The âCastel des Rochesâ residence is located 1km from the cable car and 500m from the center of Saint-Gervais. Also nearby: bakery, tobacconist/press, sports shops and ski equipment rental.
Accommodation: Ideal for a holiday with family or friends, we offer in Saint-Gervais this studio area of 28m2 for up to 4 people.The studio is on the ground floor, it offers a south-east exposure and has a balcony.Ideally located, 5 minutes walk from the cable car and the city centre. You can do everything on foot from the residence.Warning: Winter equipment (snow tyres or chains/slippers in the trunk) mandatory from 01/11 to 31/03 of each year.Composition of the studio:- Living room with sofa bed for 2 people (160*200), TV and dining area. - Kitchenette equipped with induction plate, oven, microwave and refrigerator. - Room overnight in the entrance with bunk beds (90*190).- Bathroom with shower, washing machine, sink and toilet.Additional facilities: common outdoor parking, cellar.
