Nytt för 2020! Vacker strandlinje, 8 sovplatser

OBS: Lakeview Retreat kräver ett minimum av 7 nätter, TORSDAG till TORSDAG, under Summer Prime Season som börjar 18 juni och slutar 20 augusti. Alla andra säsonger kräver ett minimum av tre nätter.

Lakeview Retreat är ett vackert ombyggt hus vid sjön Michigan vid vattnet med 3 sovrum och 2 badrum med 8 sovplatser. Detta mycket bekväma hem ligger på över en tunnland med underbara egendomar, och erbjuder lugn och avskildhet åtkomst till en strandväg 2. 5 mil söder om Jacksonport och 13 mil norr om Sturgeon Bay.

Alla ytor och möbler i detta hem är helt vackra. De trädbevuxna omgivningarna och Lake Michigan-vyerna är inget annat än spektakulära.

Det rymliga sovrummet är på loftet på andra våningen, med en king size-säng, sitt eget privata badrum och sittgrupp med utsikt över Lake Michigan som innehåller en drottning bäddsoffa för extra sovmöjligheter. Det 2: a och 3: e sovrummet på bottenvåningen har queen size-sängar och delar det andra hela badet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.

Bo- och matplatsen är öppen för det vackert inredda, välutrustade köket. Kabel-TV och WiFi erbjuds också.

Vardagsrummet har en mysig vedeldad spis och det finns också en utomhus eldstad. Ved tillhandahålls. Det rymliga utomhusdäcket erbjuder bekväma sittplatser, matbord och stolar utomhus samt en gasgrill för grillning. En underbar bifogad skärmad veranda möjliggör mer utomhusliv och njutning.

Denna hemstrand kan nås för kajakpaddling och paddeltavlor och är en 3-minuters promenad till Schauer Road-båtlanseringen och några minuters bilresa söderut till Cave Point County Park, Whitefish Dunes State Park och Clark Lake. Med Jacksonport mindre än 10 minuter norr kan du njuta av Lil 'Bit of Coffee, Bleys livsmedelsbutik, Mike's Port Pub, Island Fever, Jacksonport Bakery, Cave Point Pedal and Paddle Rentals och mer!

A slice of paradise

This rental was even better than the listing. Hard to capture in the photos. Great location and setting and the house has wonderful furnishings and supplies. The view and access to the lake was perfect. I have stayed at a lot of properties and this was one of our very favorites.

Beyond Comparison

Our stay at Cave Point Retreat exceeded our high expectations. The secluded location right on Lake Michigan allowed us easy access to activities, while at the same time providing every reason for staying lake-side, enjoying the beautiful view in a home that lacked for nothing. So well appointed and cared for! All our communication with the owners received immediate, gracious and helpful responses. Cave Point Retreat is a vacation destination we will return to!

Winter weekend stay

Great property! Fantastic location, great views of the lake, and a very clean home. The fireplace was excellent and the house itself was nicely updated and very comfortable. Would certainly recommend.

Cave Point Lake Home

We had a wonderful time with our family at Cave Point Lake home, I was everything that we expected and more. Kris was an excellent host and was very helpful. The location and views were outstanding, We will definitely be back to stay. Location is great and can get to all towns easily.

Beautiful home & location

The home was beautiful and perfectly located, right on Lake Michigan and within easy access of everything in Door County. I had some difficulty locating the entry info, but the management company responded immediately. It was a perfect stay through and through!

Anniversary trip

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. This was our first "fall color" trip to Door County and we absolutely loved it! A little windy the first 3 nights for an outdoor fire, but there was an indoor fireplace as well. The view was gorgeous overlooking the lake. Beds were comfy, puzzles, games, reading materials, wifi, all made our stay fun and comfortable.

Perfect getaway location

Gorgeous waterfront home filled with Door County Charm

Our family of 4 (2 parents; 2 adult children) LOVED our stay in this home. The house with its wood interior provided Door County charm and the modern amenities made the stay enjoyably easy. So many outdoor spaces: a screened in porch, a gorgeous deck overlooking the water, a bonfire area with provided aderondack chairs, as well as convenient access to the pebble beach. We enjoyed a fabulous quiet stay full of family togetherness in an incomparable relaxed setting.

Family Vacation

Our family & our daughter’s fiancé stayed at Cave Point Retreat & had such a lovely time. The furnishings were not only tasteful but also very comfortable & we felt right at home. We brought our own kayaks & used them quite easily from the waterfront. When we ate dinner at the home, rather than going out, there was plenty of kitchen room as well as seating for dining & we all enjoyed gathering to relax in the living area at the end of the day for a cool drink before going to bed. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place to relax and awesome location

We stayed here for an extended weekend in mid-October 2020. All the amenities and furnishings were excellent. We loved how the kitchen was well-equipped such as measuring cups/spoons, large dutch oven, etc. During this pandemic, we mostly stayed in and planned to eat-in. We were glad to be able to cook and serve full meals for all of us during our whole time here. The cabin is also a good 20-25 min walking distance or a short drive to the Cave Point County Park which is an excellent park full of wonderful hiking trails and sightseeing underwater caves. We would consider staying again. We are a bit bummed that they are now requiring a minimum 7 or 4-night stay (during off-season) into 2021 but we feel it is worth it if you are planning to stay for that amount of time.

What a gem!

An amazing property, in a wonderful location. Winter is a must, quiet and peaceful on the lake outside of tourist season. The house was spotless, with everything we needed for the best new years yet! We come to the quite side of Door County every new year, have been for the past 30 years. This home is the favorite of them all. The view, the surroundings, comfy beds, wood fire available both inside and out. All spectacular. Thank you for sharing this with us.

This was the perfect place for our girls get away. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great location, secluded for privacy. We visited in the fall but took advantage of the fire pit, grill. Perfect location for watching the sunrise.

Wake up with the sunrise

Great location. The house and property is beautifully maintained. The beds were very comfortable and you just can't beat the view of the morning sunrise down by the lakeshore. Property management was extremely responsive to our questions and left great instructions throughout the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Great house, great location

House and property are exactly as pictured. House was clean, updated, well-maintained and very quiet. Deck was 60-70 feet from water’s edge. Nothing but dining and grocery basics in JPort, but plenty of both within 10-15 minutes. We’ll be back.

AMAZING BEAUTIFUL Home!!!

My family had an amazing time at Cave Point Retreat! The house is absolutely beautiful! The whole place has been renovated with everything top of the line! I’m usually a little iffy staying places and check every nook and cranny for cleanliness and end up cleaning before I settle in, but it was so clean that I didn’t have to do a thing and settled right in! I loved the decor and everything about the home! Kris was very responsive and I loved the detailed information she sent along with recommendations for places to go! Highly recommend without a doubt! Thank you for the wonderful memories we were able to make!

Winter Waves

We enjoyed our stay the week between Christmas and NYE. Our daughters 8 & 11 enjoyed playing on the shoreline even though it was only 20-30 degrees. The linens were high end and as previously noted the kitchen was well stocked with the exception of a missing wine opener. The neighbors were nice enough to uncork us the first night so we wouldn’t have to venture out. The property is very close to Cave Point which was beautiful to see.

Peace & quiet

Girls get away!!!

This home was awesome! Super cute and comfortable! We had 5 women and never felt cramped. Loved the indoor and outdoor fire places (thanks for the abundance of wood). Would definitely recommend this home to anyone. We're are all taking about a return trip already! So glad you opened your home to us! Thank you!
