Två berättelse hem byggdes 2004, har 9ft tak och vackert inredda.

Fyra sovrum har kabel-TV och de flesta med video eller dvd-spelare. Home har garage med plats för 4 bilar och golfbilar. Spill parkering finns. Hemmet har också picknickbord, grill, gunga och utedusch.

Home ligger i Ocean Lakes Family Campground som är ett av de största campingområden i USA. Det finns en ny på plats vatten Park lades sommaren 2016 som inkluderar badringar, diabilder, stänkzoner för små etc. Ocean Lakes röstades "National R.V. Park of the Year "i tre år. Campingen har en gated entré med 24 timmars bevakning.

We loved this beach house! It had both ocean views and lake views, the house was very bright and airy. The location is amazing, walking distance to the beach! We would definitely stay here again.

2025 Family Vacation

WONDERFUL!! Our family loves staying in this house (3rd time). Plenty of room. Location couldn’t be better. My fur baby approves, short walk to the dog park. You will not go wrong in booking this property.

Wonderful Getaway

- We were drawn to the perfect location of G3. End of a dead-end lane (did get some foot, bike, and cart traffic but not bad); very close to the pool/rec center, ocean; ocean view from top balcony; lake/ fountain view from balcony. We rented a golf cart to see property/join the nightly parade. - The house was clean, organized, and spatious. We had 8 adults and 3 children in our group and fit comfortably. 4 of 5 bedrooms have balcony access. 3 full baths were great. One downside is seating for meals. The dining room sits 10, a table on the balcony sits 6, and a table/picnic table on the ground sits 9. We preferred to sit out on the balcony for the views. - Linens are not included and must be brought, but not a terrible inconvenience. The kitchen was stocked with hand towels and pot holders. Bedsheets/pillowcases, bathroom/beach towels, toilet paper, and hand soap are NOT included. - Well stocked with cookware, mugs, glasses, etc. We only had tableware for 1 meal for group of 11. A 2-slice toaster was a bottleneck. - No blackout curtains in the bedrooms, some nights neighbors had outdoor lights on all night. One neighbor has an outdoor ice machine that made noise when plugged in. 1 night we had neighbors blaring some loud music. Security shut it down at 11pm. Out of the owner’s control, but we wanted to mention. -Hammock/porch swing were lovely! The beach wagon was ESSENTIAL for hauling our gear to the beach even with the short walk. Great to have a washer/dryer.

Nice house but…

House was as is in listing…however I’ve used VRBO for years. And upon arrival multiple parties got sick which is not the owners fault however we had to leave abruptly during rain and so many people being sick. We left behind some electronic devices totally around $500 and again realize this is our fault however when reaching out to owners they stated they would let us know about the return of these devices we never heard back. Also while there they contacted us about our dogs which were never left alone stating neighbors complained…so if your dogs bark for any reason don’t bring them. Overall great house and as is stated but don’t leave anything and don’t bring a dog thst bark.

The house is in a great location! Plenty of room for 12 guests! The only complaint is that there are several stains on the stairs carpet and it does smell of pet urine. We did not take pets and could tell that it was a pet friendly house. Otherwise it was a great place!

Great stay

The home was spectacular. Only complaint is that the king bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was broken down causing you to roll to the edges. The tub was very slick. Was told to bring a bath mat but I misunderstood thinking it was for outside the tub, so bring a mat for inside the tub. Upstairs beds were very comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with anything and everything you would need. Was very clean. Plenty of seating for a large group inside and outside. Was perfect fit for our family. Convenient to everything in the park. Located on a quiet deadend street with view of a pond and all the bird wildlife loved to hang out on the pond lawn. Nice to watch the swans and geese. Easy to walk around the corner to the rec building and pool. Beach was 2 short blocks away. Easy walk. No need for a golf cart for the amenities. Really enjoyed our stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay. House was beautiful, clean, roomy, comfortable beds, kitchen great, decks, layout, shower water pressure good, convenient location......loved everything about it. Was able to use a baby gate at the bottom of the steps so my two small dogs were downstairs with no carpet (just to be safe but no indoor accidents). Truly the best place I've stayed over thirty years at ocean lakes. Thank you Gardner's getaway?

Amazing little details

This is a very well-maintained home. They have a water softener at this home that you do not appreciate right away, but you will. Having soft skin and hair after cleaning off from the beach is an added bonus. There are 2 types of coffee pots, 1 regular and 1 Kreig. All the cabinets were wiped down, dishes were all clean, and so was the fridge. This is my second time staying in this home and will be a return guest!

Wonderful House and Location

House was so clean and decorated as if this was a permanent home. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Location as amazing. We had a toddler and infant the location at the pool and beach eas ideal. Will definitely rent this house again.

Great location

House is in a great location. Close to beach and adjacent to the pool and water park. Also right across from the lake where my grandsons fished. The bedrooms were all very roomy. We had 10 people staying here and did not feel crowded at all. Kitchen well stocked. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner one night on the grill. The only negative isnt on the house but the campground. The water park was so crowded, people were literally elbow to elbow in the pool and lazy river. You couldn't find any chairs to sit unless you were there at open. So we pretty much stayed at the beach.
