Detta hem är 0,5 kilometer från huvudvägen och ligger på 2. 5 tunnland med 3 sovrum och 2 1/2 bad. Sovrummet är på övervåningen på huvudnivå med queen size-säng och bifogat badrum med dörr till ytterdäck. På huvudnivån finns också ett halvt badrum, tvättstuga, kök, matsal och vardagsrum. Ingången till huvudnivån har en ramp. Nedervåningen har en separat dörringång och är värd för ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett sovrum med tvåbäddsrum över dubbel våningssäng och futon. Luftmadrasser tillgängliga på begäran. Båda rummen i nedre våningen delar ett komplett badrum med badkar. Det är en helt ny byggnad med alla uppdaterade apparater, strålande golvvärme och utsikt från alla rum. Homer-spotten ligger 13 mil söder om vårt hem, vilket betyder att när du kommer tillbaka från dina livliga dagliga äventyr, är det enda du behöver oroa dig för var du kan sitta för att njuta av solnedgången med lugnet av träd, älgar och resande fartyg i inloppet.

Perfect setting

Wish we had more time!

Beautiful home! Views were incredible once the clouds cleared, but even with clouds and fog it was beautiful. The house was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. We would love the opportunity for a return visit!

Another awesome stay!

We returned to this home again since we had such a great experience last year. I am able to function in this house as I do at your home, i.e. washing clothes, cooking meals, etc. Beds are super comfy, kitchen is fully stocked, home is convenient to Homer and the view is amazing! We will return again - Susan is an amazing host!

A perfect paradise

What a wonderful home! This is a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything that Homer, the Homer Spit, and the Soldotna/Kenai areas have to offer. On several mornings we were greeted by a mama moose and her wild baby running around in the yard. It was a highlight for our 10 you daughter whose #1 Alaska trip goal was to see a moose. The interior is immaculate yet feels like home. We travel often and stay in many rentals and without a doubt this is the most well-furnished and supplied rental we have ever experienced. Every detail of your stay has been carefully thought through and you will feel well cared for in this home. The views out on the deck are impressive and we spent many hours looking at the landscape. We also enjoyed a nice bonfire on our last evening and were able to reminisce of our great Alaskan adventure. We hope more families get to enjoy this special home as a base for their Alaskan getaway.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem sehr geräumigen, modern und hochwertig eingerichteten Haus. Mobiliar und Accessoires sind wunderbar aufeinander abgestimmt und betonen die angenehme helle Atmosphäre mit rund umlaufenden Fenstern im Obergeschoss. Alles ist technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Die nette Gastgeber-Familie war uns bei Fragen zu technischen Details sehr rasch behilflich.

Incredible getaway house

Beautiful newly built home with inlet view. Design and furnishing is showroom ready. It’s organized extremely well with luxuries and amenities you won’t find in any local hotel. We had one brief encounter with a neighbor who was very friendly. The entire rental experience was well managed with distance and every detail and concern addressed to provide you a stress free experience. I stay in nice hotels over 200 nights a year all around the world and this is by far the best option for a Homer visit

Couldn't ask for Better!

We took a vacation as a multigenerational family. Grandkids, parents, and the grandparents were included. Everyone was comfortable! There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the space and scenery. The location was great for walks into nature and sitting around the fire pit. The layout of the home was superb. We have already decided, this is our one and only go-to vacay home.

Incredible home, views and location

We thoroughly enjoyed the house - this was our home away from home and I needed a 'home' to complete the experience since we travelled from NC and needed relaxation after all the activities we had planned. I am super picky, I mean super picky and the cleanliness was what should be expected, but rarely accomplished with other rentals. Homeowner was accessible and very helpful. House was stocked well with all I expected, including a fully stocked kitchen - I cook every meal and found all I needed. We have rented quite a few homes and I was more comfortable in this home than any other before. Excellent home 15-20 minutes to the Spit, restaurants, activities, etc. The homeowner provides excellent referrals to plan your trip. She is straight forward in her expectations as to how her home and neighborhood should be treated and understandably so. Well done, 5 stars!

5 Stars!

My family of 4 stayed there for 3 days in July 2022 and all I can say is WOW! What an amazing property with spectacular views! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 & 1/2 bathrooms and the master suite is amazing! The rental is very clean and spacious and has all the comforts of home, including satellite TV, full kitchen and full sized washer and dryer. It has a very large deck with a BBQ grill and deck chairs. It’s located in a very quiet, private location away from the tourists. We spent every night out at the fire pit roasting marshmallows and making s’mores! The host is very friendly and accommodating. We never met her, but she texted the access code to get into the house and was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back! 5 Stars!!

This place is amazing!

I would give this place 6 Stars if I could. This place is super clean, new, and loaded with everything our family needed and then some. Beautiful and easy 15 minute drive to Homer. Great views too!

My husband and I have raised our four boys here in Homer. It's where they grew up, learned to play hockey and currently commercial fish. We have owned and operated a long range fishing and hunting business in Homer and Kodiak for 21 years and still going strong for us. We now are snow birds spending our 'off' time in Las Vegas. We hope you enjoy and fall in love with Homer as it will always have a special place in our hearts.
