Ligger på tredje våningen i Beachview Condominiums, tvärs över gatan från stranden och The Hangout i hjärtat av Gulf Shores. Denna moderna studiolägenhet är det perfekta läget att sluta sig ner efter en lång dag på stranden innan du slår en natt på staden. Oavsett om du handlar och tittar på människor; drycker och musik, restauranger eller krabbajakt .... det är allt inom gångavstånd!

MÅSTE vara 25 år gammal att hyra.

Allt i denna mysiga lägenhet är helt ny och extremt ren! Den har en dubbelsäng och en kärleksstol perfekt för avkoppling. En granitbar topp för två finns i köket som också har ett litet kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, kaffekanna och mixer.
Myntstyrda tvättmaskiner belägna nere i hallen, $ 1. 75 vardera. Två täckta parkeringsplatser finns under byggnaden (först till kvarn) och gott om gatuparkering.

Great condo! Excellent location! I’ve stayed in several units at Beach View because of the convenience of the location. This condo has been updated very nicely. It was clean and has a dehumidifier. It had everything we needed for our extended weekend getaway. I would definitely stay again!

The location was great. The room was nice after we spent a couple hours cleaning it. The ac filters and dehumidifier filters was extremely dirty.the place smelled like a musty basement.

Wonderful stay!

It was my first time in Gulf Shores, I was there for a competition and some vacation/fishing. The room was perfect, I really appreciated the dehumidifier, it made a huge difference. The bathroom was beautiful and although the building looks a bit “aged” it was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, I easily walked to several restaurants, stores and the beach is right there! I will definitely look to the same location in the future.

Walking access to everything, food, dollar general, surf shop , and beach !! Great for a first family vacation of 3. Will be staying here again !

One getaway from Hell

Shower never had hot water I messaged 3 different numbers and nothing. Location was the only plus. I even left at 5:30am a day early

We enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent and we loved the welcome note and items. The room was well decorated and very comfortable. However, the bathroom rug was very dirty and there was sand in the sheets on one side of the bed. Everything else was clean. I would stay there again, but like to have a clean rug and clean sheets. Thank you for your hospitality!

Nice area

Our first night we had no hot water. I emailed and got a response the next morning. The bedskirt was half on the bed. The pillow sham had a huge brown crusty stain on the back. The inside of the drawers and some dishes were very dirty.

Very deceiving

The room smelled terrible, black mold in corner of kitchen area. No way to cook or heat food, small refrigerator, NO coffee pot. Very disappointed

Labor Day get away

This property was the perfect location. We never had to get into our car. We walked across the street and was at the beach and ready for cocktails at the Pink Pony or Hangout. It was just me and my husband. It was perfect! If I had to say anything, it would be only the need for mopping the floors. I felt like the unit was cleaned between visits however the floors were not swept or mopped as well as they should have been. I would for sure revisit this location and book again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was close to the beach and parking was convenient. However upon arrival the shower was extremely clogged with sand/hair that was not from us. Also, when we were stripping the sheets before our departure there were multiple disgusting large stains on the mattress that also were not from us.

Perfect easy place to stay for access to many things right in the hub of gulf shore. So many things without walking distance, only had to drive twice out of the 5 days that we were there

A lot packed into a small package! Two people, close to the beach, everything we needed and very comfortable! Would stay again for a few days at a time…not enough room for more than two!
