EL ORO is a bright house located in a residence with swimming pools, a few minutes walk from the beaches. It will enchant you with its beautiful sea view! Fully equipped, it has everything you need to spend a good holiday: terrace for your moments of relaxation, living room with open kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sheets and towels not included. Wifi free.
The accommodation:
Private residence with caretaker on site, access gate with digicode. 2 large swimming pools in the residence. The house of 95 mÂČ is on the ground floor, arranged on 2 levels.
Level 1 :

- Living room with American kitchen
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate toilet
- Bedroom 1 : fitted with 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm
- Bedroom 2 : fitted with a double bed 140 x 190 cm, with French window, sea view.
Garden Level:
- Bedroom 3: furnished with a double bed 140 x 190 cm. A French window opens onto the garden
- Bedroom 4: fitted out with 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm
- Bathroom with shower - Separate WC
Both bedrooms have daylight.
Exteriors:
- Large terrace of 30 mÂČ east facing with 180° sea view! A mechanized retractable awning allows you to eat on the terrace away from the sun. Table and chairs are provided for 8 people. Barbecue.
- Two free outdoor swimming pools accessible in the residence: a children's pool 8 m x 6 m and an adult pool 10 m x 6 m with a large beach around equipped with deckchairs. The swimming pools are fenced for child safety, they are open from May to September and unheated.
- Green spaces
- Free outdoor parking space
The neighborhood :
- Residential area close to the beaches of PALOMBAGGIA and SANTA GULLIA.
- All the shops are present in PORTO-VECCHIO, hypermarkets, supermarkets, DIY superstores and specialized stores.
Activities:
- The beaches are a few minutes walk away.
- Porto-Vecchio is 10 minutes away by car. In the port there are boats for cruises along the coast.
- Hiking: the mountain and the forest are nearby.
Transport :
- Free private parking on site
Other remarks:
- A spiral staircase leads to level -1. It is rather narrow, a protection is provided for small children
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
