Great updated apartment in central location

Had a great stay in Avignon. David was a great host and made sure to message us with all the necessary information we needed for our stay. The updated apartment is clean, nicely decorated, well air conditioned and in a great central location. Would stay here again for sure!

Spectacular apartment in the centre of the old town

We were there during the festival and the atmosphere and energy in the town was amazing. Can’t fault the unit, many items were left for us to use, I.e. coffee and utensils and with the market just 30 meters away made life very easy (thank you David). Weather was extremely hot but air conditioning and double glazing handled it very well. Would definitely book again!!

Gorgeous Apartment

Amazing place! It was a pleasant surprise. Big and roomy with big windows and great kitchen. Everything was steps away. Excellent communication with the owner. I would highly recommend this place.

Our favorite VRBO ever!

This property was way beyond our expectations. It felt like being in a house, it was so big. The 12 foot ceilings and windows made the place so bright. The place being on the corner gave us such a wonderful view of the square. We were so close to everything. Loved Les Halles tight across the street. It was well stocked and clean. We would highly recommend.

Great stay

David was very responsive and attentive before, during, and after our stay. The location is great- right in the heart of the city and very accessible to local and tourist sites. Updated design made our stay comfortable. The only thing to note is that parking is not included, but there is a garage right across the street in the market.

Spacious and modern apartment with all amenities

With our family of 2 kids this was perfect to stay in. Plenty of room, big bedrooms, separate tv, dining areas as well as a modern kitchen and washing machine. Just across street from the Halles market to grab fresh breakfast breads, fruit, meats, etc. Also a little back from the bustling tourist center but only a few minutes walk away. Thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful Apartment! Central Location!

Loved this apartment! It was very stylish, comfortable and clean. The kitchen is huge and made cooking a delight. There is a large market across the street with plenty of fresh delights. The city was very walkable from the apartment. The paid car parking is close and made making day trips very easy. It is a chic place to stay and I would definitely book again!

Spacious and airy in great location

The apartment is a corner unit on an upper floor. Big windows allow natural sunlight to come in. Windows on both sides allow great air flow. The kitchen is very nicely remodeled. Nespresso machine worked really well and we were able to enjoy coffee first thing in the morning. Les Halles market was right across the street if we had wanted to cook. But there are many restaurants within walking distance so we didn't cook. The location is between the train station and the Pope's Palace, with each a 10-15 minute walk. Very convenient as we didn't have a car and relied on the trains to make day trips outside of Avignon. David was very responsive to our questions. He only writes in French. But with Google translate it was no problem at with us writing in English. The only suggestion I would make is regarding directions to the property. It is on a very small street. Our taxi driver got lost and had to drive around the block on these tight one-way streets making tight turns. I suggest providing the nearest cross street to the taxi driver if you plan to take a taxi. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and will consider staying in this apartment again if we return to Avignon.

Great location/ Les Halles

Location perfect for seeing Avignon. It is literally across the street from Les Halles market. The property is very clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen is epuipped to cook and dine in if desired. Host David is very responsive and hospitable.

Moderne Wohnung mitten in der Historik und Alltag

Wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie und waren in den März-Ferien 2025 6 Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Das war das erste Mal, dass wir in Provence sind. Und wir haben uns sofort in die Region verliebt. Die Wohnung ist mitten in der Altstadt von Avignon, in einem Altbauhaus, was auch perfekt zu der Umgebung passt. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt fußläufig erreichen. 2 Minuten entfernt ist ein SPAR-Supermarkt, dort bekommst du alles, was du für deinen Aufenthalt brauchst. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung ist der historische Markt. Dort kann man sehr frisches leckeres Essen kaufen und ein Stück Alltag von Provence live erleben. Wir sind mit dem Auto gekommen. Die Fahrt in die Altstadt war problemlos, der Vermieter David hat sehr detailliert beschrieben, worauf man achten muss. Über dem historischen Markt war ein großes Parkhaus, dort haben wir unser Auto geparkt. Wir haben ein Wochenparkticket für 50 EUR gekauft. Für diese Lage finde ich absolut ok. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die technische Ausstattung ist sehr modern. Man hat alles, was man für eine Ferienwoche braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief super. David antwortet immer super schnell auf unsere Fragen. Diese Wohnung können wir 100% weiterempfehlen!!

An Avignon ***** Stay

This beautiful apartment was wonderfully located in the middle of the "old city" of Avignon. Shopping streets, markets, pharmacies and historic sites are all just steps away. The apartment itself is very nice and has 2 full bedrooms and one updated bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your needs. There are also room air conditioners which worked fine- we were happy to have those as it was really warm in Avignon during our stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with and we would stay here again if we come back to Avignon.

Avignon City Center

The apartment was perfectly located for our needs very close to parking, across the street from the main food market and within about a 10-15 minute walking range of most of the attractions, shops and cafes. The apartment ‘s kitchen was well equipped for preparing any meals we desired. Avignon was also a convenient location for a day trip to Arles and the Pont du Gard historic aqueduct.

Excellent séjour dans un bel appartement bien situé

Appartement situé en plein centre ville dans la zone pietonnière. Un parking public est juste en face ( bien que ce soit quand même un peu étroit ...). L'appartement est spacieux, calme et propre. Il est également décoré avec gout. Une belle grande cuisine ouverte, bien équipée. Accès wifi , coin salon sympa. Les magasins, restaurants et monuments sont accessibles en quelques minutes. Les " halles" sont à 20 metres, donc facile d'acheter des produits locaux le cas échéant. Quelques marginaux sous les fenetres mais rien de bien grave. Nous recommendons cet appartement pour une visite de la ville.

A delight

After almost three weeks on the road, we landed in Avignon to David's apartment as our last stop. What a delight his apartment was, with a lovely color palette, authentic and warm with terra cotta floor tiles and old world French doors dividing the kitchen and den. It was even better than shown in the photos - bright, serene, and breezy - It was conveniently across from Les Halles and parking as well. We loved our stay!!

Les plus Appartement plein centre dans les remparts face aux halles. Le propriétaire est hyper disponible et répond rapidement à vos questions. L’appartement est super bien décoré avec des belles surfaces une belle luminosité. La literie très confortable. On se sent très bien dans cet appartement. Le ménage est nickel et l’appartement très propre Le moins Étant un appartement hyper centre prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles pour la nuit si vous êtes comme moi sensibles au bruit. Odeurs des toilettes avec les remontées d’égouts
