Located in the picturesque Mas d'Angeline, this space offers exceptional sea views. The interior comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchen and sofa bed for 2 people, a French window offering a sea view and access to a large terrace. One bedroom with sea-view window, equipped with a 140 cm double bed (no door separating the living room from the bedroom). A shower room with shower, WC and washbasin. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Access to the studio is via a set of outside stairs comprising 38 steps.
An uncovered parking space is allocated to you on the property, closed by an automatic gate with digicode.
Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Pets allowed: Your dog or cat is allowed at an additional cost, with a limit of two pets per accommodation.

Das Appartement war für eine 4-köpfige Familie recht klein, aber das steht ja bereits in der Beschreibung. Alles andere wie Ausstattung und besonders die Aussicht wunderbar!

Nettes Appartement oberhalb von Monaco

Nettes Appartement, hat alles was man braucht. Terrasse mit super Ausblick. Sehr steile Anfahrt, vielleicht für sehr große Autos schwierig. Zu Fuß nach Monaco ist möglich, aber sehr steil. Wir sind zur nächsten Bushaltestelle gelaufen und dann mit dem Bus reingefahren.

Très belle location

Location très agréable. La vue est superbe, les propriétaires d'un accueil très chaleureux et le studio est très bien agencé avec en plus une très grande terrasse qui vu le temps en général très ensoleillé double la surface de vie. Le seul bémol serait la route d'accès dont le pourcentage de pente est impressionnant. Malgré cela cette location est vraiment à recommander

Eine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung in herrlicher Lage mit Blick auf Monaco und freundlichen Gastgebern

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Herr Christmann hat gerne und ausführlich über alles informiert wie Sehenswürdigkeiten, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sowie Tipps zu Restaurants gegeben. Die Wohnung war klein aber fein. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Die Aussicht auf Monaco ist grandios. Herrlich haben wir draußen gefrühstückt auf dieser wunderschönen Terrasse inmitten des schön angelegten Grundstücks. Sehr zu empfehlen für schöne Urlaubstage zu zweit.

Une petite merveille

Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines. Très joli appartement fonctionnel et bien aménagé. Grande terrasse avec tout ce qu'il faut et une vue magnifique. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région. Enfin, les propriétaires sont des plus charmants, d'une extrême gentillesse et disponibles. Merci ! Nous n'hésiterons pas si nous repassons dans le coin. Nous recommandons vivement.

Hospitalité et bienveillance

Nos hôtes ont été tout le long de notre séjour d'une merveilleuse présence attentionnée mais néanmoins discrète. Nous avons été accueillis comme des amis dans un cadre splendide et entourés de verdure et de fleurs avec une vue en balcon sur la Principauté de Monaco et sa côte sublime. La location "le Cactus" était très réussie en termes de décoration et d'équipements à disposition et nous avons apprécié le calme et la quiétude du lieu. Assurément, nous reviendrons auprès de nos hôtes pour nous enivrer de beauté et de chaleur humaine.

Wonderful view. Warm welcome. Quiet and comfortable.

Ludovic gives a warm welcome, and lots of local information. The studio is clean, simply furnished, and well equipped. Comfy bed and plenty of hot water. Perfect for two. The view is amazing. It was a joy to have breakfast on the terrace , taking in the senery. ( In the evening we enjoyed listening to the frog chorus and watching the fire flies in the garden.) A great place to relax, away from everything. Easy downhill to walk into Monaco, though some effort required to return up the steep hill! Regular local buses and public lifts help. The road to the house is very steep, but quiet. . Great to have secure parking. Thank you, we hope to return before too long.

location très agréable avec vue superbe sur le port

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Mr et Mme Christman, très serviable. Le confort du studio. Literie parfaite important surtout à notre age(70 ans). le chemin pour s'y rendre est un peu difficile à appréhender au début, mais on s'y habitue.

SEJOUR INOUBLIABLE

Sommes venus au moment du grand prix de Monaco en mai dernier (du 20 au 27 mai 2015) et avons été enchantés par l'accueil qui nous a été réservé par Cathy et Ludovic. Très bonne adresse à retenir tant pour la vue que pour la qualité de la location. A refaire. Sylvie et Thierry (72)

Petit coin de Paradis....

