Vår enkla nivå 1 280 kvadratmeter lägenhet, som har 2 sovrum och 2 badrum, ligger i Avon Colorado vid basen av den västra ingången till Beaver Creek Resort. Det handlar om dess exceptionella läge, med vacker utsikt över bergen, som ger tillgång till dina favoritaktiviteter. Det ligger bara tio minuters promenad till centrum av Avon med en gratis buss till skidberg.

Manager addressed issues ... but there were issues

The Ascent complex is great with indoor/outdoor hot tubs, game room, workout room, close to retail, and shuttle service to BC (make sure you get app and access code). Unfortunately, we had three major issues. The heat had been turned off at the source, so no heat for first night. Toilet had a leak. When we tried to use the oven, the unit started to wreak of gas (must have been pilot light). All were fixed by management. While the unit and complex were great and management was responsive, too much went wrong for a higher review. Hopefully, these were just one-time issues.

Wonderful Property, Wonderful Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was wonderful! The location was perfect and super convenient. The beds were comfortable as were the couches! We cooked quite a bit and had everything we needed to do so. The common areas were perfect, especially if you have kids. We spent a good amount of time downstairs. The gym was also very nice. We would definitely stay here again!In full transparency, the only complaint that I have is that we were threatened to be towed for parking in the garage, ON Christmas Day...4 days after we arrived. Merry Christmas! There was plenty of parking in there too, so it's not like we were taking the last spot. The arrival instructions that we received via email gave us the code to enter the garage if we arrived after hours, so we assumed that's where we were to park. There was only one vehicle in the outside parking lot. Nowhere did it state that we (as guests and not owners) were to park outside. We did talk to someone with VRC and everything was ironed out, but I feel like the blame was placed on us vs acknowledging that the information they provided was misleading. Hopefully that has been updated and resolved and won't happen to others in the future.

Great place but no shuttle

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the place is/was great. Good location, nice place, very clean. The view is nice. Photos reflect the reality except for us, the lobby area was devoid of most furniture (not an issue for us). Would have been nice to have coffee pods and creamers in the place since we arrived late. Easy instructions to go in and out.We saw no evidence of the shuttle but the shuttle to Beaver Creek is a short walk. I guess the shuttle is for high season?

Well kept and spacious

It was just my husband and I and we commented on how much bigger it felt than our townhouse that is 1300 sq. ft. It was clean and close to everything we wanted to do. Only thing we could not figure out was the AC. Instructions said it was available but when we walked in, the heater was on and we could not get it to not blow hot air. Leaving the windows open at night cured the problem.

Great place and location

The stay was excellent. The unit was very clean and large (the full kitchen was wonderful), the parking was convenient and protected in a garage, and the sauna, pool, and hot tub were very nice (except for a large number of unsupervised teenage girls at one point but that is neglect on their chaperones' parts).. The property manager was very nice and friendly to work with. The instructions were very clear to follow. The price was great for everything that was included. The location was easy to get to in Avon and looked out onto Avon and some peaks beyond. I would definitely recommend!

Fall getaway

This property was as advertised. I've stayed in this building before and knew what I was getting. The unit was spacious and clean. Easy walk to BC, grocery and everything else in Avon. Great access. Two notes: 1. Kitchen supply a bit limited (dishes, etc.). 2. Windows all face north, which is fine but the lighting was inexplicably insufficient. Some upgraded lightbulbs would go a long way! That said, I was very pleased. I would definitely stay in this unit again. Thanks for having us!

Great property manager

We stayed here for three days and found the unit to be clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked and I really appreciated the fact that food storage containers were on site. A first for me. Check in was very easy. Brian was amazing!
