Välkommen till 'La Dolce' The Sweet Life! ' Bara ett kvarter till våra underbara vita sandstränder! Detta vackra strandhem med gemensam pool ligger inbäddat i den populära Crystal Beach Community of Destin, Florida. Den perfekta platsen för en rolig badsemester med familj och vänner.

Kyl av i samhällspoolen eller promenera ner till stranden och ta ett dopp i det världsberömda smaragdgröna vattnet i Mexikanska golfen. Njut av promenader, jogging, skridskoåkning och cykling i hela grannskapet med charmiga vita staketstakar och pastellstugor eller på cykel- och springvägen som går parallellt med stranden precis utanför din dörr.

Kom hem och koppla av på de stora täckta verandorna med fläktar som omger huset och njut av strandbrisen. Tro på det eller inte ... på sommaren kan du lyssna på musik från glassbilen! Bara en tre minuters promenad för att hyra cyklar för familjen, få en kopp färskt kaffe tvärs över gatan, shoppa eller äta en utsökt måltid på Camille's eller någon av de fantastiska restaurangerna i grannskapet.

"La Dolce Vita" är ett 2000 kvadratmeter stort hem med tre sovrum och tre badrum. Alla rum har franska dörrar som öppnar till övervåningen med bekväma uteserveringar. Det finns en bäddsoffa i drottningen i vardagsrummet.

Det stora sovrummet på andra våningen har en king size-säng och master bad med jacuzzi och stor dusch.

Det andra sovrummet ligger på andra våningen har en queen size-säng.

Det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar.

Det finns också inbyggda bokhyllor på första och andra våningen med ett stort urval av böcker att njuta av.

På första våningen hittar du ett fullt utrustat gourmetkök och matplats med bänkskivor i granit och rostfria vitvaror i toppen ... ett stort vardagsrum och franska dörrar som vetter mot verandorna, ett badrum och tvättstuga med din egen tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Efter en avkopplande dag på stranden kan du tvätta i utomhusduschen. "La Dolce Vita" har allt!

Små, husutbildade, icke-kasta hundar är ok med ledningens godkännande och extra avgift.

Great house

House was accurate to description on VRBO. Furnished cute, great wrap around porches on both levels, close to beach and quiet neighborhood. Stay here, u won’t regret it.

Excellent experience, very clean home.

Inside and out, this is an amazing home to vacation in. Exterior was amazing with plenty of great condition seating and quality decking. Inside was as described and had nice add ons with typically forgotten items. Very clean and up to date inside. Very happy with our stay. Watch for some extra service fees that were not well outlined or explained.

Perfect!

This is such a cute home with great proximity to the beach, coffee, restaurants, groceries and all the Destin activities. We had more than enough room for three grown kids, my husband and me. Very cozy with everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

Great stay! Awesome location and relaxing home

We loved our vacation! The home was clean and in the perfect location. It was close enough to walk to and from the beach with all our stuff and 3 kids, 2-3 times a day. It was also really close to Whole Foods and the mall. We all loved it!

Great place to stay!!!

Very nice house! Enjoyed it immensely. Couldn’t have had a better spot! House was clean and big! Beds were comfy and we all slept well! Porches were great for reading. And just chilling!!!! Will surely be back! Great vacation!!!

Beach Getaway

Perfect location to enjoy the Crystal Beach area. Five minute walk to beach and restaurants. Quick drive to shopping/groceries. The living room and outdoor porch provide tons of living space to comfortably accommodate 8 people. Beds were comfortable, and master suite had really nice features (dual showers, tub, king bed). We’ll definitely return.

A beautiful house! Fell in love with both the interior and exterior. Would purchase if possible

Definetly will be staying here again next year. Out of all the houses this is the one that brought my attention and now I know why.. it’s simply beautiful and did not have problems at all. Booking was easy and the Kitchen was well stocked. Can’t wait for next year.. gonna miss La Dolce Vita!

Beautiful home, well equipped, good location

Just stayed at this beautiful home for the past week. The home has everything you could need. Porches are lovely. We used the community pool often as we have young kids and it was never crowded. We were often the only ones there. Close walk to the beautiful white sand beach as well. Thanks for a great vacation!

Enjoyed being so close to a LOT of places where we could walk, bike, or scooter! Being so close to the beach was a BIG plus! Only thing that was a bit disappointing to me was that there was no extra toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags for as much as we paid to stay. Otherwise we had a great time!!

Beautiful house close to beach, community pool and great dining.

La Dolce Vita is a great property. Comfortable, convenient and well appointed.we especially loved the porches, cooking out and making use of the spacious kitchen. I was traveling with one other adult, two teenagers and two pre-teens. The house gave us all plenty of space to hang out together, or find a cozy place to retreat. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to go back for a return visit soon!

Lovely home

The property was just as advertised. The decor was charming. Love the pouches on both levels. I do wish it had been more clearly explained as to which beach the property had access. I had some trouble with rental and set up of chairs and umbrellas. Ended up using Crystal Harbor which was closer than any other. Bedding was vomfortable

Beautiful & charming house!

House was great! We really enjoyed it, lovely setting & so close to the beach & pool. Few small issues, lamp on the porch didn’t work. No lights bulbs were in the lamp in the living room. Make sure to bring ur own tissues & napkins as there are none at the house. Be careful of the bath rugs in the bathroom, they slide on the slippery floors, can be dangerous!

Nice Florida beach house with wrap around porch!

House as described and 2 minute walk to beach. Kudos to cleaning crew as it was clean upon arrival. Only a few concerns was coffee pot didn’t work. I’m very familiar with type of pot and it overflowed so I think it may have been clogged by previous guests. Also, no comforter or blankets for queen and king size beds. It was cool at night and we had to purchase. Previous renters did not take out garbage. All were reported to property manager. Directions for streaming TV in king room and access for Fire stick would’ve been helpful. Great location for walking, golf cart, beach, and food. Would recommend for party of 6.

Nice stay, needs a deep clean though!

I’m going to give the bad first but please hang in there for the good because the bad can be fixed! I hesitate to rate the cleanliness “low” as I honestly need to, but I figured if I didn’t, then the owners couldn’t address the problem. We owned a condo in Destin for 7 years & I would want to be informed. I understand there is a rental agency (we rented ours directly & had personal contact with the renters), so I am not sure I can get a message directly to the owners. That’s the only reason why I’m putting this out there in this review…it’s not fair to future renters to pay the rental fees plus all of the add on fees and walk into a home that desperately needs a good deep clean. There was a musky old smell as soon as we walked in. We ended up buying Febreeze fabric spray and air freshener. The couches had lots of stains on them and smelled. The carpets upstairs had different colored stains, the window seat in one bedroom had stains & we opened a drawer in the queen room to discover someone placed gum underneath the drawer handle. It truly needs a good deep cleaning. All this negative though can easily be remedied! Surface cleaning was great. It was a clean home, meaning clean floors/showers/countertops/linens. Now on to the positives - great location & roomy! We were 2 blocks from the beach/Camille’s beachside restaurant. It was very easy access. They had coffee & well stocked supplies. WE LOVED MORNINGS ON THE BACK PORCH, SO LOVELY!
