closet next to the thermostat where the ac unit is that I had to turn on to allow power to the unit. So I had two mornings when it was 55 degrees before I figured it out. Overall great place.