Nous avons passé 1 semaine en juillet dans le gîte " Le Cactus". Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! L'accueil de nos hôtes est très chaleureux, la proximité avec leur habitation n'est en rien gênante, au contraire: ils sont aussi discrets que bienveillants. Le gîte est pratique et cosy. Sa terrasse de 25 m2 offre une vue imprenable sur la baie de Monaco Inutile de s'embarrasser du linge de maison: le lit ,à notre arrivée ,était fait et les serviettes à disposition. La proximité du GR51, nous a permis d'admirer un point de vue imprenable sur toute la côte monégasque ( La Turbie:1 heure de marche) En empruntant un petit chemin en 1/2 heure à pied, on se retrouve à Monaco avec toutes les possibilités de visites que la ville offre : musée océanographique, palais, le port et ses bateaux de luxe etc... A 20 minutes en voiture se trouve la ville de Menton; agréable ensemble de façades aux couleurs du sud. Pour la farniente, la plage est présente à Monaco, à Cap d'Ail , à St Jean Cap Ferrât et à Menton. La route qui amène au gîte est très abrupte. Le premier jour, nous n'étions pas très à l'aise. Pas de soucis dès le deuxième jour, nous avions pris nos marques .L'aire de stationnement privé est un + dans une ville où le parking est difficile. Un grand merci aux proprietaires pour cet agréable séjour: "le cactus " est un bijou! À bientôt Nathalie et Yvan

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist, wie beschrieben, französisch durchdacht und praktisch eingerichtet, sauber, es ist alles vorhanden,was man für schöne Urlaubstage benötigt. Das Bett ist gut. Der Ausblick aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster und von der Terrasse auf den Port Hercule und die umliegende Küste umwerfend. Zu Fuss ist man in 15 Minuten am Port Hercule. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie geben super Tipps bezüglich Ausflügen, Einkaufen, z.B. Olivenoel und Markt (unbedingt ausprobieren). Und als wir etwas vergessen hatten, war es kein Thema: wir bekamen es per Post geschickt. Danke, wir kommen wieder in 2014! RuC aus Essen/Deutschland

Magnifique !!!

Bonjour, Je vous conseille trés fortement cette location de vacances. Les 3 appartements à louer (le cactus, l'amandier et l'olivier) ont tous du charme. C'est un vrai havre de paix au bord de la Riviéra, vue exceptionnelle sur le port de Monaco jusqu'à la côte italienne. Sans parler des propriétaires, Cathy et Ludovic qui sont véritablement adorables. Une pensée particulière à Téquila le chien, Kiki le chat et Leon la tortue.

Confort, tranquilité, paysage fabuleux

Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné en juillet 2011 dans ce bel appartement " l'amandier" 1°étage, agréable à vivre, lumineux, meublé avec goût et surtout très propre. Vue dégagée et directe sur Monaco, Chambre spacieuse et literie confortable. Aucun problème pour garer sa voiture dans le parking sécurisé, bien éclairé. Idéalement situé vue sur la Principauté de Monaco . Un bon point où nous avons pu pour un feu d'artifice grandiose. Nous sommes accueillis par des prioritaires vraiment formidables, qui nous conseille le long du séjour tout en respectant nos vies. Nous sommes également très proche du parc Marineland (30 minutes), de l'Italie et son marché, des musées, restaurant rue du palais à Monaco. 1 semaine est trop court pour tout voir. Je recommande ce mas pour vos vacances. Nous remercions Mr et Mme pour tout. bisous des Landes

Appartement Cactus - Le Mas d'Angeline

Super appartement en parfait état, idéal pour 2 adultes. Très sympathique avec magnifique vue sur la mer et les feux d'artifice. A 15 minutes à pieds du Port Hercule....on a tout fait à pieds, cela a évité tous les tracas de la circulation parfois très dense et de la recherche des places de parking. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques donnent d'excellents conseils ! (la petite plage au pied du rocher, extra !). En plus, pour ceux qui veulent bouger, Nice et l'Italie sont toutes proches.

Séjour en mai au mat d'Angeline.

Nous avons séjourné au Cactus Rez de chaussée. Trés bon acceuil, l'appartement est agréable et la vue sur la térasse est magnifique. Les propriétaires sont sympas.

Acceuil des plus chaleureux,dévouement des propriétaires pour leurs hotes Le site et le cadre dans les quelles situe la propriété sont à la fois exceptionnel et remplis d'un grand charme Les biens proposés à la location sont très agréables et de très bon gouts Il va de soi que ces locations méritent d'etre découvertes

Inoubliable :)

En couple nous avons été agréablement surpris par les lieux, des appartements pleins de charmes, très propres, modernes, calmes avec une superbe vue sur Monaco. Un accueil chaleureux et pas seulement puisque tout au long de notre séjour, ils ont eu beaucoup d'attentions envers nous, des moments de bonheurs, de rires, de partages, de farniente, de bons plans pour découvrir la ville, ses belles plages et ses alentours sans péripéties. Un couple qui vous accueille avec un grand sourire et qui vous ferons passer un agrèable séjour; Ils sont là si vous avez besoin tout en respectant votre intimité. Un séjour qualité prix vraiment génial. On y resterait un mois entier sans réserve :)
