Denna charmiga, upphöjda fristående villa ligger inbäddat bland en trädtak uppe på en liten kulle, med utsikt över den 18: e farleden på Robert Trent Jones Crooked Oaks Golf Course. En fantastisk förtrollande miljö! Visa en del av lagunen från däcken eller ta en promenad runt huvudlagunen ... du kan se en mängd fåglar ... och djurliv ... men gå inte nära några alligatorer! Bara en kort 10 minuters promenad till den orörda stranden och havet framför Beach Club. What a cozy home within walking/biking distance from the beach. And it was so well stocked for eating in! We especially loved having bikes to use during our stay. Perfect for a long weekend getaway! The hosts are excellent communicators. We were very pleased.

It was a lovely, relaxing place in a quiet, scenic area. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. They even replaced the grill while we were there and left a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. It was a fabulous stay!

Fun Treehouse Villa on golf course

This cottage-like property was a fun stay in a pristine yet natural environment along a golf course. Quiet and shaded and very close to the beach. We used the bikes provided at times which was enjoyable. The beach club is very nice and has a bar, and a cafe that are open most of the day. Very family-oriented and friendly with adult fun vibes as well. A very fun excursion!

Upon arrival we were told that the WiFi was out but should be restored. It wasn’t restored for our stay. Wednesday into Thursday it stormed on the island. While sleeping there was a leak in the roof which dripped on us while sleeping. Contacted our contact and they said “ it’s always something”. A little disappointing to say the least. The location of the tree house is great the set up itself worked well for us other than those two mishaps.

Our stay

Despite the weather, we still enjoyed our time there! The weather was just right to be at the beach for a few hours and also went to the movies during the rainy weather. Doug and Nancy even made sure we were still enjoying ourselves with the not so nice weather! Grocery store was close to where we were so that made it easy for any ingredients we needed for meals

Perfect getaway with kids

We loved the unique tree house! Was well equipped with all our needs. Especially loved having the nice bicycles to ride around in the early mornings before it got too hot. As well as the rinse off station set up outside to get rid of all the sand from a day at the beach. The owners were very attentive and made an easy check in system for us. We’ll definitely come again!

This place was clean, full of every amenity you could need, and a lot more spacious than we pictured a treehouse to be. The neighborhood was so peaceful and we loved seeing the dolphins every day. We can't wait to visit again!

Close bike ride to the beach, fabulous beach! You can enjoy for a fee the members facility which has a pool, library, work out room, pickleball courts plus daily activities. Outdoor deck, adjacent to the golf fairway, nice view. Easy drive to local market with retail and dining.

Even better than expected

We were already excited to stay here, and then this place exceeded our high expectations. What a fun space—we were only here for three nights, but I wish I could've stayed longer. Beautiful big windows, a fully functioning kitchen, and comfortable furniture. Best of all, the place feels lived in without making you feel like you're a stranger in someone else's house. (Also, plenty of room for two couples. ) Highly recommend! Doug and Nancy were incredibly communicative and helpful. Hope to stay here again down the line.

Perhaps a bit more info on amount of steps to tree house RE: carrying in food and personal items...that being said the place is awesome lovely views beach access is not at this time convenient the 2 access beaches 7 and 9 are basically rip rock not the owners fault...walking t hur golf course is truly not a good idea would rent again lovely owners

Beautiful retreat!

We enjoyed are stay at Seabrook Island. The treehouse was big enough for the three of us- cozy, but not in a bad way. The beds are firm-so beware if you need a softer mattress. The water was only warm, never what I would call hot. Everything else was great. Nicely stocked kitchen- plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Nice sized TV in the living room and plenty of seating. The view from the deck over the golf course and lagoon was very beautiful. The location was great! We felt very safe there and it was also quiet.

Great place in lovely area

The property was as advertised, an interesting space in a beautiful area. The owner was easy to communicate with, and took care of everything as soon as I made the booking, and was very flexible in adjusting arrival and departure timing. The unit was very clean, very well appointed, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The only issue I had in the unit was that the drapes in the bedrooms were not light-blocking. In the morning, the master bedroom was the brightest room in the house. Other than that, it was a great place to stay

Great private spot

We have visited Seabrook at other rentals before and we all have agreed this was our favorite spot so far. The location is quiet and feels private but was easy to access if you don’t mind some steps. We especially enjoyed the porches and the golf course was a beautiful view with occasional wildlife visitors. Doug and Nancy were great communicators and the home was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and served our family of 4 comfortably. The bedrooms were cozy (with some blackout curtains!) and we were grateful to have the second bathroom. Having laundry on site was fantastic and we used some of the available beach equipment too. Regretfully, we didn’t find time to use the bikes so I can’t speak on their condition. I’d definitely book this home again!

