Beautiful views and property!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo itself was clean, well stocked, and communication with Vacasa was top notch. The views of the property/gulf were beautiful. The Topsl’ property is well maintained, quiet, and a hidden gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the area while still being extremely convenient to restaurants, grocery, and other area attractions. We love this property.

Best Condo!

We have stayed at Topsl’ multiple times over the years and this was by far the nicest stay we’ve ever had. We LOVE this resort. This is our first time staying at a Vacasa owned condo within Topsl’ and I was extremely impressed by the communication, cleanliness, and overall experience. We will definitely look to book Vacasa again in the future and hopefully this specific condo! Thank you!

Spring break with my family

I will highly recommend this lovely home . It was clean, well stocked ,cozy ,comfortable and had the perfect layout for spending time with family. The mattress in master bedroom very comfortable. We will return to this property in the future.

Great, modern, clean condo

We really enjoyed our vacation at Tops'l and this condo in particular was very modern, clean and spacious. WE had an issue with the Washer/drier not working which caused some inconvenience, but Vacasa helped with providing an empty condo to use when needed and also provided some compensation for the inconvenience. it did not spoil the holiday and I'd highly recommend this...

Nice vacation

We stayed in this building last year and love the property- one of the pools and hot tub are right outside, gorgeous ocean view and a short walk to the beach. This unit was updated beautifully, newish appliances including a full-size washer and dryer that worked well. The one downside was that we specifically chose this unit due to the extra top bunk for the kids and it wasn't safe for either to sleep up there, as the large gap allowed both to easily slide under the railing onto the bed below, aka grandparents and pillows shoved in there didn'twork, either. It's an easy fix-please put a second 2x4 lower railing on the bunk bed just above mattress height. They fit on the couch and loveseat so it worked out. Onsite, everyone has been very responsive, but I also had sent 2 emails to Vacasa prior to our arrival regarding any beach stuff that might be in-unit and never got a response. Overall a great vacation- we will be back at this resort.

Lipstick on a pig

The pictures don’t do it justice visually it’s a nice place just some major inconveniences that you don’t want to deal with on vacation. When we arrived there were makeup stains on the linen and pillow cases. Instead of complaining my wife washed the linen In the washer in the condo no problem. The problem came with drying the linen. The dryer was obnoxiously loud like a knocking noise the entire time and worst of all did not dry at ALL After being on for over an hour. The next day we called about the dryer and we were offered to use a dryer in another condo that was 2 floors up for only one day of our 5 day stay. I hope they get this fixed and not just keep putting it off until the next person complains and checks out of the condo. The reason that we chose a condo was so that we could wash and dry wet and sandy beach clothes without having to return home with dirty wet clothes. Also in regards to cleanliness we found trash packaging in the living room from the previous guest. This place was not throughly cleaned. The ceiling fans had dust caked up on the undersides of the blades. We expected cleanliness from a place that is professionally cleaned at least once a week. There were also Plumbing issues in the master bathroom. The toilet had trouble flushing. I’ve never had to use a plunger on vacation and pray that I never will again. Also the water Coming from the sink In the master bathroom made a loud mechanical noise coming from the pipes. I also heard it from the unit above us as well. The condo was nicely decorated and updated. If those issues are fixed then this will be a 5 star place to stay in for a family beach vacation.

Gorgeous Vacation Rental!!

This place was kept so well! The location was amazing! The house was clean. Very light and bright. Beautiful views of the ocean and of this gorgeous reserve with lots of trees. 5 min walk to beach. 1 min walk to pool. Gated community. I’ll definitely be back!

Would definitely come back again! The Summit#708

My family and I loved staying here. The condo was beautiful and the location was amazing! It’s close to shopping, food, and activities while also being away from the big crowds of people which was a big plus. Easy beach access, which is only for people staying at the resort, so way less crowded than public beaches. The resort pools were never crowded and you didn’t have long wait times for the elevators ever. It felt like home away from home, we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The view of the gulf was really nice with the sun coming up in the mornings. The only down side was that there was very limited drawer space to put our clothes away. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous renovated condo

The views were amazing-much better than expected! The condo itself was immaculate with easy check-in/out through the app. Quick walk to the beach even with 2 young kids. It does get loud at night if you’re outside on the balcony because it’s directly over the pool but other than that, great place! We’d definitely stay again!
