A great stay in Paris

We enjoyed our stay at Ines’s place very much. Location was perfect and the flat nice and very clean. Ines’s family lived in the next apartment on the same floor so check in/out process was very smooth. We slept in a separate bedroom and the kids slept in a sofa bed in the living room.

Beautiful stay in Paris!

We so enjoyed our week in Paris staying at “Marais Magic!” The apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It’s in such a great location. Ines was very helpful and responsive. We hope to return again very soon!

Le Marais is an amazing location (shops, restaurants, beautiful streets to walk). The apartment is spacious, nice and spotless. The bathroom is an excellent size. The only thing I would improve would be the size of the main bed and the pillows, which are uncomfortable. Ines is a hostess who is always accessible and ready to assist her guests. 100% recommended!Send

Lovely place to stay

Easy walk to and from the station. Beautiful street with shops. Quiet apartment. Very secure and clean. No problems. Would stay again.

Location was great and the place was very clean and as described. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Check in and out was easy and contactless. My only issue was that I had booked the place over 3 months in advance of our stay for 4 people total. In the middle of our vacation and only 2 days prior to our check in date I was messaged by the host that 4 people required an additional €90 for our 3 night stay for cleaning fees and was requested to just pay directly when I arrived. It was too late to make other arrangements and I felt I had no other options but to pay. I requested to pay through the reservation site which the host said was fine. The day prior to check out the host messaged again that I would have to pay the fee and did I want to pay directly or through the reservation site which I had already told them I wanted to do. I did absolutely nothing wrong and the host still passed along costs they should have accounted for originally. Overall, it left a bad taste and I would not stay again with this host.

Home Base

We definitely enjoyed our stay in Le Marais. The flat was clean, spacious and comfortable for 3 adults (couple and son), lots of sunlight, convenient to walk, metro, restaurants and shopping. While the neighborhood is vibrant, the noise level is low with the windows closed. We had to keep windows open due to extreme heat and no A/C. Fans were provided, but still hot at nights. Kitchen was well stocked. We were warmly greeted for check in and out, communication was easy and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed the flat as home base for our very busy Paris Olympics schedule. Thank you Ines and her mom!

Cool and Quiet

Wonderful location in the Marais, close to Metro, lots of restaurants and shops. Very quiet at night—windows were remarkably sound proof. Host provided a fan and portable a/c and we never felt hot. Lovely all-around, would stay here again!

Great apartment

Clean, efficient space with a lot of Parisian charm. Ines was kind to accommodate our early check in request though did charge a fee. It wasn’t unreasonable and we were happy to have a place for our travel weary family to rest before heading out to explore.

Great Apartment in a Great Location

We could not have imagined a better place to stay during our visit to Paris. Nicely decorated, a large, comfortable bed, and an open living room with lots of light overlooking Rue des Rosiers, a bustling, vibrant street during the day, but wonderfully quite at night. Perhaps one of the best streets to have at your doorstep in all of Marais. Very close to the Metro (St. Paul) and walkable to all the best parts of Marais and the rest of Paris as well. Highly recommended. We will definitely return!

Nice place in a fantastic area. Location and transportation are convenient. The place DOES NOT have AC. The listing is inaccurate. We asked about AC or a fan several times but none was provided. If we had known there was no AC we would not have rented. Higher quality linens would be nice.

Beautiful apartment— exactly like the pictures!

This is a beautiful apartment in the perfect neighbourhood! You are close to everything, metro, shops, bakery, etc. There are many windows in this apartment that make it bright, and at night it is very quiet. My only note is that the check- in process could be easier. Overall not terrible, but when you’re travelling across an ocean and carrying all of your bags it can be very stressful to arrive in the city without door codes or info on how to get your keys. Having this info beforehand would make the check-in process easier! Again, the apartment itself is absolutely stunning and we would recommend this apartment!!

Wonderfully Peaceful!

Clean, bright and comfortable apartment in the heart of the Marais! Amazingly quiet at night - you don’t even realize you’re in the city. Kitchen has everything you need - really rare to have windows on both sides - adds a lot of light and air. Already planning our return!

Great location!!

Overall it was a great stay. The location is fantastic!! The apartment space was beautiful and very clean. A couple things that I felt were odd or didn’t go very smoothly. 1) we were told how to get into the building etc but not how to obtain the keys. We knocked/rang doorbell several times over the course of an hour and no one was there to greet. I had to go find Wi-Fi to get into app to message host. No one answered the phone when I called. Maybe it’s the wrong number but I don’t know. 2) only hours before our departure we were told we’d have an inspection. This was never communicated prior to. I’ve NEVER had to do this. It was very odd and quite disruptive as we had to include this to our packing itinerary. If you’re looking for easy checkin/checkout, I’d reconsider.
