Everything was excellent as always, appreciated the new couch and love seat in the living room this year! Some new mattresses in the future would be nice but overall we love the property and host is great for communicating!

A beautiful cottage for a weekend of fun with friends and family

The cottage is beautiful and perfectly situated on the lake. We had lots of fun out on the water kayaking and swimming. The cottage was really clean and Mike went above and beyond to accommodate us. Looking forward to returning again.

Our family had a terrific stay at this delightful cottage. The little ones had no end of adventures in the outside space
climbing rocks, hunting for treasure and digging for dinosaur bones! It was a wonderful week for the whole family. The cottage was beautifully maintained and fully supplied with everything we needed. The communication with Mike, the owner, was excellent. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Friends that getaway

We are a few friends who have become empty nesters. We have decided to take a break and go 4 wheeling together in the fall to enjoy the changes that the season brings. This place fits us all. It has space for our vehicles, trailers and we can leave on our 4 wheelers right from the property.

Fully equipped, quiet, comfortable stay

We had an amazing stay at Mike’s cottage. We very comfortably slept 6 adults and 4 kids. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you needed and more. The kids toys/high chairs/ crib were especially useful and really reduced the gear we needed to bring for our kids. It is a beautiful cottage (more like lake house!) with comfortable beds, very quiet with no nearby neighbours and it’s a pretty calm lake. Had a great time using the kayaks and swimming. We didn’t explore the neighbouring towns but they had a binder full of info on where to find things that would be useful. Mike was also really nice and had great communication with us at checkin and checkout. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Stay

A wonderful get away for our group of friends, everything you could need is available. Lots of big comfortable rooms to go along with the clean and organized kitchen to the deck with quality patio seating. Water clear and clean, a truly fantastic property.

Weekend Fall Get Together

Myself and my friends enjoyed a weekend at the cottage. We went kayaking and had camp fires outside. Everything in the listing was accurate and the host was always communicative. Would stay here again.

Beautiful cottage in remote location on a very quiet lake. Cottage was very clean and well equipped with everything you should need. Beds are comfortable and linens where great. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly Recommended.

Lovely Lake

Palmerston Lake was a beautiful, clean, clear lake for swimming and paddle sports. Hiking trails and a beach were nearby. Our family group of 10 slept comfortably and enjoyed many meals at the giant picnic table. The kitchen could have been cleaner, especially the fridge, and the bathrooms better stocked.
