Gite adjoining the owners' house, a few meters from the Loire River, on the edge of a departmental road, close to the Loire Ă VĂ©lo cycle path and a market garden. Small, unenclosed terrace (south-facing). Storage space for bicycles, motorcycles, and trailers.
Ground floor: living room with separate fitted kitchen, shower room, and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: two twin beds (90x190cm), 2: two twin beds (90x200cm), kitchenette with attic mezzanine (two twin beds (90x190cm), shower room/toilet.
Amenities included: radio, Wi-Fi, and complete baby equipment.
Included: bed linen.
Not included: electric heating, towels, and tourist tax.
Nearby: typical restaurants and a tavern (during the summer), and a leisure area. Mauves train station is 3 km away (access to Nantes city center in 11 minutes).
