We loved our stay. The condo was clean, cozy and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and plenty of spots to watch the gorgeous sunsets. We especially loved the balcony. It had a nice view of the bay.

the room was very clean and the views were awesome. the only thing I wish we had is we did not see an ironing board. but otherwise everything else was there and wonderful.

Never received the code to get in the rental, no communication with the host till well after we had to find another place to stay which was about 30 min away from the reason we choose the area we booked originally. Since we planned on an apartment we brought food which we could not use. Overall bad experience and would not recommend.

Weekend getaway for my wife and I

The place was very clean and well kept. The room itself was great with all the comforts of home. The grounds were freshly cut and groomed, so the whole experience was great. We'll definitely go back. that we could've wanted

Great vacation

We had a great time in Fort Walton Beach. The place we stayed is absolutely beautiful. Well equipped in the location is perfect. I would recommend it to anyone.

Much better option to hotel/motel

Efficiency condo was tastefully decorated, very good quality linens, clean with comfortable couch & chairs. Small balcony with table & 2 chairs made for pleasant lunch a fresco overlooking the Sound. We appreciated the full size refrigerator. It was much much nicer than a hotel/motel.

Honestly a perfect space in a great location. Zero complaints. Seamless process all around. Came to visit my kid. Was able to make some of his favorite foods for him. Will be back, hopefully, a couple times a year. Would love to rebook.

Awesome

It's a studio but no amenities were spared. I do not have any complaint at all about the place itself. Even the couch was comfortable. If that chair had been a recliner, I would have been in Heaven's waiting room, LOL. My only issue (not complaint) was somehere, either above or next door, sounded like their patio door or something needed some oil. Even with that, it didn't take away from the comfort of this studio. Just lovely.

Popped into town for a weekend wedding and this place was perfect! The Akins communicate well and everything we needed was provided.

We rented at this location because 3 other couples rented as well. It was our 1st time 2 Fort Walton

Great little place loaded with everything we needed. Beach chairs, towels, full kitchen, beautiful decor, will rent again. Only two thing I’d feedback, one of them I’m not sure the owner can control, may be Vrbo. Pay half on reservation, other half 30 or 60 days prior to put expenses closer to trip. This is why I didn’t rebook for next year already. Two I would upgrade blinds, they had pieces missing, but even so it was very bright and early lol! I would suggest black out White curtains That could be drawn when needed.
