Near the owners' house, this pretty cottage is located halfway between Nantes and the sea, in the quiet countryside, near the Château de Briord and its forest, and the Acheneau River (fishing).
Private, unfenced 300 m² garden and terrace on a 4000 m² property. A covered hot tub is available upon request from the owner (€60 for 6 sessions for up to 4 people, then €10 per additional session - deposit: €300), table tennis, and two adult bicycles are available. A lockable bicycle storage room is available.
Living room (stove) with open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (one: 140x190 cm bed, two: two 90x190 cm beds), and a shower room/toilet.
Equipment included: Wi-Fi, DVD player, radio/CD player, cot/bath, and high chair.
Included: sheets. Not included: Electricity, wood-fired heating (pellet heaters), towels (€7/person), and bathrobe/slipper kit for the spa (€5/person). Mandatory cleaning fee for business guests (€75).

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved prior to arrival:
- End-of-stay cleaning: €70.04 per stay
- Towels: €7.54 per person per stay
