This property completely renovated in August 2020 has an equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, hob, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, dishwasher); a living room with table, chairs, TV, and a separate bedroom equipped with a double bed 140x190 cm (Double) ; a bathroom with shower & toilet.

The apartment is located in the pedestrian area of Annecy, the apartment overlooks an inner courtyard to ensure the calm of your nights.
From the living room, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of Annecy Castle and greenery.
Free wifi available.

⚠ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

The accommodation is on the 2nd floor without elevator.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

đŸ…żïž The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the underground car parks Sainte Claire or Bonlieu.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

We had a deeply distressing experience at this rental. The apartment had severe hygiene issues, with a major mold infestation, especially in the bathroom. Worse still, the linens provided were shockingly unsanitary—many were visibly moldy, and the duvets and pillows were heavily stained with what appeared to be urine, blood, feces, and even semen. This is completely unacceptable in any accommodation, let alone one offered to paying guests.The cookware was also in poor condition—several mugs were chipped or broken, and many kitchen items were unusable. It felt as though no real effort had been made to maintain a basic standard of cleanliness or functionality.We contacted the host’s management team immediately, but the response was frustratingly slow. VRBO’s messaging system compounded the issue, and our urgent requests—for clean linen or a room change—were ignored. Instead, we were eventually offered a small refund (62 EUR), which took over 2.5 weeks to process after multiple follow-ups. A refund of cleaning and admin fees doesn’t fix the fact that the property was unsanitary and potentially hazardous to health.The only redeeming feature was the property’s central location in Annecy’s old town. Sadly, that doesn’t compensate for the unsafe and unclean conditions. We will not book with Conciergerie du Lac again and strongly advise other travelers to avoid this rental.

SĂ©jour inoubliable Ă  Annecy grĂące Ă  l’exceptionnelle Ă©quipe de la Conciergerie du Lac

Je viens de passer un long sĂ©jour Ă  Annecy lors de ma mission chez Celeros Flow Technology, dans ce logement qui a parfaitement rĂ©pondu Ă  mes attentes et Ă  la description de l'annonce. La localisation est idĂ©ale, Ă  proximitĂ© de la gare et des arrĂȘts de bus, ce qui a grandement facilitĂ© mes dĂ©placements. Ce qui a rendu ce sĂ©jour vraiment spĂ©cial, c'est l'Ă©quipe de la Conciergerie du Lac. Leur service est tout simplement exceptionnel : une communication fluide et rapide, toujours prĂȘte Ă  rĂ©pondre Ă  la moindre demande avec efficacitĂ© et sourire. Je recommande sans hĂ©sitation ce logement et surtout l'Ă©quipe formidable qui le gĂšre. J'espĂšre avoir la chance de revenir aprĂšs l'Ă©tĂ©, selon la disponibilitĂ©, pour revivre cette expĂ©rience agrĂ©able. Un grand merci Ă  la Conciergerie du Lac pour leur dĂ©vouement et leur professionnalisme qui ont fait de mon sĂ©jour un moment inoubliable.

Situation excellente et logement fonctionnel !

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans l’appartement, trĂšs bien situĂ© en plein dans la vieille ville, tout Ă  proximitĂ© (restaurants, bars, magasins,
) et trĂšs proche du lac. Le logement est bien Ă©quipĂ© et propre. Cependant un peu mal isolĂ© ( on entend parfois les rĂ©sidents du dessus mais aucun bruit provenant de la rue passante puisque qu’il donne sur une petite cour) Globalement nous sommes trĂšs satisfaits ! A refaire ! Merci !

Bon Place, dommage pas trĂšs propre.

L’appartement est dans une trĂšs belle position. Je fait juste deux remarque, vous avez changĂ© le code d’entrĂ© et vous l’avez pas communiquĂ©, je dois pas m’imaginĂ© de demandĂ© le code au bar proche. Il fait au moins tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ© parce que mĂȘme la hotline Ă©tĂ© dĂ©jĂ  fermĂ©. L’appartement est jolie mais pas propre, il y as vais des cheveux dans la douche est par terre. Les prochains clients sĂ»rement vont apprĂ©cier.

A little bit too little

The bed was too little and oriented against the wall, one person has a trapped feeling. The bathroom was also too little, shower and the orientation of the sink, shower and toilet...Living quarters was ok, orientation of the appartment in the village was perfect.

L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© Ă  Annecy. L'entrĂ©e de l'immeuble jouxte l'un des meilleurs glaciers du centre historique, "Le Glacier des Alpes". À 100 m, il est possible de louer tous les types de vĂ©los. NĂ©anmoins, l'appartement est petit. IdĂ©alement prĂ©vu pour deux personnes, nous l'avions choisi pour quatre (avec nos deux enfants adolescents). Mais, une fois le canapĂ© convertible dĂ©pliĂ© l'espace se rĂ©duit davantage. Les literies ne sont pas confortables. Le mĂ©nage est bĂąclĂ© (cheveux et poussiĂšres dans les coins et sur les rĂ©glettes de portes, "moutons" sous les literies), nous avons dĂ» passer la balayette Ă  l'arrivĂ©e. Il y a deux fuites d'eau dans la salle de bain (WC et lavabo) et une derniĂšre Ă  l'Ă©vier. Nous avons signalĂ© un couteau en cĂ©ramique brisĂ© et une ampoule hors-service, le jour de notre arrivĂ©e, mais il n'y a eu aucun remplacement. La vue donne sur une cour intĂ©rieure sombre et dĂ©laissĂ©e, cĂŽtĂ© sĂ©jour, et sur une autre en chantier, cĂŽtĂ© chambre. L'isolation phonique est inexistante : les passages, les bruits de plomberie, les travaux dans l'immeuble Ă©taient frĂ©quents et pĂ©nibles. Trois Ă©lĂ©ments de dĂ©coration ne font pas d'un bien un "joli appartement".

Appartement trÚs bien situé. Travaux en cours dans les appartements adjacents dÚs le matin , trÚs bruyant. Dans le logement, petit frigidaire et congélateur inexistant. Gros désagrément, il est trÚs difficile de pouvoir trouver une place de stationnement dans annecy et uniquement des parkings payants et coûteux pour stationner des journées entiÚres qui limitent fortement les déplacements pour éviter de rechercher une place de stationnement trÚs trÚs prisée.

L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, en plein coeur de la vieille ville d'Annecy, Ă  proximitĂ© direct du Lac, des commerces, de la gare. Tout est faisable Ă  pied c'est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Le fait que les fenĂȘtres donnent sur des cours intĂ©rieures est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable pour le confort de sommeil. La mise Ă  disposition de l'appareil Ă  raclette est un petit bonus.
