Appartement propre et bien équipé

Nous avons passé un très bon moment chez Nathalie et à Philippe. Logement bien équipé et spacieux. Superbe terrasse pour souper et prendre le café le matin, avec vue partielle sur la mer (appart côté mer). À Ferry, 10 min de Deshaies. On recommandez. Philippe et à Nathalie sont supers sympathiques!

Jederzeit wieder

Ankunft Spätabends. Vorher sehr ausführliche Mail mit genauer Anfahrtbeschreibung Schlüsselübergabe klar geregelt. Wohnung in einem sehr guten Zustand. Toller Blick vom Balkon. Die beiden anderen Ferienwohnungen im gleichen Haus haben nicht gestört. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 1,5km entfernt

Séjour très reposant

Le gite (Côté Mer) était très bien avec vue sur mer, balcon et très bien équipé. L'endroit est calme avec la plage Leroux à proximité. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et sympathiques. Bref, nous recommandons.

Coucher de soleil exceptionnel

Appartement joli et confo, à quelques minutes des plages, grande terrasse (balcon) pour y manger et admirer le coucher de soleil, cuisine dotée de tout le nécessaire, proprios super sympas. N’hésitez pas. À noter que le wifi n’est pas très puissant (on oublie le streaming ou le télétravail).

Côté mer en janvier 2021

Notre séjour dans l’appartement côté mer s’est très bien passé. La vue depuis la terrasse est un vrai plaisir tout au long de la journée et l’appartement est très fonctionnel et propre. Les hôtes sont disponibles pour faciliter l’arrivée et donner tous les conseils utiles pour profiter du séjour en Guadeloupe. Enfin, la situation de l’appartement dans la commune de Ferry/Deshaies offre un bon point de départ pour explorer Basse-Terre.

Beau et confortable

Nous étions deux couples et avons beaucoup apprécié la propriété. Cuisine fonctionnelle, chambres confortables et propres, piscine pour relaxer. Je recommande sans hésitation. Nécessaire d'avoir une voiture.

Prima plek met mooi uitzicht

Mooi appartement. Voldoende ruimte. Heerlijk terras om buiten te eten. Prima zwembad. Zeer rustig gelegen, maar toch dichtbij Deshaies, Malendure en de Route de Traverse. WiFi is wel wat traag en beperkt. Tegenwoordig is het juist fijn als de WiFi kan worden gebruikt om te streamen en dergelijke. Een douchegordijn en een standaard aan de muur in het bad zouden fijn zijn om het douchen makkelijker te maken. We raden het appartement zeker aan.

A treasure in paradise

Very well kept clean charming villa overlooking the sea. Lovely cooperative owners. Absolutely loved our time there. Starting the day sipping coffee on that terrace and ending the day sipping rum on the terrace after exploring the beautiful surroundings is the perfect way to spend a holiday. Can’t wait to. return.

Gorgeous base for exploring Basse Terre

We enjoyed our time here immensely. The apartment had everything we needed to take "adventure down time", but the location was perfect for getting out and about! I would pick up pastries in the early morning and we would eat a quick breakfast (with all the necessities to cook breakfast or break a quick fast), then we would go out adventuring. We'd come back in the early afternoon for lunch, a quick swim in the pool, and a little "siesta" followed by more adventures! The convenient location to both Pointe Noire and Deshaies made for easy access to both beaches and rainforests. Nathalie and Phillippe were great hosts. They helped me practice my French with our pre-visit communications and gave us tons of information while we were there, too. We had one small issue with the WiFi and they fixed it for us quickly when notified, and were great about answering questions promptly. They were on site occasionally making some landscaping improvements while we were there, and you can tell they care about their property and taking care of their guests while giving us space and privacy. AC in the bedrooms made for comfortable sleeping (although we probably would have appreciated an extra blanket for the master bedroom, as we had difficulty managing the AC temperature - it would run from too cold to not cold at all. Possible opportunity, Nathalie & Phillippe?) The apartment gets AMAZING breezes and we loved the seaside deck and table as a location to hang out. The villa's 3 apartments created opportunities for us to socialize with other guests as we chose to; we had a great time getting to know one of the other families, but never felt as though we were on top of each other. Thank you for sharing this gorgeous place with us. We had an amazing time and loved our vacation in this little piece of paradise.

Très beau séjour

Super séjour. La vue est chouette et on a plaisir à observer les sucriers et les rouges-gorges (très friants du sucre) ainsi que les colibris. On est bien à 2 mn de la plage mais en voitures. La plage Leroux à proximité est super agréable, à découvrir avec masque et tuba. L'appartement est bien, mais un peu ancien. Les proprios sont discrets mais toujours disponibles au besoin et donnent plein de bons conseils. La piscine est super agréable. J'ai visité les 2 autes appartements et ils sont également au top et plus récents mais avec la vue sur mer en moins. A recommander La location

Excellent séjour à la villa Chantevent

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Chantevent dans l'appartement côté mer. La Villa est bien située, dans les hauteurs de ferry, commune de Deshaie, à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage et des restaurants et un endroit idéal pour circuler un peu partout sur l'ile. L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Il possède une très belle terrasse face à la mer d'où l'on peut apprécier idéalement le couché de soleil mais aussi le chant des oiseaux le matin. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans les chambres et la moustiquaire dans la chambre parentale. La Villa possède une piscine qui semblait fort agréable mais nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de la tester car nous partions tôt et rentrions tard le soir pour découvrir au maximum l'ile. Une chose est sûre, il est difficile de faire un choix de logement quand on part dans un endroit que l'on ne connait pas mais nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix et nous ne manquerions pas de revenir pour un prochain séjour. Great place for a vacation

Four of us stayed a few days in Cote Mer and then a few days in Grand Large apartments in March 2016. They were both charming in a different way. They are well equipped. There are a lot of interesting beaches a short drive from the Villa, which are not as crowded as on the flat part of the island. Even though we don't speak French communications with the friendly owner were straightforward. I strongly recommend this place to anybody.

excellente location

Beau dépaysement au calme

Avons séjourné dans l'appartement "Côté Mer" 2 semaines en mai 2014 et sommes revenus 2 semaines en mai 2015. L'environnement est très calme et en pleine nature. La vue sur mer est belle et reposante. La terrasse couverte est très agréable. La décoration intérieure et le mobilier sont simples et conviviaux. La climatisation dans les chambres est appréciée en cas de forte chaleur. La situation à Ferry permet de circuler facilement sur la Basse Terre et d'apprécier sa végétation luxuriante et ses nombreux sites de visites. L'accueil de nos hôtes est chaleureux et prévoyant. Nous recommandons ce gîte et, pour notre part, y retournerons encore sans hésiter.

Super séjour à la villa chantevent

Je rejoins les récents commentaires après avoir passé une semaine dans l'appartement "coté mer" au mois de mars, appartement très bien équipé, il ne manque rien (même quelques jeux pour nos jeunes enfants). La clim n'était même pas nécessaire, nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur il y'a toujours un petit air et très peu de moustiques ici (alors qu'on s'est fait dévorer au Moule la semaine précédente). Petits commerces à 2 minutes en voiture, idem plages. Un bon endroit pour rayonner à Basse Terre Merci encore à Nathalie pour son accueil

Adresse à recommander!

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans l'appartement coté mer. Les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse nous manque déjà. La villa est très agréable, au calme et en accord avec la description et les photos. De plus les propriétaires sont très accueillants et soucieux de nous faire passer un séjour inoubliable.