Charming and suitable

We were so pleased with the accommodations at the treehouse. This would easily be a place you could stay at for a week or more and still be able to pack lightly. The treehouse was equipped with all of the everyday home living supplies you would need! No need to pack towels or linens or have to buy paper plates, cups for or plastic ware for eating. I didn’t even have to worry about my morning coffee with the Keurig that was there. All of the ceiling to floor windows allowed for the most amazing views of the outdoors and an abundance of daylight to flow in and all the windows had lovely, clean draperies that allowed for privacy at night. The close proximity to Fairfield’s Village was convenient and the beach was close as well. The only thing that could have been better about our stay was the weather;) Thank you Jeff and Marianne! We hope to be back next year:)

Great Place for Vacation for a Single Family

We took a trip to Charleston for the wedding of a family member. Having never been to Charleston (or South Carolina), the family member getting married suggested we look at Kiawah Island or Seabrook Island for a place to stay so that the families attending the wedding would all be near each other. We found this cute little place on Seabrook Island. The rest of the extended family all stayed on Kiawah Island. If I had to do it over again, I would have stayed on Kiawah Island. This particular property was well maintained, clean and in a great location. The property owners were very attentive and communicative. The property is listed to sleep 5 with the pull-out couch bed. The property owners will recommend against having five despite the VRBO listing due to the small nature of the unit. We had a last minute member of the family able to join, so we actually had five people. It worked fine since he was a teenage boy. The pull-out couch was plenty big and easy to pull out. There just is no privacy for the fifth guest or a place to put their things, so just be aware of that. If it’s one of the kids, it’s absolutely no problem. Seabrook Island is beautiful and quiet. There are lots of bikers. Be aware that it takes a good 10 minutes to get to the property from the entrance to Seabrook Island due to the slow 25 MPH speed limit, so if you are doing a lot of traveling around the area (i.e. sight seeing, going to the grocery store, etc.) you’ll be spending a lot of time shuttling in and out on the slow road. You’ll see that Seabrook Island has an amenity card. This card is required to purchase anything on the island. You can’t go to the pool or even eat at one of the restaurant’s without it. I ended up spending $300 on one and used it once to go to the pool. I recommend just using the restaurants nearby at Freshfield’s Village. The card will get you into the pool, but everything else like the tennis courts, gym, etc. cost extra in addition to the daily card charge. The property owner’s will not allow you to call a guest in through the gate. The rest of our family on Kiawaha did not have this problem. I called the gate to have them let my brother-in-law in to get some food from me. The owners called the security gate and chewed them out for letting someone in. Be aware of that if you are with a group with some staying on Kiawah. If you are alone it will be no issue. This was a great vacation for us. It was a lovely place with good hosts.

This was the perfect place for us! Well stocked kitchen and having 2 bathrooms was a different plus. We enjoyed the beach chairs as well. Doug and Nancy were readily available to answer any questions.

Comfy, cozy home. The neighborhood was beautiful! We took advantage of the member pool and it was delightful. The amenity card included towels for the pool and my husband and son played a round of golf-they can’t stop raving about how nice the course was and how family-friendly it was for the 8 year old. The weather was less than cooperative so we didn’t get to spend much time on the beach, but it was close and convenient. We also found that most activities and sites were within 30 min-1 hour drive so this was a perfect location to get away and be out of the bustle, but drive in for all the attractions and restaurants. 100% would stay here again! Thank you Nancy and Doug for the perfect treehouse home and great communication.

From Ohio …... we have vacationed along the Southeast Atlantic coast since our kids were young and have always liked the climate, activities, and beaches! For both of us, and our now grown kids - it is exciting to have a "treehouse" Villa and to share the experience with you! Our photo was taken downtown Charleston as Docents (volunteers) for the Charleston Historical Home & Garden Tour!

Yes.... it is hard to imagine vacationing in a treehouse, isn't it? Well, this is sort of a treehouse...... an elevated Villa. The entire concept seems so fun.... like out of a movie! ( what movie was that??) This is what caught our attention... and now we can share the adventure and fun with our family of Vacationers who would like to "try out" this Villa/treehouse. AND... what better place than at a beach setting! A bit of history - the same Villa/ treehouses were built at Disneyland in the 1970s' for renters to enjoy!

The private well-manicured Seabrook Island Resort is beautiful and it never feels crowded. Cruise around and enjoy the scenery.... whether walking or biking or driving! Seabrook Island is close to the historic city of Charleston. Stay your entire trip on the Island enjoying the many things to do or venture to nearby Charleston area for touring. Charleston is about 45 minutes away driving through areas where the oak trees create a canopy over the roads.... many are Spanish Moss covered!
Our Treehouse gives you a secluded feeling and it is a free-standing unit... so you are not sharing a wall with a neighbor. And.... this Villa is actually tucked in the trees between the 18th fairway and the 1st hole green! One of the most private, peaceful, and cozy Villas on the Island of Seabrook!
