Hemmet är ett rymligt 3 200 kvadratmeter, 7 sovrum, 4 badrum hemma på toppen av berget som sover 18.

Beläget i Massanutten Four Seasons Resort i den vackra Shenandoah-dalen, har huset 2 fyrtio fot däck med utsikt över skidbackarna, bäck och golfbana, katedraltak, 2 familjerum med TV, 2 eldstäder, ett garage med en ping pong bord och darttavla, Playstation 2 med 50 spel och fotbollsbord. Allt öppet för allmänheten i Massnutten Resort är tillgängligt för dig inklusive skidåkning, vinter- och sommarrör i skidbackarna, vattenpark, GoKart-bana, minigolf, zip-foder, två 18-håls golfbanor, fiske, ridning, etc. På sommaren har du också tillgång till Massanutten Fastighetsägarens utomhuspool på Stonewall Terrace (detta är inne i orten och nära huset). Denna pool är endast avsedd för ägare och deras gäster.

Allt finns hemma. Allt du behöver ta med är dina personliga föremål och mat. Handdukar för vattenpark och pool används. Du kan gå till golfbanan eller fiska, och skidbackarna ligger 5 minuter bort. Appalachian Trail går precis vid hemmet och den berömda Skyline Drive har en entré bara 20 minuter med bil.

Övervåningen ingångsnivå - 1 master drottningssvit med nedfällbar futon soffa, 2 dubbel våningssäng rum (sova 8), kök (plats 6), matsal (plats 10), garage, stort rum med vedeldad spis, 2 badrum, tillgång till däck.
Lägre nivå-Master King-svit, två sovrum med två enkelsängar och ett med en dubbel-över-dubbelsäng, stort rum med 55 "HDTV, gasspis och tillgång till däck. Uppfarten är belagd med gott om parkering för 3-5 bilar. Ytterligare bilar kan parkeras på väggen över vårt hem. Observera att Massanutten inte tillåter att bilar parkeras på gatan. För funktionshindrade eller äldre finns det bara ett steg från vår uppfart till vårt hem.

Rökning är inte tillåten i huset.

Great Home For Our Youth

Spacious home! Our youth group fit perfectly at the large table for meals and times of study. The game room was fun time fillers. Very close to everything we had planned.

Lovely, comfortable home for families

Besides the crazy steep driveway, the house was clean and well equipped with just a couple of broken kitchen items that obviously hadn't been reported to the owners. Beds were very comfortable and baths had all you needed. Loved they even had toys for the little ones to play with. Enjoyed sitting around the large table eating and playing games.

Perfect family rental

The home was really clean and nicely decorated. They also had Christmas decorations which was a nice surprise! The host was very friendly and prompt responses on any questions. Definitely recommend!!

Lovely home

Well stocked, spacious, lovely home but not advisable for elderly or physically challenged persons due to shower sutuation. There are no showers with low clearances, but more importantly, no grab bars to allow you to enter or exit showers safely.

Fun at Sungrazer!

The property was well equipped with everything a person would need to cook and clean. The towels and wash cloths were nice and thick and felt spa like! I love that they had a label on ALL of the switches. It made it nice to not have to figure out what switch went to what light. I give this place 4.5 star rating. The only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of the drainage in the tub of the En Suite bathroom. It drains poorly and so the tub fills up rather quickly when you are trying to shower. Other than that, everything was perfect! Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at this property. It’s secluded enough that you are not bothered by neighbors but also close enough that its easy to get to shops and restaurants should the need arise.

Great spot for the family

We had a great time at Sungrazer. It worked perfect for our group of 18. We used the grounds a bit as well as traveled to Shenandoah to hike. It was conveniently located for what we wanted to do. Easy stay, had a wonderful time. We would definitely use again in the future.

Quiet and Relaxing

Sungrazer did not disappoint. For our party of 6 adults and 6 children (ages 4-16), the property was great; with plenty of room to spread out or gather a a group. The ping pong table was a major attraction as were the two decks. With 7 bedrooms and beds for 18, there were no fights over who was sleeping where. The kitchen was well stocked and we ate all but two meals on site. The dining area was perfect for our dozen. While the driveway is a bit challenging, once you get the hang of it, there weren't any issues. The beautiful setting, in the forest, was serene and very relaxing. We had a great time.

Awesome

Our stay was absolutely amazing. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy but also plenty of space to sneak off and relax away from the group. Checkin and checkout were very simple and perfect directions were given. I loved the book that showed us what was around or close by as far as food, entertainment, and addresses. It was definitely helpful. We have decided to make this a new family tradition trip.

Great Extended Family Stay

The house was as described. The hosts were responsive when we had questions. This is perfect for a family. Went there with multi-generational family ranging from a 2-year old through a great grandmother. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the space. It was extremely well equipped including GOOD knives which is rare. Like others have reported, parking is scary the first time you try, but not bad after you get used to it. I wouldn’t have more than 3 cars in driveway.

Great Property and Stay!

The house was perfect for our large party of kids and adults! Number of bedrooms and beds worked perfectly even allowing the adults and kids to have separate floors! Well, stocked kitchen and amenities. Parking is a challenge at the property due to a very steep driveway and lack of street options right at the house, but we made it work!

Tribe Getaway

The house was very clean, spacious, with beautiful views. Everything we needed was there and we had an issue with one small appliance and it was replaced within the hour. Excellent communication and customer service. We would definitely rent again.

Family Christmas Celebration

Wonderful family time

Nana turned 70, granddaughter turned 9, son turned 42, and Thanksgiving was celebrated this week in wonderful Sungrazer. 9 adults and 8 children had plenty of room and lots of fun. Ping pong tournament was highlight along with lights at water park.

Nicely furnished, well stocked, spacious house in nice location

Property was well equipped from the kitchen, the bedrooms, and the gathering rooms. Excellent layout with bedrooms adjacent to the bathrooms so that at most, 2 bedrooms shared a bathroom. Nice "play stuff" at the house including children's toys, books, foosball table, arcade game, ping pong table, playing cards, and board games. Beds were comfortable. check in and check out were very simple. Communication was excellent.

Perfect spot for multiple families

This house was absolutely perfect for a fall getaway for our group with multiple families. We had 4 families with kids ranging from infants-6 years, and this house had everything we needed and more! The layout was excellent with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to accommodate adult couples, 3 bunk rooms, and plenty of space for pack&plays. The games, fireplaces, foosball table, arcade game, ping pong table, and two living areas accommodated everyone. The kitchen had all the cookware and dishes we needed, and the dining table was big enought to seat 12 at a time. Location was great with Massanutten resort amenities, nearby groceries and restaurants, and a short drive to Shenandoah National Park for day hikes. Absolutely perfect!

The perfect retreat

There was a little hiccup with the check in code, but they were immediately available to assist and resolve the problem. The property was perfect! As pictured, plenty of space for the 14 adults! Special note: the garage is steep and can accomodate 4 or 5 cars SUVs and the ping pong table is on the garage! We were all satisfied and would stay here again without question.

Birthday celebration

This was an exceptional property,. We had a family gathering for my daughters 30th birthday and they had everything you could possibly think of to accommodate my entire party from the young children up to the adults. We travel at least once a month and this might have been the best property we have stayed in. I would definitely recommend and revisit this property. Excellent Location!!!!
